Very friendly employees. After the top to one of my beverages was not on all the way and spilled out on the floor, a new one was made free along with a gift card given to me for another coffee in the future.

Good stuff here, but I came into a interview and told to come in on Monday to start my training only to get sent home because I wasn t picked...seems really unorganized and unprofessional
The staff at this location are AMAZING. They treat me with the utmost respect. They are always so friendly and will go above and beyond to make my day a little brighter. David and Kaleigh are the best. Even during busy times they are always efficient and timely on their service. I always go out of my way just to get coffee at this location- they have a family vibe which is awesome. This location is by far my favorite and will always be my favorite!!!
This Caribou is great but today I ordered a oreo cooler. No taste to it. Lot of chunky ice. Not the usual here. Bummed
Located in the mall. Fast services and opens til 9pm compare to other locations which closes earlier. Drinks here are 10cent more expensive given it's location compare to other caribou. Great people and great drinks. I highly recommend trying the frozen hot chocolate if you're into sweets. Tropical Green Ice tea if you dont want coffee (it's unsweetened and refreshing), and a vanilla cappuccino if you're in need of some coffee.
Worst service I have ever had. I work in the mall and visit the caribou for coffee every so often. This older woman who works there always always has attitude. I went to get something to eat for break. I asked her for a muffin warmed up, and a glass of ice water. She yelled at me and said cups were only for paying customers. Then she proceeded to tell me with a great deal of attitude that I had to buy a bottle. After her rant she said what else did you want?! . Grabs my muffin, opens the over and turns it off then gives me my muffin. I gave her cash and she practically threw my change at me. I work at a Starbucks and understand that it s annoying when people just asked for water, however I am a paying customer and I need a closed cup of water for work. I know I won t be going back after that.

Very rude baristas. I waited patiently for my large cold press, but when I went up to go ask for it, (only waiting for all other customers get theirs mind you) I was met with disbelief that I had even ordered a drink! Only after confirming with the cashier that I was a customer did she respond to me with a "next time you order you need to speak up, cuz I am way too busy back here."
And after all the trouble, I am left with a loss of my time and nice scolding from some Vanilla Priveleged Barista.

The old manager at this place is the worst. Very rude and condescending. I've never seen him do anything other taking orders and he always looks annoyed by customers.
Where do I even begin. I walked up and rudely asked if they had a Starbucks in this mall but they didn t and I am so glad they didn t. I was having an awful day and they totally turned it around by recreating the drink I usually get from that other place. Wow. So impressed with the compassion and friendliness these hard workers had for me today. These two are amazing human beings and employees. Best experience getting coffee. Ever.
