As always with media market, home very disappointed. You are only helped at media market if you leave money behind. If not, the staff will do everything to disappoint the customer

Bad servise people are just pulled in while I'm waiting half an hour egt toppy not :(

I found the employees very unfriendly and not properly informed. And there were almost no motivated employees, so one referred me to the other employee. Smart TV purchased and handled very quickly. The price had changed at the end of the purchase than I had information about, and the delivery day was unknown after the payment, and then I immediately canceled the purchase !! I found the kind of scammer sale store. And I am not satisfied with it. So never to the Mediamarkt !!!!!!!

Good if you know what you want. The salespeople don't listen.

Finding someone to assist is challenging but they seem to have just about everything you'd ever need. Not a bargain shop by any means.

Good advice when purchasing an espresso machine. So it was not the most expensive, but a cheaper machine with the same options.

Lots of different tech that you don't see in other shops. Has a few ultrawide monitors which I'd never seen in shops before as well as TVs that are just not for sale in other places. Also very large. The best technology shop I've been to I'd say. Loads of stuff and really fun.

This place is massive and sells almost everything electronic you can think of. The staff are very keen to help and have always been able to speak English. The range of goods is impressive and the process we to be quite fair.

Big and well-stocked Everyone should find what they are looking for

A huge store with a lot of choice in products. I always get lost here for a few hours walking around and testing everything I can get my hands on(there are a lot of samples)

Some online offers you can only get it from the store only and this was the reason to go there during working hours .

Bought iPad with a full price, 3 days after it was on sale so we reached the customer's services who suggested going to the store again and got a refund with the difference of the purchase.

Another visit to the store and all was sorted from the Sales team upstairs and the cashier handled the refund.

Mediamarkt, always check the price on the internet.

Far too busy, cluttered, unfriendly staff and really not as cheap as they seem. Only go if you know exactly what you want and know where it is, then you can go outside quickly. That is, if more than 3 cash registers are open on a Saturday afternoon ..........

Oh yes, suddenly they have also decided not to accept any more VVV vouchers.

Same old mediamarkt, but the selection isn't that great like Germany

Large media market. Many offerings. Yet I am always more in favor of a smaller specialist store for equipment. Often have just a little more in-house knowledge about the products.

Very large shop! You can also get old things like Nintendo 2DS and lots of collect items!

Very bad crockery I would never buy anything from this media market again

Today at 6.30 pm I went to the customer service / repair service of media market in Bijlmer Arena to return / exchange a Varta power bank that does not work optimally. I have a media market pass on which all purchases are registered, that was said to me during the purchase. The employee (manager) could not find the purchase on that card and therefore did not want to help me. He had indicated that the media market cards did not work very well. I then indicated that this was not my problem. And because I did not want to leave and I wanted to be helped, he called the security guard. Then I wanted to go to the store to buy a new one, but the security guard didn't let me in. He could not indicate why I was not allowed to enter and was treated very rude. I then left. I did not expect such a large store to treat customers this way and that such unprofessional people work there.

Come and buy an expensive DVD player for my work and had to pay it, was ordered via the website. There is a choice of cash in the store. The lady behind the counter was downright rude and spoke to me as if I was bothering her. do you have the product code? Only that she said. She was standing there at a counter that says ... you have to pick up online purchases here. This lady was so short and said you have to walk to checkout 1 this still has to be paid. While my nose knows that too. I just ask cash register 1? She says yes checkout 1 while there are people that I have to pass that are waiting in line for one other cash register. You can not give customer-friendly training to staff that is so rude. I spend 83 euros in your store.

When I travel, I stop here sometimes. Myself just soaking in everything that is available electronically. The great thing about this shop is that there are many test setups displayed. So you can still try a few. Given the amount of stuff, do you a bit impressed by what's for sale. During my last visit specifically looked for the latest models of Samsung and Sony, but only the last model year was there. Too bad, but I'm saying it again along.

Large store, but everything I wanted to buy is not in stock ..finally found what was in stock, we could not pay because the internet connection always did not work ..so I ordered IN THE STORE on the website and paid what I could do from my armchair at home .. so my advice do not go to the store, buy online you will get it faster than if you ordered in the store .. the gentleman also told us that when we get it in the store order the delivery time would be longer..what a shame..and yes..everyone who worked there was so busy, no one who could speak to us walked around the store for over 30 minutes and if you found someone it was always without a trace .. 1 visit to the media market with parking has cost us 8 euros

Spacious store and large assortment. Too bad you get a very angry response from the security if you want a backpack inside, apparently that is not allowed !?

Hard to find what you're looking for and way too pricey

After asking three times different employee if the printer is also scanner I come home to see it does NOT scan! Dissapointed. They so eager to make a sale that I didn't get the right advice.

Store is good but service and delivery isn't prompt.

I had placed an order online that I had picked up at the store. This pays in the store with credit card. Once at home it turned out that the wrong item had been added (older model). I returned to the store on January 3 and returned it. Now I still have not received my money back. Called twice with employees who could not tell me anything useful. Back office now says it should arrive within 7 (!) Working days. So I have to wait a month and a half for a refund that was unnecessary due to a mistake by them!

I ordered a refrigerator a month ago that should have been delivered to me three times. The first time it did not fit through the stairwell, whereas I had indicated in advance that it was very narrow. "It will be okay" they said in the store. At the second attempt there was damage to the fridge. The third time the order is canceled by the Media Markt after a whole day of waiting (without reason). After several calls I still have no answer to how it is and when I get my fridge. In addition, the customer service department filled in a form with my questions, whereby I would receive an answer 'after 48 hours'. I have not heard of that anymore. Three days off and several phone calls and I still have no idea where my (already paid) fridge stays!

Decent electronics store, but there is a relatively large number of brand-affiliated salespeople that do not have your best interest in mind.

Particularly poor warranty service with regard to Epson printers, 60 prints of which 6 are good, they find acceptable. COOLBLUE clearly better service

All purpose electronics store. Basically has everything.

Wide selection, generous opening times, good staff. Tip: the flyover for parking follow P1, turn right into the arena and drive on. So you stand parked on the roof of the arena. Park for longer than 2 hours? Ask a More

Parking at P6 ArenA, fast shopping, ok parking costs ... ready .. away being ... At hand ... Mediamarkt, Decathloon, PerrySport ...

Incredibly large business with all kinds of departments. Large assortment. I think that you have to be very price-conscious to distinguish between real offers and so-called offers that are still reasonably priced. Furthermore, in the vrrl (10 years ago) I had bad experiences with complaint handling and service. Not known if that has been improved.

Large Media Market, huge assortment and tight prices. Only have good experience with service handling yourself; piece mouse (quite expensive) I was allowed to return without box and get a new one from the store!

Bad! The security guards here do boyfriend politics. Let people they know have a backpack in it and let others put the backpack in the safe. They are not shy about showing this clearly. Almost wanted to call the manager because I thought this was a form of discrimination. Draw a line! Then it is clear to everyone. The store itself has plenty to offer. You can find a lot here, would not come back because of this incident.

This MediaMarkt is the nicest one I have visited in the Netherlands.
The staff is very helpful and friendly.
There is a high variety of products and a lot to try out yourself (gaming consoles, laptops, mobile phones, tablets...).
The store is located near the train, metro and bus station and offers lockers to put in your stuff while shopping.
There is also a wending machine with affordable prices for small snacks or drinks.

Everything you can think of that's electrical or electronic you can probably find here. Over two huge floors. Most things are in stock. There is a delivery service and service is pretty good, though sale time can be busy.
