Evelyn was very helpful to me and had me in and out. I usually do my own oil changes but was very happy with the experience. Also I asked to have my cabin air filter checked which was maybe 1.5 years old and they okayed the old one and saved me money vs just charging me and replacing with a new one. Thanks a lot! My perspective of the mccoy mills service department has for sure improved over the past few years! Jaclyn I believe helped me about a year ago as well and she was extremely helpful!! 5/5 for you and your team and the waiting area is more than decent for an hour or so if you re waiting.
