Do NOT waste your time shopping for any vehicle through McCluskey Chevrolet. They are awful at responding back to your inquiry and even with several different follow up attempts through several methods. It's insane, normally the dealership would be the one contacting you after you show interest in purchasing a vehicle but sadly McCluskey doesn't seem to be that way.

I purchased from them back in August 2020 and due to living a great deal away had to do everything online and have the vehicle delivered to me, upon delivery the vehicle was driven to me when that wasn't discussed. I was under the impression it would be arriving on a flat bed but no, so after getting past that and being annoyed that unnecessary mileage was added, the vehicle then was missing a key(that was promised in my contract-even though it was a used vehockey) and I had to go through tooth and nail to get a second key sent to me-no charge as well as follow up multiple times to get my plates back(I traded in a vehicle as well and they had it to drive it back to dealership, which I also wasn't aware of) Fast forward three years later and I attempt to purchase from again, thinking it's been some time and maybe they've improved. Guess what? That answer is nope, they haven't. Same routine of not following up but being told through messages as well as calling in that someone would and for me, "Not to worry!" I'm trying to purchase a vehicle and not the other way around so I'm not worried.

This dealership is just extremely unprofessional and I guess I should take this as a blessing in disguise and shop elsewhere. Also the Sales Rep Glen Schuchart is awful. DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM. He can't respond back to your inquiries what so ever. So in other words, Thanks McCluskey for not making a sale and losing a repeat customer. Please adjust how you treat your repeat and potential customers going forward.

The service department is top notch and provides the best customer care I could ask for. Our expectations are always exceeded whenever we visit McCluskey!!

Salesman was great. It took almost 2 weeks before I could drive the truck. First visit it wouldn't start. Once it was started all the dash lights were on and the air was hot. Took some time to get it into the service department then had the holiday. On second visit it wouldn't start again. Had to go back into the service department. They brought it to me and it ran pretty good.

Unvailing of C8. Got an invite and had to RSVP, but they didn't check names and just handed out "vip" passes. Place was packed and parking was crazy. Got to see the car but would not do another event here. Tip, If you ask for RSVP, set times and limit the crowd.

Went in looking for a decent used car, they created miracles at McCluskey Chevrolet, worked with my budget and down payment to get me into a brand new car. I no longer have to worry about breaking down. Highly recommend and will shop there again if ever in the market for another vehicle.

Jeremy was excellent, he kept me informed on what was going on the entire time. I was just really upset and frustrated I knew that they needed to drive my car to see if they could figure out why it overheated but they left my car littarly on fumes there was absolutely no gas in my car when I got it back. I mean I had to refill the rental car to were the gas tank was before I rented it, so why shouldn't it be the same for my car. I was afraid I wasn't going to make it to a gas station it wasn't even reading on the gas gauge!

Great experience,. 2 things tho.
#1. I was sold an extended warranty without my knowledge.
#2. Took 8 hours to complete the process.

I love the vehicle, but being told it comes with a 2 year extended warranty plus the lifetime warranty, I was like hell yes but to find out later it added 40 dollars to monthly payment. Good experience tho, I am happy.

First, it started with my rental car. I was told the rental was covered because my truck was being serviced for the power train a warranty claim. When I pickup up my truck, because it ended up being transmission flush they said I had to now pay for the rental. $60 dollars. Never said upfront if not a warranty claim would be charged.

Second, I ended up having to call them after 3 days to check on my truck status. Call me day one told me it would be finished the next day never heard back so I finally called day three to find out was going on. Extra day of a car rental that I should of been billed for in the first place.

Third, when I was told that my truck needed a transmission change I was quoted the price of $380 dollars, I told the tech that I had received a coupon in the mail from your dealership sent address directly to me saying a transmission change was $183 dollars. He said bring it in and give it to the cashier. When I picked up my car I was then told my "special" fluid wasn't covered.

Very poor experience, poor communication and lived up to the reputation of car dealerships can not be trusted...

My wife lease is up in 2 months and my truck is 8 months, we will not be using Mccluskey again. Can be trusted.

Everyone at McClusky is really nice. The 2 times (1 no purchase and 1 lease) we have been there we were not met at our car the second we pulled in. The first time we did have an appointment with someone and she was waiting at the entrance for us. This time we did not have an appointment. We got inside (after walking past 4 sales people by the door)and a nice younger lady said welcome and I started the conversation with her. Neither time they did not push us to buy.
The next time we are ready for a car we will definitely be buying from them. Highly recommended by us.

From the moment I purchased my SUV I have had nothing short of a great experience. I m always in and out fast for my oil change and tire rotation and the staff is always friendly and offering water chocolate etc. Karen has always been there for my oil changes and is always fantastic with the staff and so nice to me. I wish I remembered the young mans name who helped me. He was so nice and laughed and joked with me. I will continue to refer my friends and family to you all. You are consistently awesome!

Salesperson (Ben S.) was great to work with. I didn't like that they sent me back to meet with an insurance agent without asking me if I was even interested in shopping for car insurance. Wasted my time, because I still had a 3 1/2 hour drive home. Financing had hidden fees that I wasn't told about until they wanted me to sign. I want to get my own financing so I talked to the Finance Manager - still haven't heard anything back from dealership. Do yourself a favor and get your own financing. May have to return car. Not getting satisfaction from Management.

My sales guy was Michael Collier and he was incredible!! Got me the BEST trade in value on my Jeep (more than my payoff) and after spending all day with him(because my credit sucks) I walked away satisfied in a BRAND new 2020 Chevy Malibu RS. Hated letting my Wrangler go but I m super stoked I went with McCluskey. Hands down amazing!!! Get with Michael for amazing deals and an incredible comfortable friendly experience. I brought our 1-year old Chevy Blazer in for an oil change, tire rotation and new air filter. Initially, the visit started off ok. I had to bring my kids because my husband was at work, so we waited in the kids area. One employee brought my son a Hot Wheels. It was great.

I also had asked them to look at the battery because in our 1-year old car we were having serious starter issues. Pushing on the ignition button sometimes the vehicle wouldn't start, sometimes it would stutter badly or struggle to turn over. It was determined the battery was bad - after 1 year. I have no idea if that means there's a larger underlying problem with my new vehicle. Time will tell. They didn't have the battery onsite. A battery. How is that even possible? Someone had to drive to get it. Which took another 45 minutes. Meanwhile, i'm still waiting with my kids in the dealership by myself.

After paying the bill, we were told to step outside and someone would bring us our keys. After waiting for 10 minutes (it's now 6:00), i finally had to ask somebody when i could expect my keys or my vehicle. "oh yeah, here's your keys." It's now pouring down rain and the lady DID offer to pull it in closer. So she pulls it into the garage into lane 2, the only lane at this time that had another vehicle in it. And she stopped it right in front of the floor cleaner machine so i couldn't open the back door to put the car seat in. One gentleman, sitting right there, watching me struggle with two kids to get the car seat put in did absolutely nothing. That's fine, but wow. Pretend like you're busy.

When i was finally loaded into the car, that truck is still sitting in front of me. The garage is now nearly empty and noone is around, but a car has also pulled in behind me, so now i;m completely blocked in. So, after honking my horn to get someone's attention they finally moved the truck so i could leave.

Oh, and your pandemic protocol leaves A LOT to be desired. I was concerned that many of the employees were not wearing masks, many who were wearing them had their nose exposed. When speaking with me, they did not social distance, wanting to stand right next to me. After being assured that McCluskey was taking measures to stop the spread of the pandemic, what i experienced was not anywhere close to that. Employees were jumping in and out of my car unmasked. No sanitation of the vehicle was completed after finishing the car.

I'm seriously disappointed. When i spent $55,000 with you guys to purchase this Blazer last year, you all rolled out the red carpet, but i guess now that you have my money, you don't have to pretend to have good customer service anymore.

Oh, and we were there for over 2 hours. For an oil change and tire rotation.

Recently purchased a vehicle from McCluskey Chevrolet Kings a Automall, they had a great selection of new and used vehicles in stock. I can absolutely say that the customer service that I received from one of their salespeople Josh Mullins was superior. He listened to my concerns and what I was looking for in a vehicle along with my monthly budget I had in mind for a new vehicle. He showed me multiple cars that were in my budget and throughly went over each vehicle's features, I was pleased with his knowledge of the vehicles. McCluskey you have great salesperson in him, I will be a returning customer as long as he is there.
Thanks again for helping me with my new vehicle.

Service was not up to par- I had to find out on my own that my car was finished. I had to search out my keys. All this after paying $100for a diagnostic test that would NOT eveN be applied if I went ahead with the repair immediately.

I went to Mccluskey Chevrolet at Kings Automall and ran into a very nice sales guy. Though I wasn't there to make a purchase, he was extremely nice and helpful. He invited my daughter and me inside and suggested we go to the waiting area and get some refreshments.

What a nice clean area this was. It had a cool looking Starbucks coffee machine and a fancy soda dispenser that can mix up all kinds of flavors.

Our visit was a really good experience. The folks over at the Ford dealership could learn a few things if they'd take the time to visit Mccluskey's.

Through Josh, I've felt welcomed, important and have been able to establish other relationships with employees across all areas of the dealership. After being hesitant on buying out of state we loc...

After being hesitant on buying out of state we located a car and the salesman answered all our questions.

After receiving the car, which they drove down, not hauled as expected, papers were signed and the drivers returned to Ohio.

That evening we noticed damage to the drivers side rear fender trim and called the dealership. After being promised repeatedly that it would be replaced after 6 weeks nothing. Any contact made with the dealership we have had to initiate.

This being said customer service and honoring your word is very lacking. I would suggest looking at other venues before buying here. And by the way, the paperwork that we signed we have never received a copy of although it s been stated it s been mailed.

What they did mail was the title to us but it should have went to the bank.

Bottom line SHOP and SPEND your hard earned money ELSEWHERE!

In the era of covid purchasing something of this nature can be difficult, we as consumers have to be diligent and wise. Lesson learned!

Wow McCluskeys are the best ever! My hot girlfriend and I are never going to go anywhere else, ever. They hooked up a way better loan than I was able to get on my own. A shorter term, a lower payment, gap insurance, and a warranty. Holy cow ! I am super pleased and ultra satisfied.

I would not recommend this place at all!!!
They are so horrible especially to women.
They will ruin your credit and laugh at you while you're sitting waiting for hours with no one telling you what's going on. My scores dropped 30 points that day and another 30 that week from all of the hard pulls they put on my credit including me still getting denial and approval letters for loans from said companies on the daily.
My salesman was unprofessional, and quite sexist. I will never go here and wish I could stand outside with a sign warning people bc I would.

At least 10 HARD credit inquiries from different lenders unbeknownst to us. While at the dealership we were told our credit would only be ran ONE time. Come to find out months later that a creditor has offered a much better deal on the car we initially wanted, but they forced the car they needed gone faster on us. Never ever ever again. Bought said vehicle one year ago and is already having issues.

He was knowledgeable and such a pleasure to work with. Everyone we worked with was delightful from finance to tech to insurance. We bought our 2015 Cruze from McCluskey Chevrolet a couple of years ago. Our son owns it and lives 100 miles away from Cincinnati. We had to have an engine replacement due to human error at another dealership. We had our vehicle towed to McCluskey Chevrolet. Associate Jeremy Huber was attentive, caring and pro-active! He managed everything from start to finish keeping me continuously updated along the journey. He made a frustrating and stressful experience become painless. Based on all of my interactions with him, he is hopefully going to be running the service department one day! We got our car back to our son and it was all made possible by Jeremy and McCluskey!!!

Bob the gentleman that was in charge of helping my wife and I went above and beyond. He found us a great vehicle low miles and worked with us on our down payment and kept our payments as low as he could. I really appreciate the kind service I got from Crystal, she was very knowledgeable about the car I wanted and she wasn t pushy when we first arrived. I got to test drive the Chevy traverse it was everything I wanted in a car and more, Crystal made sure I was very comfortable with my choice of the color and of the car and everything else, and she did let me know about company discounts and loyal customer discounts I truly appreciate her and everyone who helped me get the car I wanted.

Love this dealership. Everyone is great. My only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is because the kids lounge is lacking IMO. Get some crayons in there and some cheap blocks or something. Not much for little kids to do despite having a room dedicated for them. Still can't figure out how the wall works. But this dealership goes above and beyond in alish every other way. I will always recommend McCluskey.

Had a horrible experience.... they told me everything I wanted to hear and told me if they didn't have the car I wanted they would help find me the one...this is not true unfortunately. Then when coordinating with the salesperson she (texted) me talking to me like I'm a idiot and rude and very disrespectful. Then when coordinator of finances would never call back when asked on the appropriate time needed . Very disappointed and will not recommend.

I did not feel appreciated as a McCluskey or new Chevrolet owner. I have owed a Buick in the past and 3 Silverado's and this is the worst service experience ever! I was rushed in, the technician barely wanted to hear anything I had to say or answer my questions. When they washed my Blazer it was not dried and when the vehicle was finished they handed me the keys and said "it's somewhere out there"...it had been parked in the used car area.

The whole experience from beginning to end changed my negative feelings of the grueling process required in such a big purchase. I first visited Ford and they were unable and unwilling to put any effort into my hope of purchasing a vehicle. I left there very unhappy and ready to give up. Then came McCluskey and Wayne Utt. I wish I would have stopped there first. Wayne was beyond amazing from the moment I met him and explained my situation and desires in a vehicle. He went above and beyond to get me what I dreamed of getting but didn t think I could get. He never stopped trying until I drove away happy and he changed my opinion of car salesmen for the better. Being a woman I believe we have a harder go at buying vehicles and he never made me feel taken advantage of nor did he try talking to my husband over me. McCluskey is also amazing. They are obviously loved by lenders because the same lender that wouldn t work anything out at Ford is the lender that approved me at McCluskey. I tell everyone to go see Wayne at McCluskey cause they won t regret it.

This company communicated by text, working around our work schedules. They bent over backwards to find us a car that would not only work for our budget but that we would really LIKE driving. They helped us get financing even with shaky credit. They delivered the car, with a warranty. Finally, they were respectful, polite and friendly without making me feel pressured or lied to. This has been a great experience so far!

I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I tried getting in where I purchased the car & I wasn't able to get an appointment for another 10 days. I contacted McCluskey & they were able to fit me in today. I was surprised that they were able to get me in on such short notice. From the time that I pulled into the service bay until my car was ready everyone was so nice & made sure that I was taken care of. Thank you McCluskey Chevrolet, I will be back in another 5000 miles.

I brought my car in for fuel injector issues and it turned out I needed a whole new engine. Although it took just shy of 7 weeks, I could not ask for better service, particularly from Jake. During those 7 weeks, Jake remained professional, patient, and understanding and helped answer any questions I had. I am glad of the relationship I have with McCluskey's, particularly such great people like Jake. Kudos to you all!!!!!

Great service for my car. I had purchased a 2011 Impala that was a fleet vehicle in 2012 from a dealership in Illinois. Moved to Loveland Ohio a few years later and found out that there was a recall that I put off getting repaired until 2019. Came to McCluskey for that and several other issues. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They let me get the immediately needed repairs immediately and put off the less urgent repairs until the next week so I could pay for them. I appreciated the video follow up on what was being done and the shuttle service that took me to work after my dropping off my car. I'll definitely be back for any other service my present car needs and will go to them 1st when I need a new car.
