Watched F*kofpolisiekar on the Oz stage. Was awesome. Excellent sound quality and atmosphere. Can't wait for the next show...

Nice place. Well reachable by bike. Nice locker system (requires a 2 euro coin). Audio Visual systems are on point.

Super cozy setting very close to the artist! Only the toilet was really dirty! After the show! Furthermore, top evening

What a great party! Melkweg is of course one of the most famous clubs in the Netherlands and certainly lives up to its name.

Great location for concerts. The hall is not the biggest, but with all the balustrades enough people fit in without it becoming narrow. Also, I think that you can pay at the bar either with cash or with a card. Indispensable in this day and age

Tonite @de Melkweg Al Jurgensen Ministry headman and founder... Probably responsible for the invention/concoction of industrial metal, seen him many years ago and at least ten times! Can't get enough of it... Tonite gonna be great again and yes I need one fix:beer to eternity!

Always super fun. Even if the concert is a bit disappointing.

Modern, but with the classic look of a real pop temple. Room is partly on the ground floor.

Nice alternative entertainment. Very changing list of artists and performers. To do.

I was here at the 2019 Marina and the diamonds concert. Very cool !!!

Nice room, with good bar, bit expensive but good beer. Light effects, kerfetti through the air, good sound quality with nice thumping bass and just a beautiful, not too large room. Good security and wardrobe, it costs 1.50 per jacket and 2 for a bag. You can buy ear plugs and there are free toilets that were really a beer festival after the party hahahaha. Gardarobe people were a bit slow by the way.

Oh, I was here for Alan Walker, Hall would open 19:30, 19:45 finally went open and I was already at 18.45 but the interchange was sooo cold, I was just not hypothermia. There were no windshields or heating elements outside or something. There were also no crush barriers so there was a bit of chaos outside with the line. Everything is bold and unclear, and again a bit like Dutch: simply never prepared for large crowds.

No grateful WieFie dusja, then you can't easily place your nice snaps on the interwebz.

Great gig venue - unparalleled list of bands have and continue to play here. Must visit for live music if you can make the trip to Amsterdam.

Super nice location. Easily accessible. Small room. Very busy when it is completely full. Bar staff keeps on going. Had a great evening but mainly by The HU.

Great atmosphere, nice and clean local. Nice bar at the top floor when you need a little break from dancing.

Everything is fine there at the Vitalic concert. An extra bar could have been open and: wardrobe out, lockers in.

Superb. Went to Sofi Tukker performance really enjoyed that. Be advised that one time membership has to be purchase. It was 4 Eur a person if I recall correctly. I really enjoyed the club atmosphere anyway.

Remains a great, compact, concert hall. Enjoy it every time. And pay with debit card instead of coins

This place is fine, but they ask a membership contribution on top of the tickets you buy for no clear reason.

Great place for gigs. Good canalside setting and close to plenty of small hotels for visitors. A decent but almost traffic free walk to the city centre and main Amsterdam Central railway station. Well served by the nearby tram stops from the station. Recommended as a gig venue, seems safe and very well run.

A great place for those who like techno and many more. Girls and guys behind the bar: super robot, gentlemen, security guys, friday for them.

Great concert enjoyed by Switchfoot. Good room, nice sound and pleasant staff.

Brilliant venue. Such history. It's not very big and when sold-out it's quite crowded. Acoustics are great. Go see your favourite band here! (And take public transport, it's the easiest from the central station.)

Great concert hall with a nice acoustic, good drink selection and awesome artists playing. Only the wardrobe is chaos.

Beautiful performance in the Melkweg by Sint Paul and the trousers bones

Not one of the finest in Europe but one of the best in Amsterdam. The music could have been louder but the choice of the songs were good.

Great concert hall! Had a legendary night with lots of beer (which is not cheap by the way) for 2.90 . I prefer Utrecht but it was definitely a great night

Music venue with great artists! Has an annoying membership fee, but otherwise great. Sound is always well done too.

Always nice, nice intimate concerts, nice beer during and afterwards.

Pretty good venue, have been there a couple of times for live music events. There is also usually a bar area they open that you can retreat to if you want to get a breather.
