I dealt with Chris Bauer, he was an excellent salesman. NO pressure, let me look and compare without "hovering". Made the stressful idea of buying a new car a Un stressful in the end. Finance team very nice and willing to work with me on what I needed. Good value for my trade in. VERY HAPPY WITH MY TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. LOVE MY NEW CAR

This was a recall issue. I always work with Jake and as usual, Jake took care of me promptly, let me know about how long it would take... He asked if there were any other issues and offered to have my car washed. What a nice considerate young man... Very polite and when my car was done, He met me and then walked me to my car... Buyer beware.

Buyer beware.
My husband recently sold his vehicle and purchased a new truck. Our salesperson John stated the truck would be there in no longer than a week. After a weeks time we began calling regarding the trucks status. Our salesperson was off one day, checking on it another day . I spoke with his supervisor, John who stated that they would return our car to us until the truck arrived and that we never should have been given a time frame for the truck as they don t know when it will arrive.
Another week and we don t have our Cadillac back, we don t have our new truck, and it s been radio silent; we have not heard from either John.
I regret we gave them our business.
McCluskey Chevrolet has not followed up on our conversations with them or delivered on our agreement.

Update: I appreciate the response, but I am not constantly checking my emails. Could someone pick up the phone and communicate an ETA for the truck with my husband. We have not received any calls. Thank you!

Worst experience ever they are a joke first i was trying to buy bmw x5 diesel i go over paperwork get approved and it the end the car was sold and on the phone they told me we have the car here after they have another bmw x5 whith 148 point inspection we agreed on the price and they text me the car is being sold a wholesale because it has to many problems this people should be working McDonald's not selling cars the worst experience they run my credit for nothing they are a jokeeeeeeeeee.

Service and environment are wonderful, until a complication sets in.

Had an issue where after purchasing 4 new tires, I asked if they would place the one, good, old tire in my trunk. That didn't happen. Spoke to several people since but to date, issue was never resolved and no compensation was ever offered.

Sales consultant Donald Butt was amazing. Came in for a used Charger. No hassle. No gimmicks. Prices was straight forward. Worked w/ me and my family for an approval. Made it easy. Noticed an issue w/ vehicle. They even said they ll take care of it at a dealer near me because I m an hour and a half away. What an amazing place. Thank you guys so much!

Outside of Experiencing an unexpected repair cost, hats off to your team. Everyone delivered great customer service, the facility was clean, the hospitality (relaxation room, snack room, PC access etc..) was supreme. Commitment to complete the repair was on point and the convenience in term of appointment times was A1. What can I said, the experience was great!

Love the used car I bought, however listing stated that it had "200 point inspection". Took it in 20K service a couple months after purchase and it needed new rear brake pads and rotors. My fault for not having it inspected before purchase and trusting the false listing. Hopefully this review will help someone else, Buyer Beware!

The vehicle I purchased was advertised to have Garman Gps, remote start, and backup camera. The day I test drove it I admittedly did not check to see if these 3 amenities were on the car. It drove excellent, looked excellent so I signed the deal. That same day i contacted the salesman and told him i couldn't get the gps, camera or remote start to work. I was told take it to service. Service manager then informs me my vehicle was the base model and did not come with ANY of the features advertised. I spoke with several people but of course no one has an answer to why the vehicle was advertised falsely. I chose to keep the vehicle but let this be a lesson for all. Check EVERYTHING on the vehicle before you purchase it. There is no confusion on vehicles. The vehicle is still advertised with same stock number on youtube so there was NO CONFUSION on my behalf. Just admit your company made the mistake or review your video and compare it to my stock number.

Walked in on a whim to find my daughter a new ride to replace her clunker. She's a great student and works hard, so a brand new car for her was a no-brainer!! Not knowing what to expect and having the bar set low by the other stuffy, boring dealerships and experiences, we were blown away by this place!! First off, the facility is set up by geniuses who want to take out the almost clinical, and watching paint dry experience that numbs the mind with the other places . The lounge is so nice that I found I almost didn't want to leave. They have a pool table made from an old school Camaro. A Camaro folks!!! That's just plain wacky, I dont care who ya are!! They provided bottomless drinks, coffee and snacks from thier well stocked snack bar! It was insane!! But I digress!! The actual car buying experience was something else, like if I had tailored it my self, reversing all the negatives that I've seen and heard of. I was introduced to a handsome devil by the name of Tony Bellefonte, this dude was honest, patient and his knowledge of his inventory was unmatched!! He took the time to explain every option on the car and all the special incentives and purchasing options. He gave us the best deal and even introduced us to "the man behind the curtain", the infamous sales manager, so we would feel at ease with the negotiation process. Hell, he even took us to the Vice President's office to say hello. That told me that everyone was approachable and wanted you to have the best possible experience. All that I can say is..., that I can't say enough about this place. Purchase your vehicle here, you will have a great time and get an even greater deal. 5 star service and products. All around, would give more if could!!

The location is nice and the service center is goo...

The location is nice and the service center is good. However, the sales team is lacking. The agent i spoke with did not listen to me or make me an offer in my budget which they did not ask me. I have decided to keep my business with this location because the lifetime warranty is very nice however, if they do not spend some time teaching the sale team customer comes first I may start taking my business else ware.

It was a really good visit. They were super attentive to all of our needs. Just one thing I m really disappointed in, is that the past 2-3 visits we have been talked to about trading in our vehicle, even though we have told them repeatedly that we weren t interested. But today, I forgot the guy s name, but he actually was very knowledgeable and tried to get us a better deal for a trade in. I m very impressed with today s visit.

You should not be advertising financing guaranteed...

You should not be advertising financing guaranteed if you you can't get every person financing. I even told the person I was talking to I didn't want to waste theirs and mines time if I can't get financing, I was told just come it, we guarantee financing, and to find out, that is not true, false advertising. Wasted my Sunday afternoon to go in as it is my only day off every week.

I have called twice now to speak with a manager. I had held off getting service done on my truck due to COVID, I was ensured that all safety measures were being done at Mccluskey Chevrolet. When I checked in everyone had a mask on, I was told the service could be done that evening and to come back in 1.5 hours- they actually completed in 1 hour, everything was great up to then. My complaint is that when I went in to pay- three employees (one women and two men) we sitting at desks next to where I needed to walk. NONE had on masks,they didn't even have the curtesy to put them on when they saw me standing there. I backed up and went through the front door to get to payment area. I complained to the man taking care of the payments(no mask but at least behind a partition), I received a blank stare, no response. While I was waiting for my truck to be brought around I saw another vehicle brought to the front and parked for a customer pick-up, the Mccluskey employee driving it didn't have a mask on, the windows were up so the poor soul picking it up was getting into a car that could possibly be infected. I trusted you and you failed. In Ohio Masks are mandated, the majority of the employees I saw inside we're not complying, can you possible explain to them that a mask on your chin doesn't count since I saw two other Mccluskey employees walking around that way.

We purchased a 2018 Cruze today and were very happy with our experience! Our salesperson Anthony was very personable and knowledgeable; we really appreciated him getting us the best deal and making this a very easy transaction. McCluskey has a great cafe for beverages, and plenty of spots to watch some football while you wait! Jennifer from the Personalization Team was also very helpful in setting up some technological options within the car. We are extremely happy with our Cruze, and highly recommend McCluskey at the Kings Automall if you're in the market for any kind of Chevy. Thanks again, Anthony and the McCluskey team!

Everyone was very friendly! It took a little longer to service my car then I was told but its a Saturday and they were slammed. I cant complain as the staff was great and I walked out with paying only for what I went in for. No BS and no lies, thats always a plus in a sevice department!

Disappointing for a first time customer - would have expected better to try to earn business.

Sorry Mccluskey - I think you are missing the point with your response. If a first time customer has a bad experience, what is the incentive for the customer to call back? You had my name from the review so likely would have made more sense to look up my name to understand why I would have reported this at all, and proactively called me to see what could be done to resolve the situation. I won't be calling back.

For the benefit of others, my situation included:

-4 calls with multiple voicemails to service advisers over 3 days before an appointment was finally made
-dropping off my car the day before my appointment so the service department had time to prepare
-a call at the end of the day of my appointment saying "I think we have a good chance of getting your car in to look at it tomorrow"
-an explanation for missing the appointment stating "we are still recovering from the GM strike and need to fix cars as soon as the parts arrive"
-an automated reminder from Mccluskey scheduling saying I missed my appointment and a recommendation to call back to reschedule even though the car had been inspected and returned.

I understand a service visit may not be perfect, but with this type of first time experience, what is the incentive to return?

The work was done well and even more quickly than expected. The cashier was somewhat unhelpful as he said he couldn't use my Visa gift card unless I knew the total on it (it was a gift so I didn't know how much it was for); I said that was fine and I'll use my credit card instead, but he kept telling me I need to figure out how much was on the gift card and that he doesn't know "where I got the gift card that I don't know the amount on it" but told me I need to figure it out so it doesn't expire (I didn't ask for his advice). It came across as rude, in my opinion, as I was trying to pay another way and said it was fine that I couldn't use the gift card. Otherwise everything was great, and I'm sure the cashier was trying to be helpful... it just left a bad taste in my mouth, so to speak.

I just purchased my second car from McCluskey Chevrolet.My husband and I have thoroughly enjoyed our experience buying cars at McCluskey. The dealership accommodations are second to none. They really make you feel welcome. There is something there for everyone and the kids area is really nice. The Process of buying the car was so smooth, all the departments work really well together to streamline the purchase. I would highly recommend McClusky to anyone looking to purchase any vehicle.

My wife and I found ourselves needing 3rd row seating, again. Thanks to our children blessing us with an abundance of grandchildren. After weeks of looking for the right experience, from the sales team, to the right vehicle. We came across Andy O Leary of McCluskey. He treated us like family. He was very informative and we never felt any pressure. I can honestly say that this was the best car buying experience of my life. I would highly recommend Andy O Leary.

I bought my 2017 Chevy Sonic from McCluskey. I love the car. I don't like the payments but who ever does. The personnel bend over backwards to help you out. I got exactly what I wanted without the salesman trying to get me to buy more. However the reason I give it 4 stars is the financing. That is where I feel like I didn't get what I wanted. I don't blame them fully I didn't know how to buy a new car. That said it isn't too far off what I wanted. I think 4 starts is fair for my experience.

They did a great job of explaining my options in order to pin-point the problem. They even let me talk to the guy who performed the services who made sure I understood what services were performed.

I was greeted promptly and with the help of the salesmen I was able to find the truck that I was looking for at the price that I was looking for. Everyone at the dealership was courteous, and the dealership itself was easily the nicest dealership that I've ever seen. Extremely well-built waiting areas with a pool table and other activities that my ten-year-old son was able to do while we were busy doing the sale. They had free snacks and sodas to choose from to help with the wait when if you have kids. In the future I will definitely be returning to McCluskey Chevrolet for purchase.

I had an issue with some warranty repairs that were not completed about a month ago. The service tech called me and setup a new service appointment to correct this. I let the tech "Justin" know that when I got my vehichle back from the first service, the letter L of the LTZ on the back of my truck was missing. Justin said they would replace it when they addressed the warranty items they missed the first time. When I got my truck back after the second service, the L was still missing. I called Justin and he said they did not have any in stock so they had to order one. He said when it came in, he would have a tech bring it out to my work or home and install it. I didn't hear anything for a couple weeks so I called Justin and he said the letters did come in. I told him I would pick the letters up when I had to come by to pick up some Chevy accessories I had ordered and when I needed my next service, I would bring the letters to be installed then. When I came to get my accessories and the letters, the parts guy could not give me the letters because there was no "ticket" on them.By now I am VERY frustrated so I call Justin and leave him a voicemail explaining that I could not get the letters and asked him to call me back. That was almost 2 weeks ago and Justin never called me back! I have NEVER had SO MANY issues with a service department- specifically Justin! This is maknig me question if I should continue to give my business to McClusky and Chevrolet!

It is to soon to give a report about the car. The delivery was not a pleasant experience at all. We were told it would be delivered at 11:00am on sat and after no word and no delivery we finally started trying to track down some information. The delivery people didn't seem to know it was to be delivered at 11:00am and didn't get here until around 3:30 causing us to miss an event that we had planned to go to. This area needs some work.

They actually had the car and we got it at a better price than we had at another dealer. The exact car at a better price even friendly service.....what else can you ask for. Very glad we made the trip.

Terrible experience. I went in with very high expectations and left very dissatisfied. I leased a car and was approved only for them to call me a week later and take my car back. VERY unethical and now I have to wait two days for my down payment to come back to me. They do not care about you as a person they only care about you as a sale. Ruined my credit and now I m stuck without a car. They tried to push me into buying the car for twice what my budget is after letting me have the car for a week on a lease. They don t listen to your needs or ask what you want at all they just give you what they can put you in . The facility is warm and inviting to distract you from their scheme. I ve been to many other dealerships in the Kings Automall and in other areas and they are FAR better than this one. Be smarter than I was and shop around. It s your money and your needs are important, don t settle.

This visit was very timely and service was completed very quickly even though the service included a 40,000 mile service extras. Was a bit surprised that I didn't have to wait a long time. The tech that washed and cleaned my car did an outstanding job on the inside of my car and should be acknowledged for his superior attention to detail.

I still have yet to speak to a service manager, or have anyone reach out to me. As I have asked my service advisor. SEVERAL times to speak to the manager. They didn t fix half of the issues I sent it in for. This is yet again, the same reoccurring issue that it s been in the shop all last winter for. I m going to lemon law this car at this point, also will let every single person I see in their parking lot know how horrible the service is for the price you pay for a brand new car.
