Today at 6.30 pm I went to the customer service / repair service of media market in Bijlmer Arena to return / exchange a Varta power bank that does not work optimally. I have a media market pass on which all purchases are registered, that was said to me during the purchase. The employee (manager) could not find the purchase on that card and therefore did not want to help me. He had indicated that the media market cards did not work very well. I then indicated that this was not my problem. And because I did not want to leave and I wanted to be helped, he called the security guard. Then I wanted to go to the store to buy a new one, but the security guard didn't let me in. He could not indicate why I was not allowed to enter and was treated very rude. I then left. I did not expect such a large store to treat customers this way and that such unprofessional people work there.
