An appointment scheduling would have been nice. I called twice and spoke with two different people. The first I told I would call back, but when I called back I was told to bring it in the morning. No particular time. When the car came in they said it would be all day and they had to keep it to the next day due to lack of technicians. At least a car wash would have been nice since they inconvenienced me and kept it 1 more day. I know I don't own a Mercedes or Tesla, but the full treatment would be nice if you want referrals or return customers.
