After being hesitant on buying out of state we loc...

After being hesitant on buying out of state we located a car and the salesman answered all our questions.

After receiving the car, which they drove down, not hauled as expected, papers were signed and the drivers returned to Ohio.

That evening we noticed damage to the drivers side rear fender trim and called the dealership. After being promised repeatedly that it would be replaced after 6 weeks nothing. Any contact made with the dealership we have had to initiate.

This being said customer service and honoring your word is very lacking. I would suggest looking at other venues before buying here. And by the way, the paperwork that we signed we have never received a copy of although it s been stated it s been mailed.

What they did mail was the title to us but it should have went to the bank.

Bottom line SHOP and SPEND your hard earned money ELSEWHERE!

In the era of covid purchasing something of this nature can be difficult, we as consumers have to be diligent and wise. Lesson learned!
