I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at McGee & Co. After placing an order for a chair, I learned it was out of stock and would be backordered for over two months. I found the chair in stock on another website so I called McGee and Co after a couple of days to cancel my order. They refused to return my money, only offering store credit, even though the chair wouldn't be shipped out for over two months! I contacted them several times, all the way up to the manager level, but was denied every request to have my money returned. I am in the interior design/staging industry and am well aware of the vendor/manufacturer relationship as I work with artists, makers, shops, and small businesses like them every day. I have never had this issue before or experienced such poor problem resolution and customer service. This was my first and last time buying anything from McGee & Co for my clients or myself.
