I purchased a coffee table from McGee & Co. It was completely overpriced even on sale. I justified the purchase by thinking it would last a long time. Not so!! After only two months the wood split!! I immediately sent them a message about the problem. They requested pictures which I then sent immediately. I was informed by a person named Holly that since it s past 30 days there was nothing they were willing to do!!!! I was so surprised! I thought this was a reputable company! I replied that this answer is totally unacceptable and that I wanted it brought to a managers attention. I payed a lot of money for this coffee table and I, along with most people, think it should last more than two months. I don t have any young kids climbing on it or anything like that. It s just sitting there! Holly obviously doesn t care because she then sent me a link to their 30 day policy. No manager got in touch with me. They absolutely do not care about their customers or customer satisfaction at all!!!! All they care about is taking your money. Buyer beware! If I could give McGee & Co negative stars I would!!!
