The food and service is great. But you lowkey get racist vibes overall from the franchise

We are from out-of in-town & this is our 2nd time at this location with mediocre results. Our meals were good, but the appetizers and drinks were not on par. But the service was a total miss both times we've visited. It was not that busy, yet we waiting for everything 5-10+ minutes after asking. We love Mellow Mushroom & will try again - just another location.

The great white pizza is yummy in my tummy I enjoyed the pretzel bites as well.

Salad was good but wings were lacking. Ordered hot and really had no heat at all. The wings were very very small.

Atlanta staple. Don't expect NY style pizza, but I'd argue this is better.

Every visit is pleasant. The location is convenient and the pizza is soooo deelish! It's just something about that "sour dough" they use that makes their pizza stand out in taste!

The dough for the pizza was very tasty, better than going to a pizza hut or something similar than that. You will pay a little bit more but it is worth it.

Really enjoyed my food here. I got 2 different calzones and a pizza. The dough was excellent

Wish I could rate zero stars. I placed an order to go, because I had a flight to catch and didn't want to buy food in the airport. My pizza was finished and just sitting somewhere and the guy never told me it was ready. After I asked if my small pizza was ready, the guys tells me it's been ready, but he thought I was going to come to ask him if it was ready. I was sitting inside the restaurant in plain view with all my luggage the whole time I was waiting, and he was obviously on lunch because he was eating. My pizza was cold and I still had to buy food at the airport. I was given a refund and he approached me, calling me "dude"!!! I replied to him by telling him I'm not his dude and we have nothing to discuss!!! WON'T BE BACK TO THAT LOCATION.

Honestly? It's alright. I didn't really care for it.

Aesthetically the restaurant looks really nice.

But it's the type of pizza place that you'll forget you ate at by the end of the day, due to how forgettable the most crucial part of the place is ; The Pizza!

It's really not all that great.

My advice: skip this one unless you haven't had pizza within the last 10 years.

It was super slow.... we ordered pizza it took 4 ever. We were there 45 minutes before we got food. My pizza was not hot as it should have been for 45 minutes. It was expensive for a pizza date with kids... honestly not worth it... I won't be back.

We had a 10 person party in the midst of dragoncon. I'm not going to fault them for slow service but we could've been given more attention. 2 big complaints that made this one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had.

Ordered a garlic bread appetizer, which came very very late which ok it's busy. But what was given to us was the saddest example of food. Untoasted loaf topped with barely melted cheese and pesto. Not even cut thoroughly, I repeat the bread was room temp and plain. No garlic to speak of.

Almost all of us got our food, but our last guest didn't get his until 15min later. And his pizza was cold, not room temperature cold, like maybe sat on a cold countertop or in a fridge briefly cold.

They comped the appetizers because of the slow service but barely any communication from the staff about what's going on.

All the food that came out normal was standard mellow mushroom quality.

The service is great. Pizza was on point. Will be coming back again. Managers check on us to make sure we was satisfied and happy.

Two of my friends and I were seated on the patio outside at night. A man who seemed to be under the influence or mentally ill approached us. The staff were very kind with the man and asked him to leave, noticing we were very uncomfortable. Our waiter offered to walk us to our car after the man left. We love staff that wants to ensure the safety of their customers!

Went there for the first time tonight. Pizza Hut was out of everything except personal size pizza's and it was after 9pm so Mellow Mushroom and Waffle House were the only options, I wanted pizza so I went with the Mushroom and this gluten free, spring water, Mighty Meaty pizza is the best pizza I've ever had. Flavor is superb, it's not greasy and something about it has this Natural or Homemade feel to it. I'm happy to have found this place and I look forward to exploring the rest of their menu. If your hungry and in area, do yourself a favor and stop by.

Great servers and very friendly staff! Food is great!!

Came here with a large party. Waited for two hours to get our food. Name on order was wrong and tried to pass off chicken and cheese sandwich as Caribbean jerk. Waitress was snippy. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not go here. Been twice and did not have a good experience either time. Then at the end of the night the cashier gave my card and bill to the wrong customer.

The service was wonderful! The food, equally so, especially my delicious chocolate chip cookie I purchased for dessert. Definitely coming back.

I had the spinach artichoke dip and the Holy Shitake Pizza. Everything was VERY good. I would highly recommend this pizza shop for anyone in the area!

When it comes to pizza franchises, I have yet to find one better than Mellow Mushroom. The location in downtown Atlanta is no different. My wife and I regularly order from here when we have run out of groceries. Gotta try the Cosmic Charlie!!

It was pretty empty when we were there & we only ordered a few pizzas and a calzone... It took a long time to get our food & a couple of the pizzas were just warm, so if it wasn't for those issues I would have given them 5 stars.

The Mellow Mushroom serves delicious pizza, with many health options such as gluten-free and vegetarian. We visited the downtown Atlanta location twice, and I was impressed with their service and ability to accommodate our request to split checks.

Order took 30 minutes to get after others at table recieved there's. Was told they made a mistake 20 into everyone else eating and they are remaking it. The remade orders bottom was burnt giving only burnt taste. As well as the order was missing toppings. Upon talking to a manager to cancel my order waiting for the rest of the table to recieve their bill. They give me one to go that I didn't want as well as a bill for it. Only had a water to drink making the bill for the pizza I didnt ask for. They weren't busy. I wont recommend this place to anyone or return.

Super convenient location which cuts down on delivery time. I really like the wheat crust and ridiculously fresh toppings that they use. The sub sandwiches are also great and are surprisingly reasonably priced. I typically go for the Jerk shrimp sub or a Brutus salad.

They have vegan options, but it depends on wait staff as to how awesome your choices, this location had an amazing waiter that really went the extra mile!

We really love Mellow Mushroom and I wish I could give this one a better review. The food is amazing but the parking is abysmal I mean like don't even try the parking garage next door kinda of bad I can only imagine this place relies on lunch traffic and residents in the apartments who can walk.

Food was delicious and staff was friendly. The only compliant I have is the way they put you on their wait list its literally a note pad so you dont get a buzzer to know when it's your turn and it didnt appear to be very effective. We were told 15min ended up waiting an hour to be seated.

Service was great, and the Pizza was better, the prices were good too.

The crust on the pizza here is the best. Every time I visit Atlanta I have to go here at least once. Vegan cheese is available so I can make a delicious veggie pizza. The salads are good with fresh lettuce. Also the staff is awesome and very accommodating

The sandwiches and pizzas here are amazing. I'm not vegetarian, but I enjoy quite a few of their meatless offerings, and don't think twice about ordering anything on their menu.

This Mellow Mushroom has a lot of space. I've been there twice with large groups and they've been very accommodating and courteous. The servers are very efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Good food, good service. They have a private room for meetings that is quiet.
