Phillip was very attentive and helpful in our RV shopping. He made sure we saw what we wanted and got us all of the information we needed. We look forward to dealing with him and Brooke as we get ready to buy our RV.

Would highly recommend dealing withAshley Graham. I first delt with mcgeorge rv when I called parts and Ashley helped me with a replacement part I lost on my rv she found the correct part and shipped it to me in Florida where we were on vacation. I can only imagine how great of a sales person she is she really went the extra mile I would highly recommend dealing with her.
I recently visited McGeorges Rolling Hills RV in Ashland. So much selection! I had a great time during my tours of the RVs. Josh Blizard was super! He pointed out all kinds of features in the units that I would never have noticed and compared and contrasted the units as I went through them (and back again for a second look). I really enjoyed the huge selection! Josh was in full contact far beyond any salesman I've ever dealt with. Absolutely no pressure and was quick and knowledgeable to answer my questions! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the guy that did my walk thru seemed he was rushing me. I realize they were busy, but I was scheduled my designated time and it ended up being only about half of that time.
We just purchased our RV from McGeorges RV, Ashland Virginia. The sales people were nice and helpful until we signed our purchase agreement. After we signed, not helpful AT ALL!!! I wouldn t not recommend doing business with this establishment.
Robert Petry was great and very knowledgeable he new exactly what to show me after I explained what I wanted! It was a no pressure sales environment! Would highly recommend!
Wonderful experience! The people are very friendly from the time you walk in the door until you leave the lot. Rodney, our sales person, was awesome he was available for days after first looking answered any questions and made us feel very comfortable. Dave, the finance person, was very helpful made a round peg fit a square hole lol. They are not about pressure or looking over your shoulder while looking around. I would highly highly recommend McGeorge RV!!!
We were looking to replace our hybrid camper and saw that McGeorges had the model we liked. We stopped there on our way from NY to NC to check it out. We bought it,,,a 2015 Funfinder 210UDS. Our experience was excellent from the terrific trade in we received on our old camper to the set up and delivery of the new trailer. A BIG "Thank You" to Lynn Lowery, our sales person, Cari Ann and Ron, from the business office, Mark, who stayed with us through the pre delivery walk through and Donna, our fantastic service tech. The whole experience was excellent...and that's what counts!!
We went on a whim on a Saturday morning just to "Look" at getting a travel trailer camper. As we are brand new to RVing but had been searching for months online for what we thought we wanted. We went in and were greeted right away by Ben. We were a little scared as you know you always think a sales person is getting ready to over sell you on something thats to expensive or something for a the season camper owner but he definitely was not like that. Ben asked us what we were looking for, how much we wanted to spend, what kind of truck did we have, all the logically questions that i never thought a sales person would even care to hear. Ben then took us out to the lot to look at some campers my husband and i were thinking well here comes the show he is going to take us to something crazy and actually he didn't he took us to EXACTLY what we had asked for and then took us to look at a camper that was just slightly bigger but nothing crazy. Well of course just looking turned into us buying our first camper with McGeorge and we had a great experience and are LOVING our second home! Thanks Ben and McGeorge Team!!
The Service Manager was less then knowledgeable with regard to their product, not knowing their products or solutions to simple problems. Great place to buy but poor place in getting help or answers from their Service Dept.
Purchased our RV in February 2017, Went on our first camping trip in May. The first thing the air conditioner did not work. Which tells me it was never checked out before we picked it up. Took the RV back in for repairs. The service department said we would be moved up on the list since it was less than 90 days from purchase. Over one month to get it back. When we did get it back the sink cover was missing. When I questioned it they denied anything could have happened to it at their facility. I guess the sink monster ate it. Anyway I am forced to buy another cover. It has been 3 weeks and still no call on my cover, if it has come in or not. Also they wanted to charge me $37.00 for checking out the batteries. I will not pay that. Another thing they did not check out at delivery was the #2 grey water tank valve. The valve is buried in foam insulation that I will have to dig out myself and repair. The handle was even missing. Another thing you can never get anyone to answer in the service department. They say they will call back, they never do!!! The Sales department was great to work with but the service SUCKS!!! I do not recommend buying from McGeorge RV. As soon as my warranty is up I am going to find another dealer to service my unit.
My husband and I purchased a 37' TT from this place. Stephen was very nice and showed us around. He was patient and if he didn't know the answers to our questions, he checked for us. He even gave us his cell phone number so we could text him questions if the main office was closed. The reason I did not give this place 5 stars is because you really do need to be an informed buyer and go in there with a list of the campers you want to see. When Stephen asked us what type of camper we wanted, he only toured two with us. Luckily I had printed out a stack of a dozen or so campers that we knew were on the lot from the website and asked for him to take us to each and every one. He was happy to do so, but I felt their system for helping a new buyer find the perfect camper lacks a lot to be desired. We financed, and the process was the same as when you go buy a car. You really need to allow the whole day for this part of it. Pick-up is the same. They quote a minimum of a week from the time to choose your camper to the time you can drive it off the lot. We were there all day waiting for it to be finished even though we had an appt time to be there. They did a brief walkthrough, luckily my husband is proficient enough to grasp all the info. We did find a crack in the shower and a few other minor defects for them to fix but they assure me that as long as its not a fabric/linoleum issue, we have a year from DOP to bring it back.
I ve met Salesman Keith Desmond on several occasions, and I have to say his knowledge and professionalism is beyond anything I ve ever seen. Keith will definitely go the extra mile to ensure you and your families camping needs are met and exceeded!! I highly recommend Camping World and Keith Desmond if your in this area and looking for an RV!!! Happy camping!!!
My wife and I visited your facility to look at the possibly purchasing an RV. When we walked in we were immediately met by one of yours sales representative Mr. Robert Petry. He was very helpful and he spent a lot of time with us not knowing if we were really going to buy a vehicle. He let us see a lot of vehicles and had a lot of patience with us and answered all of our questions. I the end he was the reason we decided to purchase an RV-Class "C". Throughout the process, even after we made our purchase he checked with us to ensure we were OK. He was a delight to work with and did not pressure us at any time. We would gladly recommend him and your organization as a place to purchase an RV. We have really enjoyed the RV. Thanks, Edward & Amber Pokropski
We lost our camper to damage after hurricane Michael. We went to Mcgeorges basically just to see what s out there and bought a camper. We had a great experience with our sales person Robert Petry. He real made our shopping experience great.
Everyone at McGeorge was very helpful. Cindy advised us and helped us pick the right camper for our needs and wants. John Sebastian stayed in contact with me through out the finance process. During the walk through Bill answered all of our questions and made sure we know how to operate and care for our specific unit. Daniel explained everything and answered all of our questions as I signed the final paperwork. Overall we are happy with our experience at McGeorge RV in Ashland, Va.
Dustin Crooks was awesome to work with. He was very patient and diligent in providing excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Dustin if you're in the market.
We walked into McGeorge's Rolling Hills RV one day, in search of a very specific motor home. We were paired with Cindy Harris, who was incredibly resourceful. While there was not a motor home in stock that met our needs, she searched the Camping World inventory and found one at another location. Fast forward a couple weeks, and we are the proud owners of a motor home that meets our needs to a T! We would never have found it if it had not been for Cindy! Thank you, Cindy!
By far the "WORST" purchase experience of my 58 years. Lets start here. 1) Looked at Prowler Travel Trailer which had Electric Hitch and Awning. Was told this unit was 14,999.00. Said i want this one. Went to desk, salesman said ill be right back gotta get number from unit. Came back and said he made mistake unit is only 13,999.00. i said great. Never seen unit again until i arrived on scheduled date to pick up (should have checked unit) No electric hitch or awning. Told nothing could be done bank has already approved loan the unit is mine. (note pick up date schedule 4 days after purchase which surpasses 3 day back out option). 2) Listed MSRP 24,300, however when i reached my insurance agent, dealer stated MSRP was 19,000. 3) Finance stated final sale price financing 18,197.00. Did not go over each charge. My fault for not asking. 4) Offered a 200.00 gift card, gave me a 300.00 gift card. 5) I live in WV . Purchased the RV in Va. I Received a temporary VA registration and tag. Wanted to make sure i would receive a WV registration and Tag. Called and keep being told our registration person is "not in today". I have made numerous vehicle purchases over the years to include RVs and never encountered such deception here. Buyer beware !!!!!!!! BBB is being notified.
Josh Blizard was a great salesman...poor guy shuttled us around for hours and we ended up on the very first camper he picked after listening to everything we were looking for when we first came in! He went above and beyond even staying late and helping us with delivery stuff last minute since we lived a bit away and couldn't get back the next couple days to pick up our beautiful Geo Pro! He was very engaged and laid back which was refreshing! We will definitely refer our people to him in the future
Service department: If I could give it even less than 1 star I would. Once you drop your camper off for repairs pay no mind to the promise by date . I gave possession of my RV keys over to them with a promised 2 weeks at the most turn around for the minor warranty work that needed to be done. What I got after 2 weeks was the parts have to be ordered still routine. Then an email with attached pics showing damage that was caused by a forklift on their property. After multiple calls and even a letter to the Regional Director, I received my RV 4 months, 1 week and 1 day later. To add insult to injury I was told that the RV was being washed but when I picked it up it was covered in 4 months of dirt and grime from being out in the lot. I will never go to this place again. Buyer beware.
Horrible experience, went to by camping trailer after weeks of shopping because this dealership had the one we decided on. Simply put, these people are liars and cheats. They will lie to your face about anything. They have no clue what is going on, and deliver a horrible buying experience. We walked away from our sale during the walk through of our new trailer, mainly because of the blatant disregard for honesty. Buyer Beware! We ended up buying from General RV next door, night and day experience. Highly recommend going there over McGeorge/Camping World.
Parts department is the only experience I can comment on. Don't bother them. I got a quick answer look on the shelf you have to buy the whole thing. I had already looked on the shelf and didn't see the part. Didn't see the the whole thing on the shelf either. Found similar product. I guess this Camping World doesn't carry the same brand name as other Camping Worlds. Hope the other department are better, but haven't seen many good reviews. I had thought about inquiring on the purchase of a new camper from them.
Great experience. Our salesman Kriss was very friendly and helpful. John was very helpful and answered all our questions. I would reccomend camping word in ashland to anyone looking to purchase an RV or travel trailor. Connie Balderson
This is my second Rv purchased from Robbie and refuse to go to any other salesman due to the worry free and stress free environment that He brings to the sale for the buyer. They were able to work with me and meet all of my needs for the trade and the purchase of the new unit as well.
Time and time again customers have raved about the Finance Team at McGeorge's RV of Camping World. Carey Ann Virgin has been recognized for dedication to her customers and is highly recommend for her professional knowledge and skills. No time for bashing the neighbors in the industry but plenty of time to help the community to get out there and go camping.
My husband and I walked into Camping World and Robbie Lyons was the first person who welcomed us and ask if he could help us. We sit down with him and he wrote down all of our must have items in the RV.
He then took us on the golf cart to our dream RV. (Even matched the colour of our tow Jeep). It was the only one that he had to show us cause we knew it was the one. He went over everything about the coach and was very well aware of what he was selling.
It felt good to know we were in good hands. He was going out of town the day that we were having some things done to it but he made sure he had someone to take care of us (which she did).
Thank you Robbie Lyons for all you did for us. The day we were moving out of the old into our new luxury home, he kept coming by to see if there was anything he could help us do.
Robbie is not just a good salesman but he is sincere about the product he is selling. I would refer any of my friends that are looking for an RV to stop and check this place out.
Thank You Robbie, Donald and I are so happy with this Newmar, Canyon Star 50 years anniversary edition. 3rd times a Charm
Me and my husband recently looked into getting a nice RV and we just so happen to be passing by this amazing place. The gentleman who waited on us was very patient and listened to everything we had in mind for our home away from home . The mans name was Dustin Crooks. I strongly think he is the best person there! If it were rated from 1-10 we would proudly give this kind man a 10! When we make our final decision we will be stopping back by to this awesome place and we will be looking for Dustin!
Keith Desmond was fantastic. He s knowledgeable and insightful - he anticipated what my wife and I would like and led us to it. Look forward to working with him more in the future.
Robert Petry was thorough and knowledgeable about the travel trailers on the lot. It helped that he could explain how much he liked his wolf pup travel trailer. He was considerate and willing to give me some time to decide whether the new travel trailer was what I wanted or not. Robert Petry showed me some of the special perks on this wild pup travel trailer and let me visit various parts of the trailer more than once. He wasn't pushy or pulling a hard sell. Soft sell maybe. His cat is cute! He gave me some pointers about travel trailers, explained some things about rv equipment, and explained each step in the buying process. His manner was professional, respectful, and calm. Give Robert Petry 5 stars throughout the process. Customer: Desta O'Connor.
They have a great selection of Campers and RVs. We realy liked the Torque toy hauler. But we didnt like the high pressure sales. We generally like to think about a large purchase before we buy. That seemed unacceptable to them. We also noticed all the bad reviews about there service department. We asked them about it and they said they where working on it. So we didnt want to pay all that money, then if we had a problem not get good service. We did buy a toy hauler from another dealership in the area. They where way more interested in us being happy rather then just a sale. And there service department is amazing. So I would recommend you shop around the area before you buy!
Waited 40 minutes to get checked in for a service appointment. Then waited another 10 minutes for the slow computer to pull up our info. Inadequate staffing for the number of customers. Right hand doesn t seem to know what the left is doing. Will not bring our rv here ever again.
Purchased a used motor home from this location. There were a few issues with the unit that needed attention. The issues were addressed (so we thought) and we took possession of the unit. This is when then the real hassle began and it is More
My wife and I purchased an Aria 2019. Our sales rep was Dustin Crooks. He was very helpful, friendly, and courteous and not pushy at all. He was also very knowledgeable. We highly recommend him.
We stopped in at McGeorge's on the way home from looking at a rv from a private owner, and and nice Man named Jade ask us if he could help us in any way just let him know .we asked to look at a few Travel trailer's ,he was so informative and very easy going and showed us around to all the RV's we wanted to see , we took up a cple hours of his time and he was very helpful and did not pressure us into buying like most salespeople and just was very helpful in showing us around and answered all our questions , he was funny too,and very easy to talk too ! We had a great visit !
I was more than satisfied with our salesman's professionalism and patience with us during our purchase. We had been shopping for about a year and came back specifically to buy from him.
Honestly, I felt like I was in a car dealership. Perhaps that's the background of the staff, but I don't care for pressured sales. RVs sell themselves these days, not need to push.
Edited review to reflect our experience with the service department: Dropped off our brand new travel trailer (purchased 12/17/18) to the service department on 2/13/19 with a requested completion date of March 23 - which we thought was generous. Here it is April 9th and nothing has been repaired on our trailer. We have been lied to several times about the status of our unit, phone calls and emails go unanswered, and deadlines blown completely out of the water.
Two month ago, the dealership posted that they appreciate our business, apparently that's only when you buy an RV, not when it needs service.
Original review Sales = 5 stars Donnie Appich was our RV Specialist and he did a great job of walking us through several RVs until we found the one that was right for us. Sales Manager, Taz, (who had helped us in previous visits) is also awesome.
A very good experience overall. The folks that did our walk-through were very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about our new unit - we just wish the process wasn't an all day affair.
If you're looking for a new or used camper, or need supplies, make the trip to McGeorge's!
My sales person was Alvin and I can not say enough good things about him and McGeorge. Alvin is extremely professional and courteous before during and after the sale. This was my first camper and he showed me all the options and different styles. He gave me all the information I needed to make an informed choice. I am very pleased with my 5th wheel! During my first camping excursion I had some issues, had no one else to call. Called Alvin (sales) and he went back to the lot to help me trouble shoot the issue via phone. I am amazed at how Alvin and the whole crew there exemplify excellent customer service and professionalism. If your looking for a camper then stop reading this and go to McGeorge. IF your in the military ask for Alvin he will take care of you!
Great experience with McGeorge RV very knowledgeable salesman lots of inventory thank you Butch Henshaw for all the time you spent with us showing us all the wonderful RVs and helping us make the right decisions.
McGeorge RV Camping World is a bunch of crooks. Sold a camper with no title and now says it is not there problem. The manager Brenton even hung up on me before I could explain what his previous employees had been doing. Will also be contacting the MV Dealer Board.
Crooks. They say in business for 40 years. I say taking people across for 40 years. Tried to trade in a 2000 diesel pusher with 38000 on it. They didn't even want to see pictures of it. They made it clear though that what they offered, 20-24000, could go down when they seen the coach. I was offered 30000 from another dealer, and at least they looked at pictures. I am dealing privatly for 45000 right now. Nice coach , on Monaco or above scale. I can part it out for more then they want to give. I guarantee they would put 45000 on it.. Stay away.. never again!!!
Went to this company because we understood that they had a good reputation. They sold us a RV that we were unable to tow and should have directed us to something we could actually tow. They brought the RV to us without a state inspection.
They had the RV for 3 months from August to December 2018 when they were supposed to do the outside coating to protect the paint, which I paid extra for. They said it was done and had paperwork that said so. Not done, the advertising stickers were still on the outside of the RV.
When they brought the RV back to my house, they parked it in the middle of my front yard, in a precarious position and not leveled. It sat there for 4 months since no one came back to position it properly.
We contacted them numerous times via phone and email.
The air conditioning does not work, the interior was supposed to be cleaned and the fabrics/carpets covered with protective coating, that was not done. One of the outside vent covers needs a latch, no caps for the pipe storage, and turns out there is water damage that they did not disclose at purchase, could be causing more damage, and may be causing a mold issue.
When they picked up the RV to do the work they had not done, the towing vehicle smashed into the under cap in the front and damaged the exterior, the back rack was drug and bent, the spare tire was nearly ripped off and broke off several of the lug nuts, and wrenched and twisted the RV getting it down to the road. I do not know what interior damage this may have caused. When I asked about this, they told me they saw no damage
Awesome buying experience on our new to us 5th wheel. Fair trade-in on our Motorhome. Lyn our sale associate has been wonderful. McGeorge's is where you should go before you go anywhere else. Will save you wasted time and effort....Great people, service and products. Thanks from Larry Simpson and Midge Boyd
This was our fifth RV we have bought from McGeorge's over the years. Jeff McCarthy took very good care of us all the way from the ordering process to delivery and followup. We highly recommend Jeff!
Worked with Dana Bishop, she was very helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly not pushy. We have been looking for quite some time and I look forward to working with Dana and McGeorge's Rolling Hills RV in the years to come.
We loved working with Ricardo Andrews. He showed us what we were looking for and was very knowledgeable. They have a great selection of campers. We'll be back soon!
We had an excellent experience at McGeorges and ended up with more than we expected! We HIGHLY recommend Rodney on the sales floor, he is a pleasure to work with. Rodney is knowledgeable, patient, and has a positive attitude start to finish. Thank you McGeorges RV! We are thrilled with our new Travel Trailer!!
Terrible customer service .service dept is terrible they dont call you back and you can never get through to anyone.our camper wont see that place again.your pretty much worthless after they make the sale.edit to my original review and it was just 1 star.i wish you could give these people negative stars.i have been trying to get a screen that was missing from my bathroom vent for 3 months first they get me the wrong one and now they ignore me.left a message for service manager and no call back and parts has not followed up with me.looks like you spend 30 grand and they cant even figure out how to get a 20$ screen.horrible place i will never go back
Sales person Rose was phenomenal. Very polite, professional and patient with me and my wife. She took us around the whole lot until we found what we were looking for. We bought a 29ft travel trailer and have been in it for about a month now. McGeorges team from start to finish was smooth, efficient and they went the extra mile to make this purchase easy for us. Thank you McGeorge's and team. A special thank you to your sales person Rose for ensuring this was a great experience for me and my wife.
Amanda was extremely helpful in directing us to a travel trailer that she thought would best fit our needs as well as providing recent updates to the latest model fifth wheel trailers available. Very happy with this company, highly recommended.
We have been dealing with McGeorge now Camping World since Aug. 2013 when we made our first travel trailer purchase. We have had at least one service visit a year that have all been pleasant and painless. Today, Mar. 17, 2018, I must say was a fun day when we traded our travel trailer in for a Class A motorhome. Thanks to the kind professionalism of our sales associate Justin Tiggett, Carrie Virgin in finance (we thank you for your kindness, guidance and honesty) and Ed Savage the G.M. for making our purchase as pleasant and as painless as possible. Also a big thank you to Jay Allison in service who always takes good care of us with our service needs.
I was originally going to give a poor review. Sales people really cant answer but so many questions, and the parts counter wasnt much better. BUT Service Tech Phillip saved the day for us. He was truly accommodating and helped fix what the sales people had us confused on. As well as making extra repair that we believed would be fixed but hadnt. To be fair to our sales associate, she was pretty new and still learning the ropes. She wasn't overly pushy and seemed genuinely nice. But her manager had us confused and congratulated us before we had even made a decision. Honestly feel like all our issues with her probably stemmed from him, we just did not like that guy. And hes her boss, probably training her. Sales and Parts department seemed to just want to focus on selling everything they could.
Overall, I recommend working with Rose for sales and Philip for repairs/service work. Both seemed more concerned with what the customer wanted/needed.
We just felt like some of the fees werent properly explained, left thinking we HAD to buy a new hitch when we didnt because they made it seem like they wouldnt let it leave without one (I blame the manager more than Rose, she seemed to not fully know herself). When explaining we had a hitch, her manager made it seem like it was the trailer tongue (the part that locks to the ball) that we HAD to buy because they couldnt sell the trailer with the used one on it. Just to let yall know, the used one is on it. It is a weight distribution hitch and sway control for your truck/towing vehicle that is actually what is purchased; it's an add on. It is a special drop hitch that goes into your reciever with sway bars that hook to the trailer tongue. Yes, it is much safer to have this style. But we were grossly misled and very confused because we were led to believe there was 0 way to tow it without it.
We still did buy it, but could have bought and installed the style they sold us ourselves and the process for buying was overly complicated by the parts department not being able to answer any of our questions. Not to mention the outrageous labor rate for putting the hitch together (again, we loved our service guy!)
Just be prepared for at least a few thousand to be added to the list price. We were told about one set of fees but when we started the paperwork, more and more fees or extra "necessary" purchases.
How fun Rose was and informational Phillip was is the only thing that truly saved this experience for us.
update from 2 months ago. NO PROGRESS. Don t buy from them. If i had the ability to give zero i would. The service department is the worst. Don t go here!!! Buyer beware alert!!!! I ve called god knows how many times, one time i called in late summer and was told to take to another camping world. So let me share my terrible experience. My wife and i saw a new keystone cougar we liked. So we bought it and was told to extended warranty bc these campers break and have issues and this will cover everything. We also bought the extended paint and interior protection. Being new campers we wanted some protection so went ahead with the warranties. When doing the camper walk thru the we noticed the carpets wet and floor was wet. When we asked the representative oh it must be were we put the carpet protector down. Ok we thought that makes sense. We noticed the trim wood and carpet was becoming wet and I ve also noted the top liner on two slides are bubbled up. Some times the carpet would be wet and sometimes not. When I d try to call I d get too busy try another camping world . Soooo finally i just dropped off in early November. We get a call 3 weeks later saying we almost finished their diagnosis and call back. So i can no answer. Wait a week. No answer. Finally got a somebody end of January. They say oh we diagnosed your slide is isnt sealing right. Ok i thought i got extended warranty which i was told would cover things like this. Also remember the beginning of the story with the walk thru. I m being told NO it usually doesn t cover SEALS. WHAT A LYING FINANCE GUY!!! 60hrs of man hours to get fixed. The service lady says oh well let get everything ready to send to warranty to see. Ummm why hasn t it been sent already? I was told i was going to get a call back 2 weeks ago. 2 messages no call back. I ve wrote the email address that has been responding on complaints on here. They wrote back and said somebody would call. Meanwhile my camper has been sitting in the rain and snow for 2months with a supposed leak, does that make any sense? Save your time, find another dealer, still curious how they re going to make it right. I ve already started compiling my complaint to BBB.
I Have posted a more in depth review on Yelp. I will simply just state that I am completely unsatisfied, upset, and amazed that they have grown this large. I will never use, nor recommend them to anyone. A one week fix became a month long, incomplete, frozen pipes, mess. Justin in sales and Brandon, April, and Asia in service are about the only saving graces of their business. If you have been assigned to Art I truly wish you the best in your experience. Please take my advice and use a different dealer for your RV needs. Please feel free to contact me about my experience. I am more than happy to share my experience about a company that handles business the way McGorges handles theirs.
Response(google link would not let me respond to the business)
You are focusing on the wrong problem, I didnt want the unit winterized due to the fact I would be using the fifth wheel and the work was estimated to take 1 week not 4. Please stay focused and address any of the following;
The full black water tank
Giving the customer the wrong keys at sale, then after they are "fixed" you only fixed 1 door.(parts still on "order"
Broken blinds that are still "ordered"
Having to make a 2.5 hour drive to finally get the parts shipped to you since i was not receiving calls back.
The dead batteries on pick up
The promises made by your service manager that there would be a note left on my file which never happened.
I have also never seen a business publicly argue with a costumer. This has been a whole new experience for me. And i know i am not the only one that has issues with your service department as while i was there a very angry lad dumped water all over your floor and asked who "winterized" her unit. I would like to say that your sales department performed flawlessly and maybe should be used as an example of how to treat costumers in the future.
Low pressure, no stress. Been in there shopping twice so far!! Haven t bought anything but also haven t been pressured into purchase during discussions on different rigs!
I am in awe of my salesman, Darragh O'Halloran. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and attentive. I was nervous about such a large investment--a 2019 Thor Four Winds Motorhome. Darragh made the transaction more comfortable and helped ease my anxiety with education and assurance that this was something I could handle. He attended to my needs through the entire sale. He did not push or hover. I am so so pleased with Darragh's expertise as a salesman. Thank you for Darragh! I also want to give a shout out to Jennifer Fleischauer the Delivery Coordinator. She was amazing with her energized spirit, helpfulness, and very kind attention. She was always on the move and paid close attention to details. Also, my financial manager, John Sebastian, was able to answer all my questions and allow time for me to absorb all the information. He did not rush me and made sure I knew what I was signing. Thank you so much for an experience like no other! Darragh made it all happen!
My experience was great. Everyone there was very personable and helpful. My sales person Robbie Lyons was able to help with anything that I had a question about as well as the finance people. Great place to buy an RV from! Would recommend it to everyone.
Great customer service! Ricardo Andrews sales associate, listen to me on what I was looking for. (First RV) and took us to see some rv's. He answers our questions. I found the one I wanted. I was so excited, this was the one! He work with me to make it happen. I was vey please!! Thank you Ricardo.
I also would like to add Great service by Bill! When I came in for my walk thru, he explained all the ins and out of my RV. When I ask him questions he would answer them and go over it with me. I was very pleased with his orientation! Thank you Bill. I can't wait to start my travels.
Thank you Mcgeorge Rolling Hills RV. I would recommend you guys....
I'll never buy anything from them, I was told one price on the phone and told they'll price match the website but when I drove 40 mins to the store they wont honor that price unless you're a good sam member. I wasn't told that when I called, thanks for wasting half my Saturday and fuel
Cindy Harris was so awesome she spent a lot of time with us and we appreciate it .wasn't pushy at all .would love to deal with her when ready to buy thanks again .NEIL & DENISE
I dont even know where to start when it comes to this place. My husband and I have never had such a terrible experience in our entire life. If I could give this place no stars I would, our experience starts back in February when we 1st tried to purchase a 5th wheel. We had a unit we were interested in and they tried to give us an outrageous APR and even with a heavy cash deposit, they did not want to work with us. The 1st salesman that we had did not want to work with us and help us close the deal, so we pulled out of it. Now fast forward to the beginning of May, we found another unit (same model) for a better price. So we contacted them again in hopes that we could get the deal closed pretty quickly. Long story short they could not get that unit across state lines because of Covid 19. We then get a call from our sales guy Stephen telling us they have a 2021 unit coming in with everything we want. Not really the price range that we were looking for, but there was no other units avail anytime soon. So we decided to go with the 2021 unit, they tried to give us another high APR (8.9%), so we contacted our credit union. They gave us a 3.2% APR and our payments were where we wanted them. So we decided to move forward with the deal, the first financial contract they wrote up was wrong. After they rewrote the contract we proceeded to the next step. We went to McGeorge to finally put eyes on our unit and ended up doing our paperwork. We were told one amount for our trade in and they ended up giving us a different amount for our trade in. The following weekend we were going to pick up our unit. We paid for some extras and our 5th wheel had 80% of the extras done. We were and still are waiting on our slide out toppers, and it's been 6 weeks now. You try to call them and they put you on hold or the managers are never available. No body ever has any answers or they say they will call you back and never do. If you dont follow up with them you will never hear anything from them. Unfortunately for us our adventure with them is still not over.
Bought new Keystone 5th wheel at the end of Oct. 19. Was sold wrong camper (told them 3 times that day the one we wanted). We were then called 2 days later and told they sold us wrong camper and wanted us to drive 1 hr to resign papers(Nope). After to 2 trips by salesman to our home they finally got paperwork straight. Went to pick up camper 9am on Saturday, was given paper on camper. It was the wrong camper(1st on they sold us). After 20 to 30 minutes of staff running around, they told us they had it straight. 2 hrs later we were taken to see our camper. Come to find out they prepped the 1st one they sold us and didn't tell us we just waited. Just bad overall, the only reason we went here was because only 2 dealers in VA. that sell this model. 1 hr and 4 hrs away from our home(WRONG CHOOSE). Nice campers bad sales and service...............
My husband and I recently purchased a 2018 Forest River Rockwood Hard Side A192HW from McGeorge's RV. Pasha Gortman was the sales associate who met us at the door and helped us. He was instrumental in expediting the process to insure we could receive same day take home. From showing us the various models to going over at delivery and seeing us off on our 4+ hour trip home, he was there helping us. If interested in an RV, we would highly recommend McGeorge's RV and Pasha.
We called in advance and they were very helpful over the phone. When we arrived our salesman Robbie Lyons was extremely helpful. We told him exactly what we were looking for and then he showed us exactly what we wanted. No BS. No trying to up sell us. No hassles. Great experience.
Josh did a great job of actually talking to me about my needs and why I wanted a travel trailer. With this knowledge he was able to quickly show me a fantastic trailer that checked all of my boxes and then some. Excellent experience!
Met Robbie Lyons one Friday and had him show us some toy haulers. He was very friendly and knew everything about the units. He spent the better part of the day with us. We ended up buying a unit.
Great place! Great customer service! Employee Guillermo made the job of finding an RV so much easier. Would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an RV.
The service provided after you have purchased a camper is extremely poor and customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Would not recommend this dealership for the purchase of a camper to anyone. We purchased a 2 year old camper that we were told was like a "certified preowned vehicle" that had been thoroughly inspected. We pay a large amount of money for our unit and had multiple issues after our purchase and using the camper only 4 days. The dealership had our unit for 3 months to provide repairs and never touched it and provided no updates. We lost the entire camping season waiting on repairs. The customer service department could never provide updates and even top management failed to ever return calls or provide updates. Worst experience ever.
