El 13 de julio de 2024, adquirí un Smart TV modelo HIENSSE43A6N en Media Markt Saturn Alcorcón para una casa rural. Al encenderlo, se manifestaron líneas horizontales y verticales verdes en la esquina superior izquierda de la pantalla. Creímos que era un problema de antena por falta de señal, pero un técnico confirmó que era un fallo del televisor. Tomamos fotos y videos fechados del problema, ya que no regresaríamos a Madrid hasta el 29 de julio. Por cercanía, entregamos el televisor en Media Markt Saturn de San Sebastián de los Reyes, donde nos comunicaron que el producto estaba defectuoso y necesitaba ser enviado al servicio técnico, señalando que la reparación incurriría en costes. Dejamos el dispositivo en Media Markt Saturn de San Sebastián de los Reyes para su traslado al S.A.T. Recibí correos idénticos los días 8, 15, 23 y 31 de agosto informándome que el producto había sido retornado a la tienda y que estaba disponible para recogerlo, pero sin indicar si estaba reparado o no, ni enviarme un presupuesto de reparación. El 3 de septiembre, al recogerlo, me informaron que no se había reparado, que la garantía no lo cubría porque el televisor estaba dañado y que el coste de la reparación sería de 373.80€, 45,00€ más de lo que costó nuevo. Decidí retirar el televisor al no encontrar una solución viable. En vista de la respuesta recibida por Media Markt y al no hacerse cargo del producto defectuoso, estoy preparando la demanda civil ante el Juzgado de Primera Instancia de mi ciudad en aplicación de la Directiva 2011/83/CEE

The degree of repair service is an absolute cheek! I had the battery replaced on your IPhone SE and the cell phone was "broken down" so that it can no longer be used. After that, service excuses were sought that the damage comes from the age of the cell phone, but this is clearly to be put down by the charge status of the battery! Conclusion: bought a new cell phone in the market (almost none to meet the market due to the broken cell phone) and have screen protectors attached during service. But what can I say: 2 screen protectors wrongly glued on and then chased us out because the shop was closed. All in all, absolutely not to be recommended (both the service and the market!)

Aber als ich nach nur einen Tag auf kulante Reture (so macht es der Saturn Hansa) Nachfragte, lehnte man es ab. Was werde ich also in Zukunft machen?
