I have been in the market for a travel trailer for a while, however I am in no hurry. I ve been working with Josh Blizard, the most amazing salesman ever! He knows I m not going to buy until I find exactly what I want and calls me every time he comes across something that fits what I m looking for. He is dedicated and courteous. He also has the most adorable southern accent and is just so much fun to talk to. If you re thinking about buying, go talk to him!!

omg, Cleda at the service counter might possibly have provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. She spent probably an hour with me making sure I was going to get the right tow hitch installed on my car. She even walked out to the parking lot with me to check my vehicle. Very, very impressed.
Have purchased two different campers from Taz over the last few years. Taz was Top notch salesman that even assisted me rectify a situation with the service department on one of the purchases. Will seek his guidance if we ever were to buy again. Have recommended to friends who have all reported similar positive experiences.
Called in July for appointment for our new RV that we bought in May because of problems with various things that needed to be corrected. Finally gave us a date of August 18 and drop off on August 17 and the RV is still there.. They do not let us know anything as we have to call them and leave messages and they don't return phone calls. This is the worst service we have experienced in all our years. Had to give one star to post but should be minus 0.
Extraordinary customer service. They did not have the item I wanted in stock but ordered it for me and set it up so I would still get the sale price. Had money saving suggestion on Good Sam renewal.
Great customer service. The whole team was very helpful and attentive. Though the time it took to drive off the lot with our new camper took longer than we would have liked, we are very happy.
I made an appointment with Ms Brianne Strother and she was very helpful in answering all of my questions prior to coming in , i haven t made a purchase yet but wanted to recognize her for her great customer service .
I came in last week after not being able to troubleshoot a rattle online. Jennifer helped walk me through the process and made me feel a lot more comfortable about choosing McGeorge. The waiting area seemed a little out dated but manageable and the staff were pleasant.
Great prices, great service, our sales and, Mark, knew his subject and offered a great deal. Everyone in the dealership was very courteous and professional. We actually hed a better experience this time, versus when McGeorge was not part of Camping World.
Keith Desmond did a excellent job going over each and every detail during our RV purchase. He was very informative and friendly. Top shelf in our book!! John and Tracie Swain
Thank you, Robbie Lyons, for providing so much information and showing us just the right options to match our needs. When we are ready to buy, we ll definitely be back to see you. I was so happy to see all that we can get within our budget. Can t wait!
Extremely knowledgeable staff and great products! I WILL be recommending this establishment to my family and friends! Brooke was so helpful and had too notch customer service!
We are first-time RV buyers and they made it so easy! We had the wild idea to bring our two young kiddos and they were quick and patient with us. Keith was kind and answered all of our questions to ensure we had the right camper for our wants and needs. We will be back if we choose to trade/buy another.
Now, when we went to pick up our RV and we got a tour/walk around of the camper and all of the tricks and details Bill was AMAZING. When we picked out the necessities to camp he checked our cart and helped us fix it. When you sign up for your class after purchasing, ask for Bill!
We recently bought our first camping trailer after having researched it for years. Cindy showed us the model we wanted and didn t seem to mind that I wanted to open every cupboard and cabinet. I never felt rushed and everyone was happy and excited for us even when the deal wasn t finished until well after closing time. Cindy is knowledgeable, down to earth and most of all not pushy. After reading several negative reviews so far we have had a good experience with McGeorges. Hoping our service will continue to go this well.
Thanks again Cindy for helping us start our camping adventures.
Phillip S. from McGeorge RV is a Rockstar! He was communicative, helpful and efficient. We faced some banking challenges and Phillip worked diligently to find options that would work for our situation. Throughout the entire process, Phillip was respectful and courteous. I highly recommend dealing with Phillip if you re in the market for a camper, 5th wheel or RV.
When my Wife and I finally decided to make the jump to a fifth wheel, we went to McGeorge's. We met Mark Johansson when we came through the door. We had done our research and only wanted to see one model. We told Mark what we wanted to see. In just a few minutes, we were standing in what would become our new summer home. Throughout the process he took every opportunity to make the process painless. It took just over 3 hours to complete everything. This is our second purchase from McGeorge's and we'll be back when it's time for another one. If you want to be treated right, go see Mark.
Mr. Damon Collins was a real nice salesman! He was very knowledgeable and had a personality to boot! Although we did not purchase today I would certainly come back to Camping World and Mr. Collins.
We are in the market for a trailer! We called and spoke with Alexis who was both courteous and knowledgeable! She answered all questions with confidence and it helped us narrow down what we were looking for! Great customer service and we look forward to coming in soon!
A solid sales experience. Robbie was fantastic and he followed through on everything right away. His demo of the unit was great. The paperwork didn't take too long and the finance guy beat my bank so no complaints. They had lost the second set of keys to the unit we bought but gave us a 50$ gift card and reimbursed me for making a copy of them all. Everything on the unit works well, but we were very careful to check everything closely. I'd recommend for a purchase... Ask for Robbie.... He rocks.
The most rudest people. Make sure you get everything in writing. Because they will lie to your face. You would think buying a new RV that it would be clean. I everything would work. The brakes locked up about 50 miles away from the dealership. Go to a different camping world.
Over a month ago made an appointment to get my RV repaired, inspected..ect. I clearly told them that I needed it by 21 May, and if that wasn't possible I wanted them to tell me so I can take it somewhere else. Well, here we are. They called me and told me that my RV was taken to RV world for repair?? And that they(RV world would call me). They never called me. After numerous calls and no clear answer I had to drive to RV world and to my surprise work hasn't even started and today I was told that it "might" taken another possible 2 weeks! Just complete failure. Buying it was great. After you go out the door the maintenance nightmare starts.
This review may be difficult to explain in detail. Let me say I can recommend them, just make sure you STAY in contact and FOLLOW UP. I spent many countless hours here dealing with the purchase, delivery, and delay of our 2020 MPG2500BHS. I dealt with lies, apologies, great service, complaints, miscommunication, promises not kept, and damage to a brand new unit.
THE GOOD: FIRST: Our sales person Shane was good. The amount of time he spent with us is unmatched. I appreciate everything he did and tried to do for us. SECOND Jessie in delivery is fantastic, an angel, a caring person, and communicated well. She did everything possible even when the sales side messed up. When the technician punctured the outside of our 2020 MPG fixing molding on the inside Jessie assured me it would be handled and handled well. She was right! THIRD: Most of the staff running around the building was always nice and helpful. They answered questions and treated everyone well.
THE BAD AND THE UGLY: FIRST and ONLY: Robbie (Sales Manager) lies and misinforms. He insults women and I would not recommend dealing with him. Another employee felt as I did about his treatment of female customers. He told my wife multiple times that damage to a brand new unit was normal and not normally fixed. Now, when he dealt with me, it was going to be fixed and got fixed. I walked away from the first deal he offered as the number sounded wrong, well it was. I wanted the OUT THE DOOR price and thought I had that, nope he gave me the unit price only and when I went back the price drastically changed
THE REASON I CAME BACK AND BOUGHT: Dan the general manager is a great guy and genuinely tried to fix everything. Only mistake was making a promise that he could not keep. When my 2020 MPG Dan told me the last thing he wanted me doing was leaving with a repaired unit that was brand NEW. Well, I left with a repaired unit. The person that did the BODY work did an amazing job. Dan did a great job recovering the mess Robbie created. Dan tried to keep the delivery on course. Dan tried to make amends by offering me $300 Camping World credit and for some reason that irritated me and my frustration with the whole thing spilled over. Probably because of the massive car accident that was the week before and that there was nothing I needed from the store since I was already a camper owner. Dan did not deserve that and I swallowed my pride to apologize. Dan, I am sorry!
WHAT IS STILL OUTSTANDING? I am still waiting on the $300 check promised by Dan (My check arrived last week.) I am waiting for some parts to be shipped to me. With the shipping issues and closures I am not surprised there are delays.
Every dealer is going to have good and bad reviews. Lord knows this one could have gone bad multiple times. Even with all this, I would recommend them as well as the one in Newport News, VA. I have more detail that explains each step, but that is not necessary for this. Just go check them out, talk to them, and communicate.
I came in the store the other day asking about a job this lady was nice about to I never been in rv that so nice I never sell RV before but willing to learn tho
When i began my journey of buying an RV, i wasn't quite sure where to begin. I had spent weeks on google review all sorts of things and reading articles, reviews, etc. That's when i came across McGeorge. I was thoroughly pleased with what i read online so decided to take a stroll to the lot, keep in mind i still honestly had no clue what i wanted or needed. That's when i met the salesmen Devin. After going through a brief overview of what i was sort of expecting Devin walked me through the lot showing me a few units that he felt would be the perfect fit for me, He didn't once try to push a sale on me, but rather helped educate me and let me make my own decisions. He explained all the differences in the units to a point it was easy to consume and understand, ESPECIALLY the engine and towing specs. At the end we found the perfect RV for me and family. The whole process was a breeze and Devin even followed up afterwards to make sure i was still enjoying my purchase. Devin is top notch, committed and honest and something all salesmen should aspire to be, with that being said i look forward to working with Devin and McGeorge again when it's time for an upgrade!
I visited McGeorge's yesterday and we had a great visit! I researched the units on the website prior to the visit and identified three I wanted to see. Our RV Advisor Josh Blizard showed us the three I specified and then proceeded to show us several additional units that met our criteria (bed size, bathroom requirements, etc., etc.). It was so nice that he was not a sales closer but truly a product advisor! This really helped us circle around and narrow down the right RV for our needs and wants! Our search continues, but if the perfect RV is at McGeorges Rolling Hills (Camping World) - and it may well be as they have a HUGE selection - we certainly will enjoy the sales experience!
Very disappointed in this place. We bought a great RV but absolutely horrible service. A few months ago the auto steps would not go in. We were grounded for our weekend trip because the steps would not retract so we could not move the RV. McGeorge told us to contact the manufacturer ourselves and try to see if they would send a tech out. Well on a Friday night that is impossible. We had to wait until Monday to demand to speak to a manger at the store (bc we had no luck with coachman), after explaining my disappointment in the situation Art said that he would "do whatever it takes to make things right". So a tech came out and put steps in manual mode (we couldn't bc it was rusted shut). Art said that a new set of steps were on the way and would be in soon. Fast forward to 2 months later for an available appointment to fix the stairs only to find out the wrong steps came in so that prolonged having our RV in the shop another week so we gave a list of things to fix that were under warranty, one being the fresh water tank leaking. The technician said it was the over flow value that let water out and it was a safety feature so nothing was wrong. (Ok, let's hope that right) but then they charged us $40 to tell us that, on a concern for an RV that 6 months old!! I'm so over this place. Very disappointed. You are better off buying your RV in Texas and then find a local, trust worthy mechanic instead of McGeorge. Definitely don't get the "we care about you" feeling from them.
Robert Petry was very knowledgeable, helpful and a delightful person to work with. He honestly help us understand the process of buying a good quality camper. Thank you Robert and Camping world! We will be lifelong happy campers!
We visited these folks last weekend after their competitor across the street were complete jerks. Go see Donnie Appich, this guys is GREAT!! He has been in the industry for 16 years and knows his stuff about the units and their options. Not at all pushy, easy to talk with and very personable. Truly someone to do business with!
I want to give an amazing shoutout to you guys. From the young lady Brianne getting me set up with my appointment and doing it at a fast turn around. Once I got there Devin was on it, answering the the concerns that I had and doing it in a professional manner. Your team of professional workers are amazing.
Had a great experience buying here. Robert Petry was really great to work with. He was very patient with us and let us look around at our own pace so that we were really comfortable. The huge inventory here makes it a great place to go to see a wide variety of camper styles and sizes.
Absolutely the worst "customer service" ever! Can't give minus 5 stars! Made an appointment for warranty work - they didn't look at our unit for 7 weeks and did so only because we contacted the corp office and complained. Took a total of 20 weeks to get our rig back and when we did we checked it in their driveway only to discover NONE of the items had been completed! They fixed a couple things in the driveway then shipped us the parts to complete the rest of the repairs ourselves! Turns out, they billed Heartland for warranty work! (Heartland wasn't happy about this when we called them!) Their excuse about the poor customer service was that Camping World "bought them out"!
Don't buy from here if you expect any service after the sale. The worst service department. I had to get some work done that was covered under warranty. It took them two months and they didn't address all the issues I had. The one item they did repairs on was incomplete. Don't buy from them!!!
Very poor delivery of new camper, thou the man giving a demo was knowledgeable, I was not given the owners manuals. I did find some of them in a drawer for some of what came with the camper, like refrigerator and stove. He showed me the electric trailer brake controller they installed in my truck but he did something that set the trailer brakes on. I didn't realize this until in bumper to bumper traffic driving across the 5 miles long James River Bridge. Every time I touched my brakes, after going only a few feet, the trailer brakes would lock up with the tires smoking, trailer bucking. I believe I drove all the way from Ashland To Suffolk, around 100 miles, with the trailer brakes partially on.
With this experience in getting a new camper delivery, I now have reservation as to the quality of work done in there service department.
Are you ready for McGeorge's Rolling Hills RV? You need to check this one out. They go way out of their way to make the customer (you) happy! Try them, you'll see. Their a 10!
Disappointed with the inventory selection of higher end towable and class C. Could have just been the time of year and alot of people buying getting ready for the upcoming camping season. Sales staff, young and not to knowledgeable. Reception staff and customer service was awesome.
Great selection! We dealt with Christian...what a great salesman! He took extra time with us to make sure we got the best service and helped us to make a wise decision for our purchase. He didn't waste our time...he was straight to the point... with no games!
If I could give this place negative stars I would. When we walked in the little black and blue haired girl with glasses at the front desk was more worried about the guy next to her talking to him rather than greeting me, when she finally addressed me it was like I was bothering her. I guess she was hired to flirt instead of be a receptionist. That gave me all the vibes for this place that I needed to know. Whoever the General Manager is of McGeorge's should really remove that little girl from the front.
Our nightmare started 1 yr ago. I read the reviews and ignored them because they took my lowball offer. Sales experience was terrible. Bought the rv and returned a week later with the check. The rv was not ready at the prescribed appointment time. Had issues with the leveling jacks, generator, and backup camera. After waiting 4 hrs after the delivery apt we were on our way. We still have issues with these things one year later. We made an appointment to have everything fixed approaching the end of warranty. Appointment was misleading...we dropped off the rv and were told that it would be a few weeks. 3 weeks later, I called for an update. Update was they still hadn't looked at it. I'm not sure where these people learned customer service, but a lack of customer service is the industry standard. 1 day prior to scheduled pickup called for an update with no response from the service rep. On my way to pick up the rv, was told it still had not been looked at. These people have now had my RV for 30 days and done nothing. They literally did not address any issues until I was 1 he away. Arrived to find my generator still unworked, they needed to send it to a cummins dealer. Which they could have figured out had they looked sooner. Will need to drive 3 hrs each way to have more work done but need it for a trip. I will be contacting a military lawyer to have them blacklisted and highlight other military folks to avoid. For everyone else, I would urge you to do the same.
Absolute worst experience I have ever had when trying to make a purchase. I was looking to make our first RV purchase so I started looking online on RV trader and RVT. I found a 2019 Coleman 300tq toyhauler that looked like it would work very well for my family at McGeorge's RV. We do a lot of fourwheeler trips so the toyhauler part was necessary. I did an online request to see if the unit was available. I got a call from a salesman named Cody and he told me the unit was available still. I told him what I was looking to spend so he said he would work out some numbers and get back to me. Later that day he emailed me a price that I was comfortable with so I told him I would be in Saturday to look at the trailer. Friday he called me and said another Camping World location was requesting to have the unit transferred to them and the only way to block the transfer was for me to put down a $1,000 refundable deposit. I reluctantly did so because my family was excited about the trailer and i didn't want to miss the opportunity to get it. Saturday morning it took us almost 4 hours to get to McGeorge's RV but family was still excited the whole way. When I get inside Cody was finishing up with another customer so we walked around the camping store picking out the stuff we were going to get for our new trailer. When Cody was finished he took us out to look at the camper which they had sitting right behind the building for us with a sold tag on it. As we walked in the unit my wife noticed that the interior was a dark brown when it was suppose to be a light cream color. I walked into the toyhauler part and noticed that it did not have the Happijac bed like the listing said and also displayed in pictures. This feature was very important to us for sleeping an extra 2 people. Cody didn't know why these features were different so I pulled up the email that he sent me with pricing and stock number and saw that the stock numbers did not match. He went inside to figure out what was going on. When he came back out he said he was sorry but they dont have the other unit but they have 2 others at different locations that they would get 1 of those transferred but wouldn't know anymore about it til Monday. At this point I am very disappointed but we went inside to see if he could find out more about the other units. He was going back and forth talking to a manager that at no time ever came out to speak with us directly but did offer a $100 dollar gift card to their camping store which we would get at the time of purchase. I feel my Saturday is worth more to me than that, that barely covers my fuel cost for getting there. Monday afternoon comes around and still nothing so I called to find out what was going on. No answer so I left a message. Cody returned my call later and said none of the units available had the Happijac bed but they were in contact with the manufacturer to see if they were building any with Happijac or if McGeorge's service department could install one. He then got back to me through text message the next day, after I again had to call and said he was waiting for manager to make a decision on what to do. He called me later and said he was ordering the parts so they could do the install on the unit they had there and it would look exactly as it does when it comes from Coleman. I wanted to pick up on Friday July 5th because we had a trip scheduled for my son's birthday on 19th and he said that would be no problem he would have everything done by Wednesday July 3rd. I was also having a 2nd A/C unit installed. I text him Friday June 28th just to make sure we were still on schedule and he said yes. So again we are excited and waiting for the day to go pick up our trailer. On Tuesday July 2nd I called again to make sure we were still on schedule but Cody was off that day. A couple hours later I received a call from the sales manager, I think his name was John Martin. He tells me the Happijac bed is not going to happen that the dimensions are wrong and they cant make it fit. He said we are sorry but you can buy the unit we have here. Wow
Jade was awesome to deal with extremely knowledgeable of the campers and always available for questions. Would definitely recommend him to others and McGeorge RV.
Dustin took very good care of us and enjoyed our experience. He s was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable. He also paid attention to detail. We highly recommend anybody to this dealership and especially to ask for Dustin
Great buying experience, Dustin Crooks was knowledgeable on the product and work with us to get the price point and payments within our budget... I would highly recommend McGeorge s RV and Dustin Crooks for your RV needs
I purchase a new 2020 Rockwood Ultra Lite Travel Trailer. After a camping trip, I found that the black tank rinse system did not work at all. After my trip, I called McGeorge RV Camping World to set up an appointment. Britney in service set me up on a Monday and my unit was ready for pickup on Friday in the same week. The service department found the problem at the black water tank. The hose was kinked and had to be repaired. I had read the service could take a long period of time. But in my case, I was very happy when Britney said it was ready for pick up. Thank you McGeorge RV for your great service!!
I had the best experience at McGeorge s RV-A Camping World Company In Ashland today. Before I came in I had done what I thought was my research online and I thought I knew exactly what I wanted. I had the pleasure of being helped by Alexis. Upon speaking with her about my wants and needs she followed up with a few questions that lead us to find that our truck was not adequate for what I wanted to purchase. She was very quick to offer other options and suggestions on how to purchase what I needed/wanted but also to help keep us within the range we needed to be.
Alexis took the time to not only answer every question that came to mind during this entire process but also showed me every RV that I asked to see (which were quite a few) and never once look or acted frustrated during this VERY busy Memorial day. She helped me find the perfect RV that fits not only my truck capabilities but also all the bells and whistles that I was looking for. She seemed very in tuned with her customers needs and wants and took the time to listen to me. I would highly suggest that if you are in the market for an RV, this place be at the top of your list. Not only do they have an excellent selection but also a very knowledgeable staff and unparalleled customer service.
Austin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable and answered every question we had. I would defiantly recommend Him and McGeorge RV.
Our salesman, Mark Johansson, was great. I truly felt like he had our best interest at heart and wanted to help us get into the RV lifestyle that he had been enjoying himself for years.
The buying process was typical. Inflated price and fees that you have to negotiate down. If you have ever bought a car before, then you know the deal. Just be prepared to play the game.
Where they fell down a bit was on pick up of the RV. We came in at 11AM. We were promptly taken to review the RV. It was pretty apparent that it was going to be completely up to us to know what to look for and ask them to fix. There were some glaring problems that really should have been caught before we went to inspect the RV (blow fuse on the lights, black tank not empty, dirty awning, window seal that they said they would fix before and didn't).
Once we had our punch list of things for them to fix, we went back into the office area and store to wait. And wait we did. After 2 hours, I finally asked someone for an update and they said it should be ready in 5 minutes. It was more like 15, but it was finally ready. However, when we tried to pay for the hitch work we had done, there was only one person in the service department and she couldn't/wouldn't find our paperwork, so we had to wait another 20 minutes just to pay.
Overall, it was an OK experience. You'd think for a dealer who sells so many RV's they would have their act together more, but maybe it's just too much volume for them to handle. It's not a terrible experience, but be prepared to be there all day when you pick up your RV.
Cindy was so awesome !!! She was energetic yet patient, not pushy yet very knowledgeable. We are so excited to get out there with our new camper. We not only got a new camper but a new friend.
LONG REVIEW...PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING FROM ANY CAMPING WORLD!!
We wish we could say our overall experience has been positive however this saga started 15-May and has yet to be resolved as of 1-Sept. Our salesperson was eager to please, however briefly lost sight of their customer service focus & professionalism when we encountered a work emergency while finalizing our closing which required us to complete the process off-sight. Tammy, the regional manager & Cheryl, our finance manager, were both extremely wonderful and helpful during the process...going above & beyond to make our dream of owning our Cedar Creek Silverback come true.
Well, since I first posted this review, things have changed somewhat and I will do my best to be fair and open-minded. On the day we were scheduled for delivery and after several text sent to ensure everything was on schedule with no response, we were told by our salesperson we would not be receiving our delivery and that was on our shoulders and not hers. She went on to say that we never scheduled delivery and she nor the Regional Manager had received our delivery instructions. When we received this information we were 2.5 hours from home and waiting in the parking lot of our delivery destination a mire 45 minutes from the confirmed delivery time. Please note we had exchanged numerous text messages with the staff and also confirmed our appointment just 5 days earlier while visiting the showroom. After reaching out directly to the Camping World headquarters and filing a claim, we received a call from Dan with McGeroge's Rolling Hills RV. After explaining the situation and sharing the text messages that confirmed we had in fact not only scheduled but confirmed our delivery and that it had been acknowledge and confirmed by his staff, he indicated that he had secured a driver who would be onsite to pick up our RV to be delivered by 5:30PM (which was 5 hours later than our confirmed appointment).
Well, at approximately 7:15PM it finally rolled into the destination in the pouring rain. The delivery driver, Joe, was absolutely wonderful and very apologetic. He walked us through set-up and provide insight to our RV which the staff of McGeorge's hadn't. Moments after he left the site, we were walking through the RV only to discover there were several items of concern...damages that had not been present a short 5 days earlier. We immediately notified Dan and was told he would look into it. Over the next 4 days we sent numerous text to Dan regarding the concerns and the additional concerns we were encountering including but not limited to a leak in one of the slides...over 20 different items!!
Well, after numerous calls to corporate and another Camping World, who agreed to help us, our camper has been sitting on the lot awaiting repair since 20-July...6 weeks and NOTHING has been completed. Disappointment doesn t not scratch the surface of our experience. When we say no one will help, we mean no one! We have a beautiful camper which we are unable to use and the only updates we can get are excuses. It s just sad.
As it stands, please just do your own research and read ALL reviews including BBB complaints before you head over to McGeorge's Rolling Hills RV and invest in an RV.
Since I purchased my motorhome last April, I am on able to get anyone on the phone to return my calls and I called the service department recently to set up an appointment in late September for winterization and they hung up on me in the middle of the conversation and I never could get them back. They are completely unhelpful and unresponsive. Once more, they don t offer any maintenance to the chassis such as oil changes from what they told me when I made the purchase which is very disappointing. Other camping world locations such as Fredericksburg do offer this.
Thank you dustin cook's for your help getting me the toy hauler I wanted .Your service was very fast and dident take him more then six hours to do everything for me .to the management dustin is a keeper
My experience has only been with the service department and it has been horrendous. My observations are based on thirty years at the VP level in 1000 plus employee organizations where i was responsible for all sorts of services that interfaced with the public. There is a cultural problem here that probably starts with the manager of the service department. I say that because my first interaction was with the front line desk employees who border on rudeness, don t acknowledge your presence, stare at their computers and when they finally recognize you, address you with a tone that sounds like you are bothering them. When you get to the point where your RV is turned over to them and you try to communicate both through phone calls and emails, neither is answered for days. I dealt with the Newmar team leader who was replaced and the new person also did not return a voice message. Next, a call was placed again and the receptionist who answered the phone listened politely, told us the new team leader was out but assured us she would have some one call us back. That was four days ago and still no call. Finally, if anyone thinks this is a singular issue with one customer, sit in the customer lounge and listen to the conversations customers are having about their issues with this department. They are an embarrassment to the organization and I believe the blame lies with the management of the department.
Across the board we were treated pleasantly and fairly. Joe Cornett was our salesman. He was friendly and easy to work with. The finance guy, Dave Brown, was also great to work with. The person who performed our walk-through on our new unit, Mark (don't know his last name), was very knowledgeable and great to deal with. It was an EXTREMELY long process. We arrived at 9:00 a.m. for our appointment and didn't leave until 5:30 that evening. They're waiting area is comfortable and we were kept up-to-date on the progress of our process throughout the day. Thanks guys!!!!
Purchased a 2002 Newmar Mountain Air from these guys and Ben McKinley was my sales person I am very please how I was treated and very pleased with my purchase have run over 3000 miles on her and havent had one min of problems Thanks McGeorges
I am very pleased with my purchase and experience with McGeorge. I was kind of on the fence and undecided, but Drew stayed with me every step of the way. He made the sale and got me to the price I was looking for. Great job and I was very impressed with his responsiveness.
We have been working with Robert Petry for some time now. He has been extremely helpful and patient with us on our first journey of buying our dream RV. His kindness and drive to go above and beyond have been much appreciated! We can t wait to make all the wonderful memories in our new camper!
We had a very nice experience at Camping World. We purchased a new camper and our salesman Robert Petry, was very nice and not pushy. He was also very knowledgeable. We had a very nice experience and would recommend Robert to anyone.
Just purchased our second Class A motorhome from McGeorge's Rolling Hills RV Center. The second experience was as good as the first. Highly professional sales staff. Mark Tazelaar "Taz" was exceptionally courteous, very knowledgeable and commendably patient with our deliberations and questions. Our experience with the Parts staff over our seven years of RV ownership has been no less satisfying. A truly wonderful group of people who have made our RV buying and maintenance experiences very pleasant.
