Come here for about 40 years and it remains fun with nice concerts, beer, snack etc

A cool place i think. I just love going upstairs for a smoke and it's so warm but this club can get really packed and if you're a dancer like me you will not enjoy it.

Good place, unlike other venues you can bring in bigger bags and just put them in a locker. Would feel a little safer if they actually checked bags. If you visit a lot I would definitely recommend getting a membership for a year. You'll get the cost back in no time! Sometimes you can go to concerts for free!( And we all love free stuff) the venue is pretty chill. I once wanted to go to two concerts that were held at the same time and so did a lot of other people. The bands had adjusted their timetables so you could visited both concerts and the venue didn't seem to have a problem with that either.

Cheeky Massive was epic... Loz did a damn good job at making them bassheads feel safe and welcome...

Old room, good vibe. From balcony extra good view and remains cozy for a while.

Music is OK. Quality could use an upgrade! Also it's bloody warm inside. The airco isn't working I guess.

Very badly arranged with rows and who was allowed in when. Furthermore, a nice space

Love this place. Great time at the G-Eazy concert. The only problem I would change is add airconditioning or additional windows. It can be very warm during a sold out show.

Cheeky Monday and Techno Tuesdays are good, the rest is not worth it (personal opinion on music I guess). Make sure you know you have to pay everytime you want to use your locker - this is inconvinient. Smoking zone doesn't have good ventilation, but it's bearable. Overall I had fun and I will definitely come for another Cheeky Monday. Shot of tequila 5 euros - pricey.

Visited Emancipator Ensemble concert. Best ever :-D

Great programming & atmosphere. Been coming here for years, only downside I would say is long lines for getting your coat & bag back after gigs.

I like it because more than a concert hall it is a pub where you make music, only with famous artists and you can have a beer at the counter without looking away.

It's OK. A stereotypical club. 2 toilets for a whole level.

Bad! Teenagers drunk and under drugs all around. This is no more a concert place but a teenagers club. Security is not able to speak intelligible sentence, is racist and violent. not recommended.

Very dark techno hole, I know they do other parties but upstairs it wasn't very nice.

Good atmosphere. When you are upstairs I don't like the sound and you look at the poles.

The venue was top. Bishop was her best, the crowd loved her, the sound was the best I've ever experienced. Perfect. Bishop was us, we were her. Never shall I experience such synchrony, such vibe, such humanity. Thank you Bishop! May you rise!

One of the oldest and nicest concert halls in the city, with concerts, live music, club nights and a cinema.

Beautiful little room where we are really close to the scene wherever we are.

Good artists come here often. For example, Jedi Mind Tricks, Kid Cudi and Hopsin were definitely the best I have ever seen. The rooms are not big, but that gives you the opportunity to get closer and have a more intimate night.

We were at the hip hop club night. Nice club, just not as big as expected.

If a concert does not sell out, they close the balcony.

Two dance floors with different music. Bar counters in each. Plus a separate bar. Smoking area. Quality club for the right price. They paid 12 euros for admission to Dance90 NOW.

Been here to Netsky during ADE. Although the line-up could be a bit better, I do not think about the venue. The acoustic was good and it was nice that there was a chill-room. In addition, friendly staff at the cloakroom. Nothing to complain about.

My fav place for gigs in Amsterdam. Worth flying there for really good bands that uk wont host. Typical Dutch place, membership charge, basic beer but well done inside, lights on steps, side and balcony areas for sitting down and raised sides to see above the crowds. Crisp sound system and all located in a nice area, too pubsb and fairly good priced 1hulp coffeeshop a stone throw away. Also some nice hostels and hotels around, park short walk away.

Cloakroom and good bar service.

1.5 euros EVERY TIME to use the toilet. My friend is disabled and they wouldn t make an exception. Disgraceful

Too many tickets are sold, in the past pushing was not as normal as it is now ...

Okay venue but kind of silly that they require a membership to even get in.

Good place, nice concerts and events (even free in summer!). Smoking room is big and toilets normal. To enter you must have a membership card. Nothing wrong with this, apart from the fact that it's valid just for that month. I went to a concert at the end of february, and again at The beginning of march, and had to do 2 different cards... I can understand it's a touristic area, but there should be a different membership card for who goes there a lot..

Hall and acoustics are very beautiful. Just a pity that you have to buy a membership.

Pretty neat venue, didn't get to see all of it but the show we did see was cool. Wish they would have opened the seats in the upstairs. Paid a fair amount and would have likes more then just standing the whole time. Drinks were decent but no room to sit in the bar area either.

Nice venue, not as special as Paradiso though, less of an experience.

What a vunue this is bit of a maze but perfect for the Amsterdam sound system weekender staff and security all very polite bit pricey but hey ho tour in Amsterdam city what else do you expect

The concert I visited was great! The room looked good, but logistically the galaxy is a disaster. It already started with the coming in:
Buying tickets was easy. Show it via the app too. But because you also had to buy a subscription from Tivoli we had to scan through the entire mail to two QR codes that are on the ticket to be printed, but not included in the app .... This makes it a hassle to to enter. As a result, we have been in line for 5 minutes and the line has worsened. This was not for me alone, but for many more people. We were standing in line at 7:30 pm, the show started at 8:00 PM and we could finally walk into the hall at 8:15 pm. We did not experience any problems during the concert. Although the noise in the boxes is on the hard side. Because of this, I had two weeks of problems with my ears. But once you have finished and you want to go outside? A real disaster. With two exits and a room that is emptying? Just count on half an hour, because the jackets issue is directly in front of the hall's exit, causing everyone to get stuck there. The fetching of the coats was also a horror. the desk was divided into two, so that whole hordes of people on the one hand try to oppress each other to get their coat, while on the other hand three people casually took their coat and waving a little more. From now on, I think three times before I decide to watch a concert in the galaxy again.

Great concert. Eat there in advance. Nice, but the so-called concert dinner is not very common.
