I have never dealt with a company whose customer service was so poor. I placed a table order on 6/26 only to find out in OCTOBER that it was delayed due to fanufacturing issues. Not a single note was sent regarding the delay. Not an offer to provide a discount on the CURRENT order but 20% on a future order. Why would I place a future order with a company that has zero clue how to treat their customers? You admitted fault in this so you should be taking the disount on the the order I had placed. I can say without a doubt that this was my first and last experience with McGee & Co.
