The secretary was really bad I come before the close time by 7 min he wouldn't let me go in and I had long talk then he let me go in and that's really not respecting of me on 21 jul was the date he must not work there anymore!!!!!!!

Wanted to buy 3 nespresso machines yesterday at 439 each. the seller / barrista didn't even offer me coffee to test, but to people who weren't even interested.
As a potential customer, I am consciously completely ignored by the seller.
I just left the case. I told the competitor and today I can buy the 3 beautiful devices after extensive testing and testing with a 20% discount at COOLBLUE. .
As a customer I am also not crazy !!

extremely poor quality of customer service. i bought a TV including all audio surrounding on the 01/11/2019 and since then i haven't been contacted either by mediamarkt although they ensure me that they will call me back. i had to call again on the 26/11 and still status quo. they have to look when my purchase can be delivered..... what a shame

Can't bring bag inside and prices are too high.
Even though my bag was just ordinary handbag. I'm not gonna leave a bag with iPad in a locker you are supposed to use at your own risk. So if it got stolen it would be my fault? But I'm not allowed to bring it in in the first place? Ridiculous! Shopping at cool blue instead. Hope these idiots go bankrupt quickly!

Please do not make a small purchase here. Wanted to bring back a pair of earplugs from a tenner. The entire store is full of staff but long line at the checkout. I am then sent to an upstairs room where I end up with a half-full service room, where the only staff member is helping the same couple for 15 minutes. I have seen 10+ employees come by but nobody looks up or down. The waiting area is only getting fuller. After 20 minutes it's my turn finally. I get a note and can go back in line to the cash register to get my money back. And then they also had a sign with a WOW experience in the waiting room. That was ultimately it, but not in the way that the Media Market (I hope) envisioned.

I thought the store was bigger. Nevertheless, you can find almost everything. The clerk was friendly but did not know much about the product (mixer). He's actually more interested in selling us a new power contract.

Wait 45 minutes. While I know which washing machine I want. Lady is ready wants to go to the toilet first, comes back after 5 minutes. Is addressed while she walks towards us. And then helps those people. I walk in her direction and she immediately finds out that those other people were earlier, I just want to pay. Afterwards got the comment that I had to buy it somewhere else. Manager arrives (wss because he sees on camera that I am irritated) and not because I need help. Tell my story, his reaction is "Jah, I was not there, can I do anything for you?" Class, really class! Do not offer a solution, do not ask what the solution is in my opinion, do nothing with my story, just stand there as a hopeless MM employee. Actually my worst OOOIT experience in a store.

Very Bad experience :

last week(September 25 2018) I ordered a fridge,wash machine and dryer and a TV. They promised me that it will be delivered by Friday(Sep 28th) and then on Friday as I did not receive any notification about the appointment ,I went by the store to ask for the update and they said it was just received at the inventory and it will be dispatched by Monday ( Oct 1st).

Meanwhile i got many false mails about wrong delivery of items( like wrong wash machine model) and I need to follow up with them to fix this.

On Sunday (Sep 30) I got a mail saying only 2 items can be delivered instead of 3 as the wash machine is out of stock.

On Oct 1st I receive a call saying that now the items are broken that are in inventory and I get the items by Wednesday(Oct 3rd).

This does not seems to me so professional. And if I would have known that items are delayed by a week ( and still not sure about the delivery) I could have chosen for some other options.

Terrible service. One staff member for the entire mobile phone area on a very busy day. He was too busy anwering questions for other customers to get the phone that I wanted to buy out. I will instead take my business to the coolblue online store.

Good assortment, reasonably competitively priced (for a physical store). Do not expect too much from the sellers and it has happened to me a few times that as soon as I wanted to buy something it was out of stock and the advice was to order it through their website.

Staff: lifeless without any knowledge or very pushy
Prices: lowest price in a price comparison where they only compare a few other large providers, or DURATION. Especially the prices make the rating 2/5 stars. If you are such a chain, you should be able to do it cheaper.
Range: Seems huge, but lacks small skills such as loose utp plugs or something that you have to go to at the hardware store. Sometimes the excess of choice is also pointless.
Furnishing: Neat and logical, nice to look around.

Once you have found the right shop assistant, the service is top-notch! By that you are completely helped, the only downside is that you have to find the right one and that they are not always in the department where they belong!

As a visitor you are obliged to put your backpack ...

As a visitor you are obliged to put your backpack in a locker. Your locker is only not insured. So if you find out after your visit to the store that your locker is empty, you're out of luck. Very customer unfriendly as far as I am concerned.

Do not trust the same-day delivery! I ordered something urgent on Tuesday morning (that should have been delivered on the same day by the shop!) and got an email that I will probably receive it on Thursday. Very disappointed!
