The salesperson was so great that we just wanted to stay there. Taz made us feel at home. He was so knowledgeable. Mr. Yung was great as well. The entire staff was wonderful. The lady in the snack area was great. The gentlemen who showed us the how to of the trailer also nice. We are recommending your company to our neighbors and friends.

I loved our salesman Phil. He was kind, patient, courteous, and very professional. He LISTENED to us and took the time to show us multiple units for what WE needed not what HE wanted to sell. There was no pressure. He even offered to show us units we had already looked at again...and again. I would highly recommend McGeorge for any of your RVing needs.

Went to buy a 2021 Coleman lantern on my one day off and Sean made it simple easy and fast . He did an outstanding job of showing me each and every feature of my unit . He also painted an amazing picture of what our camping experiences would be like in our new unit . It completely was well worth the trip . This place does get busy , but we were seen in a timely matter and always update by the front desk .

Amazing staff and wonderful experience i suggest you disregard the internet trolls and find out for yourself how amazing this place is .

Off to SC this week with our new camper !!!!

Recently purchased an RV from this location. My salesman was Robbie and I highly recommend you ask for him if you end up browsing here. Robbie was very knowledgeable from the beginning to the end of the sale and even answers my questions via text well after the sale. David was my finanace guy and he as well made the whole process very smooth.

They are a family owned RV dealer, with MASSIVE stock, both new and used. They seem to allow for a bit of wiggle room in terms of price, and both times I visited they were very nice and accommodating. I'd heard they were aggressive sellers (told to only show 3 vehicles and make a sale), but there wasn't even an inkling of that either time. They also have never hounded me with phone calls, which is appreciated.
I never bought from them so I can't speak for that part of the process, but for viewing rvs, they were great.

I strongly recommend you reconsider buying or havi...

I strongly recommend you reconsider buying or having your RV serviced here. I have a lot of regret buying mine here, so far. Perhaps they can improve but so far the many instances (a dozen calls, requests for assistance & updates and several unanswered messages) I have had with their service department and "managers" (service managers and general manager) has been grossly underwhelming.

I originally gave them 4 stars because of the excellent support from the salesman I had and the person that did the walk-through with me but because of the horrendous service department. Apparently, McGeorge's RV Camping World is ALL about sales and selling and almost no support AFTER the sale.

Although my travel trailer was issued an inspection sticker (notice I didn't state "passed inspection") I found out I had only 2 of 4 of my brakes working after I did some brake tests in my neighborhood. Of the one thing that should be 100% verified to pass inspection are the brakes for a 2 ton trailer! Not sure how they can keep their license to inspect RVs if this is typical of their work.

I complained to a manager and they fit me right in to have them adjusted. I did more tests and 3 of the 4 were working and the 4th barely. I spoke to the technician who worked on them to ask why, after 10 moderate to slightly heavy stops, 2 brakes were very warm, 1 was warm and one barely registering warmth--given that all brakes should be applying the same brake force and generating the same amount of heat due to friction. I was told that perhaps the wind was different on one side of the trailer than the other allowing for more cooling (or something to that effect). I was assured that they were properly adjusted and not to worry. Great.

So I took it to a local state park for a trial run and everything was great (although I had some missing and broken parts which have been ordered--2 weeks and counting and yet not see them). The next morning I checked the tires each which were down about 12-15 lbs--probably another item that "passed' inspection. I plugged in my small compressor (pulls less than 12 Amps) to my outdoor 110V outlet and after 30 seconds it cut out. Checked the GFCI and breaker panel and nothing was tripped. After a week of trying to find the problem myself I called for a service appointment but was immediately told that since it was a warranty problem the soonest they could get to me was in 10 weeks!! And that is after I had owned for only 10 DAYS!!!

I contacted the salesman who talked to a manager and I was assured they would fit me in and to bring it in on the following Monday--explaining that I had a camping trip planned with others for the follow weekend and had to have it fixed by the following Wednesday at the very latest. After 5 days, I hadn't heard anything so I called to find the status and found out it hadn't even been moved or looked at let alone repaired. I aske to speak to a manager to explain what is going on and why it wasn't finished and if they were going to finish by Wednesday. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes I was told that the general manager (Pammy) would contact me later the next day. When that didn't happen (not big surprise here, eh?) I called to speak to the nice young lady who has been helping me who was surprised that Pammy hadn't called me. And then explained she would check the situation on my camper. After a brief hold I was told I would be getting my camper back on Monday and that I definitely would be getting a call back from the service manager. Lol and behold I never got that call, I don't have my camper, and I have no idea when it will be fixed. Or who is in charge at this rinky-dink place.

I worked with Robert Petry on finding the perfect camper to fit my family needs. He was very helpful during the entire process and has been very helpful even after the sale was completed. There is a service issue we are still working to resolve that has been ongoing now for a couple month. We expect it will be resolved very soon. Robert has also been very helpful in working with me and service department to get this resolved. For now as far as sales goes working with Robert was Excellent, and he still has been excellent resource even after the sale to assist in getting service issue pushed to hopefully be resolved soon. At this time working with Nick with McGeorge and he has found the issue and ordered the part. The part is now in and waiting for it to be installed so the unit heater system works. I will update the service comments once it has been resolved. Update on repair, everything working excellent now. Nick and Matt solved issues and working excellent as expected now. Mcgeorge staff hung in there and assured me they would resolve and they did. Many thanks to the entire staff, and special thanks to Robert Petry for keeping me on the positive side

Sales person, Cindy, was very helpful. Be very careful when dealing with this company. In our experience, they inflated prices for options more than Newmar on every item. We were ready to buy and brought it to their attention, all we wanted to negotiate was $10,000 off the $19,000 they inflated. The manager would not budge at all. Even the ad said to offer a price, so why do you print that if you are not willing to negotiate at all! They probably do that on all the models, so buyer be aware!!!! Not a professional way to deal with people when they outright inflated prices. Hope Newmar reads this, they won't be happy since Newmar is a company that is a 5 star company not a 3 star like McGeorge.

Buying a house is the largest purchase most people...

Buying a house is the largest purchase most people will ever make in their lives, and buying a car is usually the second...unless you re getting an RV. We were new to everything RV, and began shopping around until we arrived at McGeorge. We were warmly greeted, and shortly paired with Robbie L. Robbie was exceptionally knowledgeable about every aspect of the RV ecosystem. He explained the differences in rigs, how to use them, the types of problems we were going to run into, etc... He showed us multiple rigs over the course of five hours...and then...let us leave without buying one. Now, that s not to say he didn t follow up, but in reality, he had already sold us. A few weeks later, we returned to purchase our first Class C motor home. Once again, Robbie was there to answer every nit-picky question we had. After taking delivery, we drove our new rig home, parked it, and waited for our first adventure. Robbie was very clear that we could contact him at any time for help, or questions - every salesman says that, right?...Well, fast forward to our cross country trip. Half way across the country, we find an intriguing piece of hardware lounging around on our step (definitely not where it should be), so I contact Robbie. Guess what, he really meant anytime . The response was immediate, and he was on the phone with his rep to find the answer to our questions.

So, lots of words to say that the customer service we received has been excellent, which in my opinion, is one of the most important things when owning an RV. Oh, and Camping world dealers are all over the country - we re going to stop by one tomorrow to have them look at this missing part we found.

***Long review warning***

***Long review warning***

In May we contacted them on a 2018 pop up camper. Doug was our assigned salesman. He did a virtual walk through of the camper and we talked numbers over the phone.

We were told there was a $500 prep fee which included tire inspection, new battery, a walk through of the camper to identify issues and any fixes needed. We didn t want to pay that fee but he insisted it was a required fee. We eventually agreed and made an apt to come in, do a physical walk through and sign paper work.

We got there and even though we had an apt it took 40 minutes before the technician was ready for the walk through. The walk through was rushed. We were first time RV owners and even we felt rushed. We were told there that everything was in working condition. We notice some water pooled on the canvas and asked and Doug said that was because they had left it open during a rain storm and not to worry it was user error. We asked them to clean it and treat for mildew. They did.

We agreed on things and signed paper work and agreed to have it delivered because our tow vehicle wasn t ready.

The camper arrived when we were at work, no phone call as promised and no one home to receive it. Doug called my wife and acted like that was our fault which we were told they d give us a heads up. The deliverer dropped it off in the driveway and took off.

I got home and no keys to it were left. Called Doug and after 2 days he got back and said they were in the fridge. So I went to pop it up and the battery was completely dead... literally zero charge. Couldn t access the storage for the manual crank because the keys were inside.

Called Doug and he acted like we were over reacting. I put jumper cables on the battery and was able to lift the top. As soon as I did I realized why the battery was dead, because they left everything on while storing it after the walk through. I also found the keys.

I then started to pop it out and realized the plastic canvas fittings for the bunk ends were broken, someone just put screws in to hold the canvas down. Literally all of the three were broken and fixed to make it appear like they were right.

Then I started to do prechecks of everything just to be safe. I mean we paid $500 for the dealership to do this but I figured it would be smart to check and WOW... glad I did.

The lift system had zero grease in it. Never been lubed. The wheel bearings had never been greased. Still factory packed (keep in mind this was a 2018). Then I notice each tire was from 2017 and the two in use both had bulges in the tire so they were shot. So I had to buy new tires all around, new bunk ends canvas holders, crawl under and grease the lift system, repack the bearings and installed the new tires. Still keeping in mind we literally paid $500 to them to ensure I didn t have to do this.

During the paperwork we also got a warranty with them. At this point I was questioning their honesty... nothing had obviously been inspected on this rig... how s it pass inspection that May with tires about ready to burst?

So we called them and left a message with Deni who was the point of contact to ensure everything was satisfactory . Never heard back from her we then left a message with Doug. Never heard back from him.

A lady in service randomly called us and once we started talking about the issues she interrupted us and said she couldn t help and didn t help us or point us in anyone s direction.

So we went on our first camping trip and guess what, the canvas leaked in the same spot as we noticed in the walkthrough. So we were lied to. Then found out the awning was completely broken in half.

Keep in mind, we were promised that EVERYTHING was in working condition, including the awning.

So when we got back we called again, no call back, wrote emails, no contact... still to this very day not a single call back on these issues.

So here is a word of caution for you. Just don t. They re liars, thieves and hustlers.

They only care about the sale, they don t care about keeping you as a customer.

Steer clear!

Service Department is terrible.

Service Department is terrible.

This is the first time I have ever given a bad review for anything that I have purchased but this past bad service. We purchased a NEW 2016 Keystone Passport the first part of May. The camper roof and shower leaked the first time I took it camping. Dropped it off the end of may and they fixed it within a week. My camper leaked in the same spot again at the end of July. Dropped it off then and they still have not repaired it. They keep telling they have to wait for warranty approval to fix the leak on a brand new camper that has already leaked TWICE. So now I have a new camper that has been setting out in the weather for a month with the roof leaking. This doesn't make any since to me. I should have read the reviews about the service department before I purchased the RV.

If you are not looking for a brand new RV you are out of luck. I was looking for a used RV a few months ago and trying to get a response from the internet sales was like pulling teeth. If you are not buying the biggest and most expensive RV they do not want to deal with you. I took my business somewhere else and it was the best decision ever.

I believe it was Melvin or Ryan who did our walk through. He was very knowledgeable and helped us equip the RV with sewer hose ensuring it fit in the bumper as well as installing some bug screens over the vent covers. This truly helped make the RV fairly turn key as far as we were concerned.

This is what you get when you buy from McGeorges R...

This is what you get when you buy from McGeorges RV in Ashland VA. 2006 Forrest River fifth wheel. Bought it in December, drove it 2 hours to Maryland and put it in storage. Took it in today for the Maryland safety inspection. Drivers side front axle was missing the outer bearing, as it was never installed. Only the inner bearing race was left on the spindle! (See attached picture) When the tech jacked the rig the tire moved side to side three inches each direction. It was dangerously close from separating from the axle! Both the tech and the manger at the inspection stationed were dumbfounded that it made it all the way from Ashland VA to Lexington Park MD. All I got from their service department was: there's no way that could happen, they did all that they were required to by law and we'll try a get ahold of the axle manufacturer for bearing part numbers. Five hours later no part numbers and a weak apology. VA law states that all tires must be inspected every 12 months, so the tech couldn't tell the tire was loose on the axle? Found the bearings I needed at a dealership 20 miles away for $66. No offer to pay for parts or labor. Thought these guys were military friendly, they even asked for a coin when I picked it up! If you see a coin from the Pax River CPOA know that it is NOT an endorsement of their service! Bought this so when I transfer to San Diego in June I could use it for the trip. And on top of it all they don't allow visitor posts to their Facebook page. Buyer beware!

Bought just over a year ago and Taz was awesome. Found me a better deal than what I came in there for, and I had several friends who recommended him which made me even more comfortable. The sales process was painless and he was extremely diligent with follow up and this included my trials and errors during year one. I still use him as a reference... the place is often slammed (busy) in the service department but if you plan ahead I haven't had any real issues...

My wife and I met with Christian Diaz a sales associate in the McGeorges dealership. He talked to us to understand our needs and asked about our wants in a motorhome.
Christian was very patient, as we have just started looking and were unsure of our wants. After meeting with us he took us to see several models and went over areas like quality and pros and cons of each unit we looked at.

On several occasions, I asked very frank questions that I had heard about in my research. Christian answered them truthfully, without hesitation or trying to sugar coat issues to evade them. My wife and I are not quite ready to buy, but both agree this will be the dealership we return to, once we are ready to buy a motorhome. Thanks to Christian for making our visit to the dealership so comfortable.

So far we haven't had the camper out of the backyard. Cindy (our salesperson) was awesome. She knew what we were looking for and did not try to upsell us. Too bad she didn't do the walk through with us as the man (can't call him a gentleman as he was not as I have MS and the day we went through the walk through someone took his golf cart and he had us walk in the rain back to the building and left us in a back room until my husband went to the front desk to ask if we could take the trailer.) He missed several key points while "showing" us the trailer. Flattest affect I have ever had other than a patient on too many meds. He acted as though he was doing us a favor. Not until we got home did we find the spare tire and he had keys that didn't work so back and forth we drove to McGeorge to be told by the owner how to get the keys to work! The gentleman who put the hitch on was helpful and nice (for what we paid him to do that he should have been.) Then there was Dan the finance sell you policies you don't need person - where to begin. First off don't start out with telling me how stupid you are! Do you really expect me to buy something from you with that quote? They were out of Good Sam guides and he told us we didn't need one as we have the internet. Girl at desk said come back mid Nov as the coupons are awesome! Once we told him we didn't want all the add ons his demeanor changed and he could not wait to get us out the door. I didn't read the reviews prior to buying our trailer but you can bet if something is wrong they will fix it at their cost and post haste as I am well connected and it will get done. But once again let me send a shout out to Cindy who was a great sales person.

This is undoubtedly one of the best dealers in VA to buy your RV from. I worked with Robbie Lyons to purchase our new RV. There was no haggling over the price of my Trade-in or on the price of the new RV. He was straight-up, honest, and upfront about everything. The staff there are incredible as well when it comes to customer service. Stephanie greeted us as soon as we walked through the doors and led us through the entire process. Bill also did an outstanding job with the walkthrough of the RV and shared some invaluable tips with us that only a seasoned camping veteran would know. The financing officer expeditiously worked with us to get a great rate and payment that worked for us. This Camping world should be modeled after for all the rest or any new stores opening.

Purchased a new class A in Jun 16 have yet to be able to use it. Took back for things that needed fixed (motor on slide bad, awning didn't work, fan not working, we had several things) all we hear is we're waiting for parts....if they call us at all. Salesman "Doc" was great until he made the sale, now no assistance or calls back. Service Department is unbelievable, you definately know you're not a priority. Really you've had a "new" RV for over a month and still unable to fix. Not sure of next step BBB or Winnebago home office but one thing is for sure, we will never buy another RV from here.

I recently purchased a 2015 Thor Citation from McGeorge's. I got a great price and outstanding pre-sales service. All the folks I encountered were professional, informative and supportive. I was especially impressed with Dana Bishop, my Sales Associate. She kept me informed throughout the purchase and advocated on my behalf. I needed several discrepancies rectified, which required me to return the coach. While the repairs were quickly completed, it took a while to get scheduled. I got the coach serviced right AFTER the Memorial Day weekend. Other than the delayed repairs, I'd have to say this is a well-run dealership and service center. The location is convenient and the staff is well-trained. If you're in the market and looking for a good deal, consider McGeorge's for your next purchase.

I am editing my review. Sales man did his job finance man did his job. My unit is defective. We purchased a Cedar Creek unit. Floor plan 36CK2. Brand new 2020 6 months ago. I ve spent the last 6 months explaining what s wrong being told I had no clue what was going on with the unit. We also had the heater in our unit smoke and rattled and were told that it was no big deal. Cedar creek was described to as as a top of the line product. Will never purchase a cedar creek again or anything from Mcgeorge RV. Will be telling everyone the same thing. Finally the manager Dan got involved and made promises no one kept. I made several two hour trips and had to specifically show the RV tech or maintenance guys what s wrong. They don t know the units and they are not interested in repeat customers. Save the trip don t buy from there. Looking for advice on how to mitigate this issue and get compensated for my time and having basically a used unit.

Our salesman - Lyn Lowery - was fantastic. He was so helpful and very knowledgeable. He gave us so many RV pointers. Thank you Lyn. If we decide on another RV in the future you will be our go to salesman. Also a big shout out to our hometown (Staunton) finance expert - Dave Brown. This was our second time working with Dave. The salesperson, Ben was great. Everyone was very nice over the phone. However, their disorganization caused huge problems. 1. When my RV was delivered it was 14 degrees outside and the RV had not been winterized. As soon as the RV park workman hooked up the water, it poured out from under the RV. There wasn t any antifreeze in the pipes (It s bright pink when you you turn on the water, you can t mistake it). That issue cost me over $300. 2. When the delivery man came to pick up the RV, no one could find the RV for over an hour. 3. They locked the keys inside the RV. Luckily the delivery driver had a master.

Update: McGeorge s reimbursed me the cost of repairing the leaks.

We bought our 2019 London Aire from McGeorge RV. It was a very good experience. Our salesman Keith Desmond got us a great deal and did a very good job in the whole process. As we were getting ready to leave late that evening, we realized we didn t have the right size hitch to fit our tow bar. The manager of the Camping World store, that is part of McGeorge didn t have the right size part, so he jumped in his car and went to his local parts supplier and got one for us. Considering we were leaving the next morning for home (Florida) they really stepped up and went out of their way to take great care of us.
I really just can t say enough about the whole team, from the sales dept., to the facilitator, to the walk thru tech, the contract person and store management, they were friendly, welcoming, skilled and eager to make us happy!
I would definitely recommend Camping World!

One star because that is the lowest score you can give. This place is a total joke! Our first rig was wrecked on their property we vowed never again but it changed from rolling hills to camping world, we thought (key word thought) they would have improved. Wrong!!!! We bought a new rig, sales team was great. Take it out camping to realize they had given us the wrong keys. They said when you bring it back in the fall we will have the new keys ordered and will change the locks. This was mid November 2018. Come back in beginning of December to pick it up, and I'll be damned if our rig wasn't damaged.... again!!! Service manager apologized and said they'd have it fixed asap. Still no correct keys to rig or new lock done. Called regularly to see when it would be ready, half the time never got a callback or answer. Fast forward to mid Feb the 16th to be exact get an email Stating our service ticket had been taken over by someone new, talked on the phone was told I would get a follow up call the next day with date and time we would be able to pick up.... nothing. Fast forward to March 12th call again... told we would receive a call by close of day same day.... nope. Fed up we make the nearly hour long drive to camping world. Was told our rig still hadn't had the lock changed and keys ready. Manager states she can't find the keys we left with our rig. So they lost the keys (didn't fit anyway but still concerning at the disregard they have for personal property) waited 2 hrs. They still had not changed the lock out. We go in our rig to find shoe prints on the dining table, toilet, and bed. At this point super frustrated the kids are getting irritated as well. We are told they'd get everything corrected by noon today (3/14/19) we show up to hook up our rig only to find our tool to put the sway control bars was MISSING. Go back inside, complain then a service employee comes back with our tool saying, we took yours to use because we didn't have one!!!!! What the hell?!?! If you buy a rig here DO NOT bring it to be serviced here unless you want your property damaged or stolen!!! This place has blatant disregard for their customers personal property.

Doug did a great job explaining each of the campers we did walkthroughs on, it was a great experience. The staff were very patient as we looked over and over everything and helped us in making a decision on which camper we purchased.

Recently took in our heavily damaged Grand Design Solitude 42 5th Wheel. $20,000 repair. Their Body Shop team with Jessie Messinger as the lead is terrific! I would more than recommend them for any repair on your RV!
Professional all the way! Jessie is great at communicating with you by email. She kept us up to date with every issue. She made us aware of issues we needed to address with our insurance rep. She made sure we got the best replacement parts and even fixed another issue we had with our Fridge. Very proactive and terrific to work with.

really bad service ....lied when we bought our RV. Do not believe everything they say. We have had nothing but issues with wall separating. Service department is horrible. We have taken it back 3 times and it is worse...really think twice before going there.

We recently purchased a brand new travel trailer from McGeorge RV and couldn't be more excited to go on our first trip! Every part of the experience from sales, to finance and technical support was a cakewalk! Mark Johansson was a phenomenal sales guide. He showed us exactly what we were looking for and kept us within our budget. The finance team took extra care and gave us many options that met our needs. The technician Chris gave us a very thorough explanation and demonstration of our hitch system. Everything that we wanted fixed, got fixed immediately before we even pulled out of the lot. I would definitely reccomend friends and family to visit McGeorge if they're interested in a new RV.

We loved our salesman. We purchased from him a nea...

We loved our salesman. We purchased from him a nearly new (6-month-old) RV. But the service department cannot be trusted. They quoted us $3,600 (they didn't break down labor and parts) to install a $700 loveseat; at $145/hr labor that's 19.5 hours for installation. My husband ended up buying it on Amazon and installing it himself in 2-3 hours; our total cost was just under $800 after taxes and shipping. McGeorge quoted us $1,400 (parts and labor, again, not broken down), for a $200 solar panel that we learned after the fact is plug and play, which means we could have purchased it on Amazon and just plugged it in. McGeorge knew this but quoted us an outrageous price nonetheless. But worst of all, when we had business overseas, we dropped off our RV for about 6-8 hours of repairs SIX WEEKS before we planned to pick it up. We live in our RV, so we wanted to make sure it was repaired by the time we returned. We arrived in the USA after 6 weeks, went to pick up our RV, and learned that McGeorge had inspected it and changed the oil. NOTHING was repaired. "These things take time," said the service manager, Angela Huffman. We were floored. We complained loudly, and the assistant manager, Kitchell, offered to drop everything and do the repairs. They were done, as we predicted, in one day. But the broken door lock, which required replacement, STILL had not been ordered by McGeorge. As of this writing, we are back in our RV with a busted door lock. We will take care of it ourselves. Working with McGeorge is not worth the headache. Never again.

NEVER NEVER BUY A CAMPER HERE.worst service we have ever dealt with . We bought a 2018 Cherokee in January, we took it camping first time in April , needlessly to say it rained that weekend and we had our awning rolled out , the inst6book say it will release water on its own .WRONG !!! IT BROKE THE ARM ON OUR AWNING long story short we have been trying to get it fix under warranty. Finally we got in contack with someone, Steve he told us what to do and he would help us get iur money back from having the awning fix. WRONG AGAIN ! Its been almost a month and he will not call us back .Do not buy anything from here .

As we were in the market for a new RV- we went back to Camping World / McGeorge s - where we had purchased our first Toy Haul Trailer. Our salesman had been promoted, so someone else was assigned to help us. His name - Robbie Lyons - and he is not as he appears. He is so young - We thought - how is he going to help us ( and we need a lot of help!), this is a very expensive purchase- what does this kid know? What I can tell you for sure is he is not your ordinary 21 year old (I think that s his age) his knowledge in not just the RV we were interested in - but everything he showed us was impressive but our amazement didn t end there. As we made the decision and purchased a few days later he came in - on his day off - to be there for us. He was leaving as we were going thru the orientation. We happened to get a nice young lady with very little experience to walk thru everything. We were not thrilled with the situation so we reached out to Robbie who came back and did the orientation himself. If we had a question, he had an answer and if he didn t he found someone who did. That doesn t seem like anything spectacular right? But how many times do people give fluff answers or simply say I don t know without bothering to give you the information you need. This guy did - and still does give us all the answers. Months after buying we have reached out to him and he knows who we are and continues to help. He drove an hour and a half one way to refresh us on EVERYTHING and would not take anything for his time. I can not say enough about Robbie. He literally goes above and beyond. If you are in the market for an RV - you MUST seek out Robbie Lyons, you will be so happy you found him. I fully expect Robbie to be running the place - the next time we get back to Camping World/ McGeorge s. He is the best!

The only reason there is 1 star is i had to put it to leave a review. All the way up to signing paperwork Cindy was awesome. I've had my camper (2018 Prowler) for 2 months. Used it 1 time and issues arrived. Dropped it off and now trying to get some kind of answers is out of the question. Nobody can return calls. When I did talk with someone, I was promised I would receive a call back. NOTHING!!!! They are awesome until you need something. Im paying for a camper that they have had longer than I have since my purchase. I encourage you to go to a different place....I wish I would have!!!!!! Just a joke!!!!!!!

Philip Sager was AWESOME ! Very patient and willing to go above and beyond. I was very pleased to work with him and even more pleased with my purchase! He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted to fit my family and lifestyle. I was overwhelmed to say the least looking through all these RVs online, but going into this location was the best decision we could of made. Process was easy, and hassle free which made everything go seamless. I will definitely be coming back to McGeorge in the future, for all of my RV needs !
Thank you again Philip and the rest of the staff/ retail who made this experience and memory wonderful!
