Large media market with a lot in their range. Nice staff, they help you with what you are looking for.

Such poor crockery just couldn't get any worse. Just let you down.

Last year I bought a JBL extreme and because I will soon have an outdoor party, last month, after advice from a media market employee, I purchased a JBL extreme to connect it to each other.
In no way did I manage to connect the two JBL extremes with each other so that the sound would come from both boxes. After a search on the internet and a telephone conversation with JBL, I discovered that the old version has a connect connection and the new version a connect + connection.
In short, they cannot be linked in any way!

With both JBL extreme's I went to the Mediamarkt in southeast to tell my story. Aziz (a JBL expert) immediately told me that this is not possible. In short, we found that I had received the wrong advice and that the only solution was that I had to buy a new JBL extreme 2 with which I could connect. In short, this made the extreme 1 superfluous! I told Aziz that I was disappointed in this but also understood Aziz that I had no proof that a Mediamarkt employee had not given me the correct advice in this regard.
I also told him that when I ask for advice in the Mediamarkt, I am not suspicious and someone is going to ask his name for if he doesn't speak the truth, something like that does not occur to me!
In short, Aziz could give me some discount but in the end I went home with a second JBL extreme 2 and now I have 3 JBLs of which only 2 can be coupled. Nice gesture to give a discount but in the end I did not experience this because in my eyes every extra expenditure was unnecessary because I already had two JBL extreme's. Although I also understood Aziz's story, I still left a nasty taste in my JBL mouth. Aziz did indicate that he was going to discuss this case internally and that he would come back to it.
A week later he called me on my cell phone and indicated that they had discussed this case internally and that, to meet me, he offered a JBL Charge 4 free of charge for my 8-year-old son. after what I had experienced it was very nice!
Last Saturday I picked up this JBL charge with my son. When we got home, we immediately tried to connect the boxes to each other, but we did not succeed immediately and called Aziz for help, he made a video in the media market and apped it to us so that we succeeded!
Despite the fact that in my superfluous purchase of an extra JBL extreme, I still think that Aziz has done everything to make me satisfied. Despite the extra release of a JBL extreme 2, 1 is very happy and that is my son
