Beautiful, well crafted products with excellent and friendly customer service. The only issue is with limited stock (frequently sold out and/or massively backordered items) as well as issues with products arriving within the designated delivery window.

Frustrating. Couldn t get through to speak to anyone when I couldn t complete order online. Great things but prices are high and shipping is expensive.

I purchased a coffee table from McGee & Co. It was completely overpriced even on sale. I justified the purchase by thinking it would last a long time. Not so!! After only two months the wood split!! I immediately sent them a message about the problem. They requested pictures which I then sent immediately. I was informed by a person named Holly that since it s past 30 days there was nothing they were willing to do!!!! I was so surprised! I thought this was a reputable company! I replied that this answer is totally unacceptable and that I wanted it brought to a managers attention. I payed a lot of money for this coffee table and I, along with most people, think it should last more than two months. I don t have any young kids climbing on it or anything like that. It s just sitting there! Holly obviously doesn t care because she then sent me a link to their 30 day policy. No manager got in touch with me. They absolutely do not care about their customers or customer satisfaction at all!!!! All they care about is taking your money. Buyer beware! If I could give McGee & Co negative stars I would!!!

I recently placed an order and an item was missing from it when it arrived. I emailed them immediately, and received a prompt response with a replacement sent out to me immediately. Great customer service!

Love this shop! A great curated selection at a variety of price points, mcgee and co is a favorite of mine. The shipping can seem steep in the free shipping culture we are in, but I find the selection is worth it! :) Also, the service I ve received has always been excellent!

I think your site has such beautiful home goods but I think being charged $300.00 to drop off 2 chairs is a little expensive. I get it for a couch or large pieces but for 2 small chairs?

I have followed studio McGee for years on instagram. She is such a beautiful designer. She has beautiful pieces available on her website. A little bit more on the pricey side but everything I ve purchased is so worth it.

I love everything on the McGee shop I just wish they more affordable for people like me. But every single piece the I order is beautiful ...when I see the box in front of my door I feel like a kid on Christmas Day.

I have never dealt with a company whose customer service was so poor. I placed a table order on 6/26 only to find out in OCTOBER that it was delayed due to fanufacturing issues. Not a single note was sent regarding the delay. Not an offer to provide a discount on the CURRENT order but 20% on a future order. Why would I place a future order with a company that has zero clue how to treat their customers? You admitted fault in this so you should be taking the disount on the the order I had placed. I can say without a doubt that this was my first and last experience with McGee & Co.

I love Mc Gee and Co products. I ve ordered, pillows, art, rugs, and furniture from their website. Unfortunately, the only items I ve received without issue are their pillows. The rug I received, wasn t what I ordered, the art piece arrived completely damaged, and I m now having issues with lack of updates/correspondence on a furniture item I ordered. Shopping online is so convenient, however shopping with McGee and Co. has become a hassle.

McGee & Co. has the most thoughtfully curated selection of timeless home furnishings and decor. It s a treasure trove of cozy textures and artful pieces that I simply can t get enough of! I ve purchased several rugs, wall art and decorative accents- and all of them have exceeded my expectation for quality. I m so thankful to Shea for sharing her point of view and for making her warm & inviting style accessible to so many of us!

I have bought three counter stools and two glass canisters from this company. The packaging I received the stills in was top notch. They took precautions with wood plans and optic wrap to ensure that the stools arrived in mint condition. I also shopped around on price for these stools and this site had competitive prices. Sometimes that does not always happen with designer products but in the case of McGee and Co their pricing on these items were reasonable. I really like the inventory from this family run company!

Great products - repeat customer! Only complaints are shipping time for rug swatches and inability to return the swatch. I just need it for paint colors so would love to return. Edit: received swatches much more quickly than originally quoted - I really appreciate the quick turnaround!

I finally pulled the trigger and purchased this very expensive but gorgeous desk I ve had my eyes on for years. I made the purchase in December 1, 2019 through McGee & Co because it was in stock and there was 20% discount (no brainer!)

I was aware of their processing time frame and lead times, but they NEVER contacted me ONCE regarding an update on my order which I ve paid off in full by the time I contacted them in January 22 asking for an update. I was told at that time that the piece was in fact backordered indefinitely. I said I would wait and for them to please keep me updated of any changes or etc. Nothing!

I contacted them back again on May 1st for an update and it took 9 days for a response back (yes, we re in a pandemic, but every other company (small ones, too) has responded back within 24-48 hours). I get an update that this is back ordered till August or later. Now this $2500 desk isn t even on their website and I ve decided, enough is enough, and to cancel the desk because at this rate I will be waiting on it for almost year. I am beyond frustrated and feeling let down from this company whom I ve been a long time follower and fan of.

Worst experience I could ever have imagined. Ordered four stools, arrived at a third party warehouse, were lost in the warehouse, no resolution for multiple weeks, refused to simply ship us a new set and deal with their logistics company on their own. Still dealing with this. It's been two months since we ordered. Absolutely insane. Avoid this place.

Very disappointed. I have been a huge follower and fan of Studio McGee since the beginning and now with my own home I ve been so excited to incorporate some of their pieces. Recently, I purchased the La Messina rug, only to discover upon its delivery that is simply a Loloi brand rug and unfortunately the same Loloi rug is purchased for another room for $100 cheaper. Nowhere on the McGee&Co site does it state that this is the Loloi Layla rug, but sure enough that s what was delivered. I have scoured the details and specs on the McGee&Co site just to make sure I simply didn t miss this explanation, but indeed McGee&Co is selling this rug under the guise of an original product from their line when it is not. And with them not covering shipping for returns I now have to pay $50.00 to simply return this rug which means I ll be $100 in the hole. Really lost a lot of respect for this team and company in this transaction.

Via blog Halfway Holistic I keep updated on McGee. Also via their posts and you tube videos. I ve watched them since 2015? Their CA store is close so I m off to check out a rug. I d sure be happiest if designers were on the left coast as well as salt lake. Makes it pretty pricey to get design work. For me. But they have a good mojo. Next up a piece of art. Expecting the best.

The customer service is really bad. I ordered a bunch of things and one of the items isn t the one I ordered. I contacted customer service and there is a text back said there will be someone contact me but no one contact me! Not saying I waited for a long time for this order to arrive. Now I can t find anyone to fix the error they made. I tried email, text and phone. But non of them can reach anyone to help me with this issue. Very disappointed!!!!!!!

I ordered two night stands but only received one with no indication that the second nightstand is on its way.

I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at McGee & Co. After placing an order for a chair, I learned it was out of stock and would be backordered for over two months. I found the chair in stock on another website so I called McGee and Co after a couple of days to cancel my order. They refused to return my money, only offering store credit, even though the chair wouldn't be shipped out for over two months! I contacted them several times, all the way up to the manager level, but was denied every request to have my money returned. I am in the interior design/staging industry and am well aware of the vendor/manufacturer relationship as I work with artists, makers, shops, and small businesses like them every day. I have never had this issue before or experienced such poor problem resolution and customer service. This was my first and last time buying anything from McGee & Co for my clients or myself.

I discovered Studio McGee + McGee & Co. about 2.5 years ago and instantly became a HUGE fan. I spent hours on their website, putting together wishlists/someday lists, etc. hoping that one day I d be able to have their products in my own home. In the last year I ve ordered from their store a few times, mostly for client projects and I cannot begin to express how incredible not only the quality of the products has been, but also the quality of service from the entire team. The one and only time I had an issue with an item arriving damaged, it was handled very quickly. The team responded to my email immediately, shipped out a replacement and even offered me a promo code to use for a future order for the inconvenience. Their beautiful products are what attracted me in the beginning, but their customer Service is what truly won me over. Might sound cheesy, but when you re working on styling multiple client projects at once, knowing you have the support you need from your favorite vendors when things go wrong, makes a world of difference. I love all of my products, and the employees were Sao kind and SO helpful! They even discounted a couple of my items even further than they were already discounted!

I had 17 receipts in my email for the same item. I only bought about 5 items. It was not very efficient to have to check out each item at a time separately. The sale was not managed well. Although, the products were great.
