After 26 days, the company user is completely unreachable, calling the numbering you get the non-existent numbering message; since 10 November my company has been suffering HUGE unquantifiable damage; after several phone calls, they had assured me that the users would be reactivated on 01 December, and then postponed it to 06 December; however today (06 December 2017) an operator named "Edoardo" assured me that in the day they would reactivate but as proof of their pure RELIABILITY, it is 9:48 pm on 06 December, my company is still UNReached! I had tried to understand the problems, but in the face of so many lies now I fear that only the legal channels will make these characters stop making fun of people! I advise against everyone, forget it, not even in the face of so much education can they be corrected!

We have had technical problems with all our customers and have never been able to solve anything, they are resellers of services offered by others. Strongly discouraged from dealing with them.
We have been waiting for a phone number to migrate for 40 days.
The operators we speak with do not know anything about it, but they tell us that they will call us back soon ... but of course nobody gets hurt.
They also asked us to send (after we had already sent it 30 days ago!) A PEC with the signed documents.

In any case they continued to send us invoices for phone numbers that no longer exist. Not recommended for businesses.

The VoipVoice staff concerning the technical department is helpful, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Their help was crucial in solving problems related to the configuration of their lines on the PBX software in our possession.
We cannot say that we found ourselves badly, they have always been available, even if what happened in November 2017 has created serious difficulties for our company.

The service, when it works, is of good quality, the problems arise with the management of any inefficiencies. At the end of 2017 we were in fact WITHOUT an active telephone line for over 45 - forty five days (disastrous for a veterinary first aid!) Due to billing problems between voipvoice and one of their suppliers. Only an email with vague apologies, for decency could at least suspend the invoices for the period of interruption of the service. Unfortunately, as reported on the voipvoice website, in the event that one of their suppliers has problems (and therefore creates them for the end customer) they "wash their hands". This very serious STICK on the service offered cannot be forgiven, if you have a business, consider well if you risk it.
