I was there three times within a week to buy a product from the brochure. While lt. Various Internet forums pretty much all the other media markets in the area had the offers on site, I was told here each time that you have received any goods. Ultimately, I found what I was looking for at Media Markt Solln. I'm really surprised that the Pasinger Media Markt is so poorly managed.

And if you want to buy some laptop or TV this is a good idea to visit this shop personally.

I bought a Bosch dishwasher. With other Internet providers, the machine is a little cheaper. But it is only delivered to the curb. Then you stand there! At Media Markt there is a complete package with delivery, removal / installation and removal of the old device. Everything worked super on time and quickly.

2 months waiting time, or maybe longer?
I ordered during the Corona crisis and my product should arrive about 2 weeks later because of Corona, which I was able to get involved with. After these 2 weeks, I received no notification, not even that the delivery would be delayed further. On the online presence I read that the order is being "prepared". When I was there, the order was of course not finished and was not "prepared". According to Media Markt, there was no information about when the supplier would deliver the product to Media Markt. When I complained, I was offered a 10 waiver. That corresponds just to the travel costs that had on that day and about 5% of the purchase price. It's a shame that communication here was so unprofessional. I will not give Media Markt another chance.

We recommend. Mr. Yildirim from the photo department is a great seller. He knows everything very well, has given me excellent advice, explained everything in detail and set various settings s.der Camera equal to my needs. Even after the payment he told me I could contact him at any time if I can not cope. I am more than happy. So much technical competence and friendliness can not be found every day.

Basically a standard media market. Not very old or new, not very messy, especially tidy.
What always bothers me here, however, is the partly inflated prices (especially compared to the own online offer) and the extremely long waiting times for market pickup. If I order an "instant pick up" item online, but the pickup confirmation takes longer than the same item, if I let him deliver from Amazon, something is going wrong here. If you then get the information by phone, but you should pass with ID, then you would get the article already handed, because he is there, but then unfriendly sent back in the market, you need not be surprised, if no one in wants to run the markets and prefers to deliver everything home. And yes, this is the Media Markt Pasing own fault, because he does not manage to carry the items just as quickly from the department to the pick-up as DHL to drive them through half of Germany.

Disappointing how little idea such "consultants" have. I'm a computer nerd, so to speak, and I can still show people there things they can learn. Always offer the most expensive devices even though I kept saying that I want a laptop up to a maximum of 800, the Lord shows me one for 2,500. My wife even told my wife a little bit about CPU and HDD / SSD collaboration, a consultant complimented me that I knew something like that. Unfortunately, the majority of them are simply inexperienced and only train on sales strategies, but not on competent advice that is easy on the wallet. Never again Media Schmarrn ..

Advertised device bought ready for pickup - lo and behold, when it is picked up it is not on site but has to be ordered first ... otherwise a car and helpers are organized, free of charge rather away from work and Media Markt sees itself in the market as well as in general unable to do anything to accommodate.
Where will I no longer buy devices for 500 +?

Unfortunately I was very disappointed!
My iPhone display stopped receiving touch commands while on vacation. After a visit to Apple, I was certified there (in black and white) that it was a known problem and that I should make use of the dealer's warranty.
So I went to MediaMarkt and tried to describe the problem to the gentleman at the "Service" - he interrupted me in the middle of a sentence and said I had the burden of proof, since after 6 months a reversal of the burden of proof comes into effect (I googled it and he has Law).
Now I tried to hand him the letter from Apple - unfortunately he didn't even look at it. He then told me I could get a lawyer and hire an appraiser and then let's see ...
I then asked him if he was serious about treating me like that, to which he replied that I want something from him and if it doesn't suit me I can go.

I went with my mouth open - I've never seen anything like it. Even on the worst day an employee can have - I am not allowed to talk to a customer like that.

Don't get me wrong - the man is right - but the way they are dealt with is anything but what I would expect from someone who received 1,300 for a phone from me 1 1/2 years ago.

Since these markets often have to take a beating in the ratings, I also have to leave a really absolutely positive rating.
I was in the market and accidentally discovered a fully automatic coffee machine that was currently on offer. The seller gave me very professional advice and, although it was shortly after work, gave me the coffee machine:
- connected
- put into operation
- Have coffee tested
- explained in detail

I liked to buy, keep it up!

In addition an SSD, which was however twice broken (was exchanged 2x) the third went, support was simply great. That's why I like to shop here.

Withdrawal was completely uncomplicated. The saleswoman friendly / polite. The rest of the staff I had to deal with was also friendly / helpful (goods issue, service counter, info, cash register).
