This visit was a simple service, oil change and wheel rotation on my F-150. My customer service rep., Amber, was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and nice. They asked me if I wanted to wait, which surprised me, but I smugly told them I d arranged a ride. Surprisingly, I got a call about 45 minutes later telling me my truck was ready. Cost was reasonable and NO attempts at up-selling.
