Why shop at the store when everyone online has a better service? And besides, the man at the service counter was very unfriendly, although only the bulletproof glass was broken (after the first two repairs of my almost new device, which were both on the phone), he said that this was no longer a guarantee case and I probably the cell phone thrown down. Insinuations, rudeness, simply sent away. Since you buy an expensive device and then you have to accept that it does not work properly from the beginning and has defects that are really unacceptable after the purchase. There is also no loaner, you either run around without a cell phone or buy a replacement device for the time. Service is different, dear Media Markt!
