Every time I want to take a chance at Media Markt,...

Every time I want to take a chance at Media Markt, something goes wrong and I regret it.
Paid a TV this time. Specially selected a Media Markt that would have it in stock so that I could pick it up the next day. (In another city because I had enough for that)
Got a vague message about a delay. So, customer service called .. Yes if it says that they have it in stock you can just pick it up.

So I drove all the way to another city, paid parking fees to hear that they didn't have it in stock and that he could get in today or tomorrow.
Can I pick it up from an MM that does have it in stock? Was far from home anyway .. No is not possible.

So back home. Now wait until they have it inside and wait until I have another day off to drive that end ..

Our son wanted a JBL box of 400 Euro for his birthday, he had saved up for this and we made some extra money. Everywhere it was sold out, but the website of MM said that it could be ordered and picked up in A'dam. I only had to pay ff and pick it up 2 hours later.
Immediately after the payment I already received an email that was not in stock. I have paid 400 Euro and can't just go anywhere else to pay 400 Euro. Now a week later and still NO money back. Harmful !! I can cancel for 1 second and reverse must take day !!!!

Quite angry with MediaMarkt.
If I come to buy a mobile that is discounted from the normal price to 99, it is said at the checkout that I simply have to pay the normal price, while online, advertisement folder, and in the store I declare it for 99, - I go back to the department, the employee tells me that MediaMarkt itself has added accessories to this mobile, which is why extra costs are added.
Wow for MediaMarkt.
Then ordered online for 99, - and no not at MediaMarkt.

Asortment is of course impressive. But... Hmm... But personel is one big drama. They do not know almost nothing. How is this possible? I do not lie if I tell I was there 100 times. Everything I asked them they dont know or answer was oposite to true. As they are not even like electronic stuff. They are as vegan personel in meatshop. Prices are also high. Is just rumour that media markt is cheap. When you compare to other shops is mamy times more expensive. And the worst is that you come there with some plan and your product is not on stock. Then what you can do with your desire. With your vision of driving home with IT. Then you but quick something more expensive and less satisfying. I dont want even start talking how mamy times I bought something and was direct broken or next day. No. If you have other possibilities not go there.

Called to this location called with the question if we could return a defective product here which has been repaired several times. Once it arrived, it turned out to be impossible and the debt was fully shifted to the call center that the phone seems to be taking. You hire them in, do not you? Thanks for the parking costs and an hour of travel time!

WORST SERVICE EVER, I AM NEVER BUYING THERE AGAIN. First they sold me an electric oven that was not in stock. And not only Media Markt Arena was out of stock, the manufacturer was also out of stock. I had to chase them for days until they offered me to replace it for another oven which is more expensive, but for the same price. The oven finally arrived yesterday, weeks after I ordered it, but the people who delivered it could not install it. They gave me the telephone of the installation company, who scheduled an appointment and have not shown up. Media Markt said the mechanic would come yesterday and they apparently did not check that information. Now I have an oven and a cooking hood and can't use either because no one has come to install them - a service which I paid more than 100 euros for!!!

I made a purchase in store but the product somehow didn't make it into the delivery que so it's taking another eight days to be delivered to my place. I found out on the website about the next day delivery service when purchased online so I called the customer service to get a refund but they told me only in-store refund is available for in-store purchase which I think isn't so flexible. You don't even have to go to the store to make a purchase once you already have what you want in mind. just buy it online or else it might take days to get ur hands on it. Customer service people were very nice yet didn't solve my problem

A washing machine bought at Media Markt i recommend to anyone.
After my washing machine broke down I had ordered a new washing machine at the Webshop of the Media Markt.

After ordering the washing machine, I received an e-mail from the Media Markt with the message that my washing machine was out of stock and that it would therefore take longer before I would receive the washing machine.
However, when I ordered the washing machine, the webshop indicated that there were enough washing machines in stock.

Finally received washing machine. The washing machine in the Media Markt had a red Bosch logo, the washing machine that I had received had a gray logo.

Asked different employees (Bijlmer location) what the difference was, or whether I had received a different model perhaps. No one could explain to me. The disinterest and ignorance dripping from.

Then through Facebook sent my complaint (delivery) and demand (color logo Bosch). Perhaps the customer was able to help me.
I have spoken to several employees (Robinn - Sylvana Yamila) and I am constantly asked to send my details via a personal report. However, no data following on here.
In two weeks I'm still not helped me with questions and complaints.

And what one can provide me with an explanation for my question about the Bosch logo.

Pay close attention to price differences in the store and online. Had been able to order a Logitech mouse online for 64.99 in the afternoon and pick it up at the store, but bought it the same evening because I came along anyway. Not paying attention and then it turned out that the same mouse (same product number!) Cost 79.99!
I wanted to check in the store, but mobile data "doesn't work". Or is that intentional?

Count more then 40 minutes in to get help at the MediaMarkt/Tele2.
Just walked in the MediaMarkt at 7.20 pm today to get a new tele2 contract and the advisor refused to even help me in 40 minutes. I knew precisely what contract I wanted but the phone sales representative couldn't be bothered with any details. Instead he kept referring to the 8 o'clock closing time. Really poor customer experience, it seems that MediaMarkt doesn't care about selling their products.

If you ask an employee if a charging cable is the same as a cable you have with you, this lady says 'yes sir'. The cable does not fit at the exit. Back with the lady 'sir, I can't know all that, just go to the service desk on the 1st floor'.
After waiting for 3 customers, the service desk turns out to be the service smart desk, would you like to join that other desk?
No, so, and they no longer see me at the media market. Cable is in the trash can. Media market service is next door.

Buy an offer (only 1st cheaper) from a large container. Do I still have to pay that euro because it does not apply to this article. Ridiculous! There was a mountain of the same in that bin.

I've been to many Mediamarkts and think I like this one best. They've revamped the store so you don't have to wait too long at the register. There's also a service department which can also be reached from the store. So many nice gadgets! They also have test versions of most products, so you can hear of view the product in action on the spot.

What less is that you really have to pay attention to this media market. Products are not good, so you are always more expensive. Now again I took a tablet from the bin, the price was 166, - ..... arrived at the checkout all of a sudden 258, -
I'll go back to the top .... the tablets are 64GB instead of 32GB.
Mister from the media market did get me the right one, they were behind. He put a few in the bin but left the 258, - in the bin as well. If you buy multiple products, this is not always noticeable. So with this you have been warned. This is not the 1st time that this has happened to me, it happens to me a little too often.

Last week it was not possible because the fridge with packaging would become very tight in the hallway and people were afraid of possible damage to the wall and front door, after which it was suggested to deliver it via an outdoor lift. Today I took another half-day off to receive my fridge. The same driver arrives within the agreed time and immediately informs you that it cannot be delivered again. This time due to the fact that there is a terrace on the ground floor that prevents the elevator from standing. He indicated that he had already communicated this fact to the office staff so that they could take it into account but that he did not act accordingly.
Which means that I still don't have a refrigerator, I've made two appointments, have been waiting twice and have had to take two half-days off work and will probably have another third! I'm disappointed!

Don't think your defect product you buy will be replaced or repaired. Had a nintendo switch lite which had joy-con drift from day one (joystick defect). They just said nothing was wrong after their 'tests' and didn't repair/replace it. Still have the problem to this day.

We had specially come to the store because we needed one more product, but we were not allowed to enter the store 20 minutes before closing time. A waste of fuel and parking costs. We were told at the door that they should be open no later than eight hours due to Corona, which I fully understand. Good place for checking out electronics before you buy (online). Often overpriced and don't ever believe the btw-free weeks; the products are just jacked up beforehand. You're still gonna pay the same as if there was no sale.
