They are #1 for a reason people. I am treated like royalty. While you wait is the best part! Free candy and snacks bar, coffee station, soda station, play pool, use their computers and get a massage. Not a great experience. This was my sons first experience buying a car on his own. The dealer was not upfront or honest with how this would work, stated things that were not true, threatened to take the car back after all the paperwork was signed if my son didn't produce more paperwork the dealer said he would get. This was not paperwork that was requested at the time of sale either. If this had not been my sons dream car then we would have gone somewhere else to purchase.

I didn't feel valued as a customer. It was right to the money. There was no connection.

I would only buy from Mccluskey.Their oil service on cars is great, and Mccluskey do what they say, and there was great communication....wish I could have bought a vet.

They were nice and got the deal done. I regret buying the 2019 Chevy Cruze. I hate the auto stop feature!! And when I referred someone else there I was supposed to get 250 m bucks and have fought for months to get them!
All in all good place to buy a car and I look forward to trading my car in as soon as I can!!!

McCluskey Chevrolet Kings Auto Mall is by far one of the best dealers I have dealt with so far. They have a large selection of trucks and enough people the ready to help you. The dealer has process so organized and streamlined to get you out the door with you vehicle. My salesman Wil was good about finding the truck I wanted and listened to what I wanted which was awesome!

We are extremely unhappy with our experience with McCluskeys. We purchased are car not even a month ago and the car has been in the service center twice already. The first time we took it to them they said the car was fixed. I get the car back and it s making the same noise as if nothing was done to it. I take it back the second time and they re saying it s something different and are now charging us over $600 to fix because it s supposedly not covered under the warranty because it is not a safety issue. Come to find out it is a safety issue. This is a car that we purchased less than a month and has been with them for 2 weeks already. That is ridiculous. I should not be having these issues with a newly purchased and serviced car. Especially with the price of the car. This needs to be resolved ASAP!!!

Came in July and they didn't fix everything that was wrong with my car on that date.thumping from my dash & no heat. My warranty expired. 08/01/2020 Came back out 09/22/2020 an was told to fix other side cost $410.00 not happy at all an with covid -19 been out of work since March. So I have no heat at all in my car this really sucks.

Great service! The staff were super helpful and friendly. The waiting area was nice and has a glass fireplace that adds a nice touch. Pretty quick service even though there were a ton of people coming through for maintenance.

I came in, looking at trucks, ultimately I couldn't get one however the sales man took me over to look at malibu's and let me drive one home. I brought it back the next day in love and from there, they did an amazing job making sure I could get the exact one I wanted and that I was taken care of.

Jarred Baker helped me find my 2015 Nissan Sentra and it only had 29,000 miles on it!!! I m obsessed with this car and if I didn t have Jarred s help, I probably wouldn t have been able to get it because it was a bit out of my price range! He was so helpful with everything and very professional. He was also very friendly and fun. I was looking to purchase a car and had been to several dealers. Went to McCluskey with a particular car in mind. Been a Ford owner all my life, and had a terribly frustrating experience with them when I set out to purchase my next truck. Couldn't be happier I chose to purchase a Chevy from McCluskey. Best auto purchase experience I've had.

The sales person was excellent but yall need to change your advertisements to not all credit is accepted because my aunt had a 535 credit score and was denied a vehicle even though I asked over and over again if the score was ok we were told it was what a bunch of lies on and even challenged credit isnt accepted either so I wouldnt waste your time going there unless you have a cosigner with u that has a credit score of 600 or more

It was incredibly pleasant and a speedy process. We left with a beautiful car at quite a reasonable price. The warranty is amazingly reassuring and puts us at ease knowing we will be well taken care of. We worked with Holly Minnich and she was incredibly knowledgeable and pleasant throughout the entire process. She is definitely the reason we will be back should we need another vehicle

In regards to the service dept: service was fast and at a fair price. The technician was friendly and quickly explained what was going on and answered questions. The wait area is clean and a relaxed environment with free soda, coffee and snacks. I plan to go again and recommend their service group.

Up until the point that I found McCluskey Chevrolet and Online.Cars, I had been approved, but not for the car that I really wanted. When I 1st spoke with Lauren Peczkowski I told her I was tired of shopping around and that nobody would be able to help me get what I want. I was wrong. She called me back within the hour with my options. She had found the Mazda 6 I wanted. I had all but given up. I can't thank Lauren and everyone at Online.Cars enough for making me one happy driver. There's no doubt I will purchase another vehicle through Online.Cars.

I started my process with Mcclusky Chevrolet a few weeks ago. My credit is not the greatest ,but they said they could help. I told them what I was looking for and that very day they had the vehicle for me. With that being said I was a bit skeptical, but the salesman assured me they have it and will deliver it the next day. I was concerned about the milage, but they also said they would provide me with a 25000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. I did not jump on it right away because I wanted to make sure this is the right deal for me. The salesman continued to send me messages asking me when they can deliver. I finally decided to go with them and they had the insurance company call me to set up and pay for insurance, which I did then I had to give them money to hold the vehicle till it got delivered on the 11 of nov. I was then told I will have a new to me vehicle on that date. I spent a lot of time and effort making sure this was all in order. A week from delivery I sent a message asking about what I needed when delivered and to ask if the delivery date could be moved up by 2 days. The salesman said he would find out. The next message I got said the vehicle failed inspection and was going to auction. Not one person notified me of this. I was expecting a vehicle. This is not how you do business with people. I cant get this time I spent back.

The easiest car buying experience we've ever had! Other dealerships had treated us like second class citizens but not McCluskey. We will definitely be repeat customers after this experience!

Took my Chrysler in for an oil change of course we have to get it done after so many miles I use McCluskey a lot with my GM vehicle now I have a Chrysler. I was very pleased that they were able to do the Chrysler as well. I love that they vacuum out and wash the car with their oil change the carwash was great the vacuuming not-so-great. It does look a little better on the inside, but I will need to do it again.

They were fast they got me in the next day. It only took 1hr for a oil change and them to fix my recall.

I showed up early, but would have been okay waiting until my time. They took it right in and it was done really quickly! I was out before my scheduled time even rolled around, I think. The staff explained when I'd be due again and the cost for services (this one was my first and free.) The cashier was very pleasant as well. A really good experience. Thank you!!

First time at Mccluskey's and we had great experience buying my wife a new Tahoe. Maria and the team were a pleasure to work with.

I would give five stars if it didn't take two months to get my memorandum title for my vehicle. The temp plates expired and I'm not able to do anything about it because they sold me a car without a title present. My vehicle was also delivered a day late because of poor communication between employees. They don't keep their promises and I expected more from such a popular car dealership. Needless to say I'm disappointed.

11/3/19 Edited to one star. Got my vehicle in June and still having to beg for a second key to my car. You d think that they just started selling cars yesterday. Horrible customer service. Will NEVER lease or buy here again.

I thought Pat did excellent job. But I don't think I got customer loyalty with trade in and deal from management. Very disappointed

The CSR was polite, answered all my questions and directed me to where I needed to go to pick up the loaner car. I received a call later tate same evening letting me what was fixed on my car and I could pick it up until midnight or tomorrow any time. There was not a push to pick up immediately. When picking up my car the check out process and return of the loaner car was quick a painless.

Very easy and simple experience. Upfront pricing and friendly staff. I would have more choices available at this store and not spread by so many other stores. For the used car center there weren t very many cars at this location. The staff will have any vehicle transferred for you to look at and test drive.. overall great experience from start to finish. Dropped car off for oil change and diagnostic and only received 1 status update that was very vague the day of my appt. I was surprised my car was not even looked at until the next day even though I had an 8:15 am appt. I had no idea I would not be getting my car back until the afternoon of day 2. And I had to continually call and text on day 2 to get an update.

I had an excellent experience shopping with McCluskey Chevrolet. Cody was of great service. This was my 1st time purchasing a vehicle on my own. They made the experience fast, easy and totally comfortable. There were a couple small scratches found, on the used vehicle I purchased, after I brought it home. I contacted the dealership and they immediately took care of the situation. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them and plan to do so with any future vehicles I may need.

Buying my truck online was great they even drove it to me. But then tried calling and talking about a few problems no Response from no one .not very good customer service.

It was better than expected, not alota hassle... HOWEVER-
I was told several different numbers and the delivery driver showed up with papers with different information/numbers. Then i received a call a month back that collections was going to be started over a discrepancy that was cleared up (emails and calls to prove). smh.

The real issue? I blew a tire last week. Blew meaning the whole tire came off the rim, on 175 going 78 miles per hour, in traffic, did i mention i have 5 kids who ride in that car? or that I'm 3 months pregnant and could have been SERIOUSLY injured?
After having the REST of the tires checked today, I'm informed that they are all rotten/dryrotted and should have never passed inspection before vehicle was sold to me (with numerous warranties purchased, gap, bumper to bumper, extended, expensive,etc.)

Waiting to hear back from dealership because no one would take my call (Thanks Tyler! *sarcasm*)

Quick service, excellent waiting area, polite staff.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Told the service rep that I was having a delayed start the last couple of days. They found that the fuel sending unit was leaking because it was rusted and causing delayed start because of low pressure. I was originally quoted $1,300 to repair. I declined the service. 45 minutes later the rep came and said my truck wouldn't start at all. I was then quoted $800 for the repair and a loaner vehicle while the work was being done. I had no option but to have the work done to my truck. I ended up spending 3 hours total at the service center on Thursday.

When I returned 2 days later to pick up my truck I was charged $830 for the repair to my truck that I was originally told $800.

J.C. and Antwain were so accommodating and helpful. I have never been treated in such a positive way in my adult life from a car dealership. I will return to McCluskey over and over!

The whole experience was almost perfect. Assuming that they get back to me about the minor cosmetic damage on the front bumper to take care of it I give this dealership a 5-star rating.

Recently had my vehicle blow a head gasket and it was not worth replacing due to the age and miles on the vehicle. I had been on disability for the past two years and just got back to work, in the time I was out of work had some issues and my credit score took a big hit. I went to McCluskey expecting to have to go with a buy here pay here vehicle but they were able to get me approval for a certified used vehicle! The original option was a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze but, during their 172 point inspection they found Coolant and oil leaks and were able to give me a 2016 cruise with 20,000 fewer miles at the same price! Awesome experience all the way around!

Mccluskey seemed to good to be true at first! We had to file bankrupcy due to the whole Panademic and my husband being unemployed. We were down under with our cars and needed a new one. We dealt with Madison who was our amazing sales lady from day one! Trust me I drove her absolutely crazy I'm sure. She was very patient with me, not only did she go above and beyond searching for the best vehicle for us. She always answered my questions. Even after hours and on her days off. She truly loves what she does and helping people that have less then perfect credit. We will never buy a car else where again. We are not the proud owner of a fully loaded Grand Jeep Cherokee and a Chrysler Pacifica.. We are so beyong grateful for Madison and Mccluskey.

Yes, it may seem to good to be true. Trust me I though the same thing at first. Im glad I gave it a try! Make all your payments on time for 1 year and you can refinance. I don't know of any other dealership that does this

After being turned away from the dealer that I purchased my car and warranty from,while trying to get warranty work completed and other issues diagnosed..I left there and went to McCluskey. I accidentally found Jeremy at McCluskey Chevrolet. He really knows his stuff and was very helpful,positive and uplifting from beginning to end.
