Carl Gray, my sales specialist at McCarthy Chevrolet, once again did a terrific job in securing another Tahoe at the lease end of my 2015 Tahoe. Carl is a seasoned veteran at McCarthy Chevrolet and I do business with him because of his laser focused customer service and his sales professionalism throughout the process. He is respectful and I feel like he is always working in my best interest.
The service department at McCarthy Chevrolet is the best. Chris LeGrotte is my service advisor and I have not experienced a better service experience in all my years dealing with other dealerships. With Carl Gray taking care of my sales needs and Chris LeGrotte my service, I feel I could not be in better hands for my automobile needs.

I had bad experience on this diller I am a disabled person buy a car with them in February 2020 the person who attended me he told me the car was in good condition.the engine is broke down two months ago.I called them and they did not solve anything.buy this car to go my medical appointments.

Excellent service and help as always. Purchased my truck from McCarthy back in 2011. They have been servicing my vehicle every since. Recent experience was a road hazard that ruined my left rear tire. A call to my service representative, Larry Miller, and I was greeted the next day with a 7 am wake up and a new tire. The price was reasonable and service was fast and efficient.

Heath was very helpful and when I buy a car again I will definitely go back to him

I felt in control of the sale the whole time. At the end of the day. McCarthy s got me into a car I wanted. The priced the car and payments were I was comfortable. McCarthy Chevrolet gave me a $1,400 estimate to replace my air conditioner compressor. Took it to Olathe Auto Clinic for a second opinion. Olathe Auto Clinic said it didn t need to be replaced, put some parts on and $289.00 later it was blowing like it was brand new. In addition, Olathe Auto Clinic indicated, if your truck does need a new compressor, it would be less than $700.00. Would not recommend going to McCarthy if your vehicle is out of factory warranty.

I worked with Heath and Megan. They were both very patient and this was my very first time buying a car so I was incredibly nervous. They worked with me and I got a great deal on a car I never thought I could afford. Love this place! They have great people working there. Would highly recommend to friends/family.

I saw a Ford Expedition online that I was interested in so I drove 100 miles to look at it. When it was time to talk about price, our salesman Jamie informed us the internet prices were special prices and the cost of the car was an additional $2,000, there would be a $1,000 fee because I didn't have a trade- in, and there are non-negotiable $999 dent and ding policy and $599 administrative fees added to every sale. The internet ads did not state they were special prices and the non- negotiable fees were not disclosed. This is both dishonest and deceptive. No deal.

Kade at Hyundai was Very knowledgeable about all of the inventory. His Follow up was good as well. Not pushy at all at the dealership everyone was easy to work with. I was very pleased with my recent visit to McCarthy Chevrolet Service Department. My advisor, Scott Essex greeted me with a smile and made sure I was taken care of. He explained every process of getting my vehicle repaired and even on short notice was able to get me into a loaner. Very simply they will mislead you. My expectations and documents were provided ahead of time as to not waste time.

Drove 45 minutes, turned around and left 16 minutes later insulted when I realized they just told me what ever they wanted to get me there. Wasted 2 hours of my time dealing with them.

I thought the Dodge dealership was bad, McCarthy Chevrolet is just as bad. Do yourself a favor and go to Carmax where they will treat you like a human.

We had such a wonderful, stress free experience doing business at McCarthy Chevrolet. I will tell you that I feel it was 100% in part due to the great service we received by our salesman Siam Sangkhanet. After being to many many dealerships in the metro we stumbled upon a car from this dealer and Siam Sangkhanet made it so simple. I think he was able to read his customer from the very beginning and knew we were ready for a straight, no nonsense sale...he made that happen. Wish we would have started here in the first place. If you go, ask for Siam Sangkhanet, I promise you will not be disappointed.

The process took longer than expected, but Heath Mcroy and Micah Downs did everything possible to ensure that our family was comfortable and taken care of. They were especially knowledgeable and made sure we were getting exactly what we needed. Overall everyone did a great job making sure we got the best deal possible! We will definitely return when we decide it's time for another vehicle.

Pick up a new truck Fully loaded love it, my sales person was Karl wheat way out of his way to accommodate mean did an awesome job and work hard to find the one I wanted, he gave me a good deal and very satisfied I highly recommend him to everyone Karl thank you.

Ivan was great. We just showed up to look and Ivan was very accommodating with a no pressure approach. As the process developed, we ended up buying a new Blazer that had to be sourced from another location. Again, Ivan communicated well the entire time despite the obvious and multiple demands on his time. It still took a long time to accomplish the purchase, but Ivan was a gracious host all the way through it.

My son needed a car quickly after his was totaled by the insurance company after he was rear ended. We made an appointment and went on Saturday. I understand that Saturdays are busy, but as soon as they found out that we needed to buy today, we were rushed through and I feel like we were taken advantage of. We were in a small office that also had another family purchasing a car from the same salesman, Wayne. There were actually two families in it while we were there. That made it hard to talk to anyone and the second families children were screaming almost the whole time they were there. The car we came to look at was advertised as silver, but was actually baby blue. It was the type of car that my son was looking for besides the odd color and so we asked if there was anything else they had. We were told no, that that was the only car that fit what he wanted. Reluctantly we purchased the car as my son needed to return to college out of state that day. There were a few different people that came in during the paperwork process, that along with the chaos of the other family sitting behind us, made it difficult to know what was going on or to ask questions. The entire time of looking at the paperwork we were not really told anything about the extra fees that were charged and did not have the option to not accept a $700 fee for them to fix dents in the future and get a loaner car for repairs (my son does not even live in the state). During the visit my phone was dead and I was not able to look up their other inventory. Open arriving home, I did and found that there was a similar vehicle for a little more money that was a color my son would have much preferred. I am upset that we were not even given that option.
Long story short, my son does have a vehicle, but we did not have a good experience at the dealership and will likely not be back.

EDIT to original post: Wayne at Mccarthy Chevrolet has stepped up to remedy the issue we had. I appreciate the fact that they tried to make this right.

Got a sweet preowned Chevy Traverse today from McCarthy's! My family and I absolutely love it. What a killer dealership, Bryan and Eric helped bring my days long car search to an end perfectly. It's a long brutal ordeal trying to find a really good vehicle for under 10k. Sure theres a million vehicles under 10k available, but one that's suitable as a primary vehicle for a hard working family who has to watch every dollar? Sooo many shady car dealers out there man, and for a guy who has a very hard time trusting anyone, after 3 days of dealing with them, I was fed up to say the least. Eric and Bryan over there made me feel at home right away. Eased my nerves greatly. They got the SUV brought over from their other lot quickly, got it in for detailing way early, which was awesome as we had a 2 1/2 hour drive back home, answered all my questions about it thoroughly (I had a quite a few lol), and helped us get out the door as fast as they could, with a full tank of gas. Everyone in that place was pleasant. Financing guy was awesome too, sorry I dont remember your name, he made us feel welcome and at ease even with our awesome 7yr old daughter bouncing around his office. Lol.The young lady that took the cash was awesome too. I think I forgot to mention that Eric and Bryan earned my trust so quick I blew off going to see the rest of the vehicles on my list of 10 for the day. I appreciate that greatly guys. Anthony was great in helping me purchase my Impala. Was. Really nice touch with letting me test drive with just me and the wife. The were able to still get financing through my bank but a week faster than going through them myself. All around I would reccomend them for purchasing a vehicle.

Professional , knowledgeable, and courteous would best describe the pair, and they did not use high pressure sales tactics. Rod Davidson was our finance manager for the transaction, and he took his time to explain all of our options for financing and warranties. We got a good vehicle for a fair price. I just had my truck worked on here to remedy the ails of a bad used car deal. The service shop is clean , professional and did a fantastic job . The staff are very very courteous. They understood my vehicle pain points and came up with reasonably quick diagnosis and estimates.Everything i asked for was handled and i was extended a loaner vehicle on request. My new go to place for GM products. If you want hassle free work done with minor inconveniences. Give this service shop a try.

Searched for a truck for about 2 months then came across McCarthy Chevrolet in Olathe and they had great deals and prices that couldn't be beat. Micah Bowcom was my sales associate and he was very professional and knowledgeable and very friendly Would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I purchased a new vehicle at McCarthy Chevy so I thought I would do all of the service work here as well. After sever complications of making an appointment, showing up, then getting turned away because they simply wouldn t have enough time to do it (because they were prioritizing walk ins over appointments), I took my vehicle else where. While getting a normal oil change today at Valvoline , the technician found A WHOLE HANDFUL OF CANDY under my air filter. Since purchasing my brand new car, Chevy was the only shop that had been under the hood and worked on my vehicle. Luckily I caught it on my next oil change because who knows what kind of problems I could have ran in to. The Chevy service manager stated it wouldn t of been any of his guys who had done this (you re right they magically got put there) and it could have possibly been a squirrel or a mouse (car is parked in a garage). Manager was super apologetic but I will not be getting service done here or purchasing a new vehicle in the future.

We have always had bad experiences at car dealerships, but Tim and Ethan made the process a breeze! Will definitely return to McCarthy for our next vehicle purchase!

We were helped by Nick at McCarthy Chevrolet. He was very knowledgeable about what vehicles they had in stock and made the car buying process painless and quick. Didn't feel pressured at all to make a decision or do something we didn't want to do. I would recommend anyone looking for a used car or a new Chevy to come to McCarthy and seek out Nick Cathey, great guy.

The showroom was spotless and looked great decorated with Christmas trees and everyone there was super helpful with us and our two week old. The cars that we saw were prime quality and the lot was nicely organized and clean. When it comes time to get a new vehicle we will be looking to McCarthy first.
