If you do not know German good enough DO NOT GO there!!! I wanted to buy lap top, but there was only one left and it needed to be reset to default settings which takes around 2 hours. I asked, can I call tomorrow and confirm that I will buy so I can come after 18 and just pay and pick it up. He said it is ok. But when I called, guy from information told me that it is already sold. But, since I know how unorganized this shop is, I went there again and lap top was not sold. Bravo!!!! Then guy told me again that it takes around 2 hours to reset settings. And I can pay it now and come back tomorrow. But I said, tomorrow is holiday and you probably do not work. Then he said, yes you are right. than you can come on Saturday. Bravo again for wrong information!!!! I was so surprised with so much wrong informations and that none are correct. The worst part is this. Stuff explained to me that it is MY FAULT that I DO NOT SPEAK German language, because this is German shop!!!! I have just start living here and I am learning German, but it is so rude to tell me that it is my fault and that it is German shop!!!! I did not know that shops have nationality. My advice, NEVER GO to PASING Media Markt. Of course if you are not German.
