Ask for Ivan and Jake, these guys are the best. I hate buying cars typically but they made it fun again, it was a seamless, painless, quick process.

If I could then 0 stars I would. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from McCarthy again. They have messed up my paperwork several times and never address my complaints or concerns when I try to talk to them. Megan from finance is incredible rude. Buyers beware! Never look for vehicles at this McCarthy!

Heath McRoy was a great salesman he listened to what I want. If you are looking to get a car make sure and ask for Health.

I purchased a vehicle online that said there was not any dash lights on. I get the vehicle and the parking assist light is on cause it's broken! Over $550 to fix it! Jeremy Bravard is the biggest liar in the building. Everyone kisses your ass until after you buy. Spoke with general manager that promised to resolve the issue. Let's just say I been waiting on a check for 2 weeks now. I would never do business with them again. Beware! Slick talking sales people that stiffed me out of some money.

We worked with Bryan who was a pleasure to work with. He was polite, seemed honest, straightforward, and wasn t like other sleazy car salesmen because he was mindful of our budget and really worked with us in price. Thanks Bryan!

By far, the most frustrating and disappointing car buying experience we've ever experienced.

The 2 1/2 weeks it took to get into our vehicle was full of a list of things that didn't happen after being told they would (too many to even list in this forum). Furthermore, the lack of communication and miscommunication was hard to keep up with. Finally, the use of profanities and vulgar language sealed the deal that we'll never buy another car at McCarthy Chevrolet again.

I work in the car business, so buying a new car is always challenging. However, my experience at McCarthy Chevrolet, was hands down one of the best purchase experiences I have ever had. From the salesman, to the managers, everyone I interacted with was very transparent. I got the car I wanted, for the price I wanted. Not to mention, that GSM there Kevin Henry, is very easy on the eyes. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market looking to buy a vehicle.

I showed up, pulled the car into the welcome area and was greeted quickly by Shawn. As he was pulling paperwork already for me, he told me to have a seat and I would be taken care of right away. This was one of the fastest appointments I've had with McCarthy and it was really appreciated. They're doing great and Shawn does really good work for his customers!

I had a great experience dealing with Samuel Searcy. Samuel made sure I found the exact truck that fit my needs. I spent the majority of the day here with a friend. The salesman offered to share a pizza with us, charge our phones, and managed to sweet talk the bank into a great deal. It was a long wait, but they made it a comfortable one.

Super helpful getting me into the truck I wanted, and could afford. Worked with me to find the additional savings needed to fit my budget, rather than being pushy. Let me start out by saying, this was by the far the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. I recently tried to buy a 2015 yukon denali at a different dealership and it was HORRIBLE. I found another yukon at McCarthy and I explained to Tyler how I had just had a horrible experience and I wont deal with it again. When I reached out to him about the vehicle I was at work. Most of the process was completed over text message after I filled out the application online. We were very close to where I needed my payment before I made it to the dealership. When I got there he came out with a big smile on my face and was already making my boyfriend and I laugh. There wasn't much negotiation needed, I told them what I expected out of my vehicles, that I wanted a warranty on the new car, and what my payment needed to be. They made this all happen with no hassle at all. After the previous bad experience, coming here was like a breathe of fresh air. EVERYONE there was polite, kind and willing to help. Thank you Tyler Bradley for all your help and being so easy to deal with.

I've had a wonderful experience at McCarthy, both from the sales and the service department. I worked with Tony on the purchase of my used Buick Enclave and it was a great experience; he was not pushy like some salesmen and I ended up with a fair price on a vehicle that I absolutely love. There was some miscommunication about what was covered in the extended warranty that I purchased - this was discovered when my car needed some A.C. repair. The gentleman that sold me the warranty no longer worked there, but Greg worked very hard to make sure that everything was straightened out. McCarthy Chevrolet works very hard to make sure that its customers are happy. I will definitely return to get another vehicle when the time comes.

Jamie was very helpful in the process of buying a car. He made sure that we got the best deal possible. He also followed up with us to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely tell other people to go there and buy a car.

Scott B. has always provided courteous, conscientious service and has earned my undying trust. He never recommends service that I do not need, but always mentions service that he feels I may require.

I took my folks to get a new car here. Diana helped us the entire time. She was absolutely great. She was kind and patient with my folks. It took hours and a lot of cars for my parents to find a car they wanted but Diana was phlegmatic and kind the entire time. She helped them find a car they wanted and she made sure they knew exactly what they were buying. Diana was exceptional. I will be recommending people here.

Reputable dealership, honest and willing to negotiate. If you stop by, ask for Tyler - great salesman!

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!!!! The 2013 Impala Ltz I purchased did not have a working cd player. The stereo was a selling point for the car. I tried the stereo itself but who carries a cd in their purse? I contacted the dealer less than an hour after leaving the lot and was told they'd put 100-150 towards it. The repairs will take 390, when they found this out they stated they could go half. Best buy says there's no way they didn't know that the cd player didn't work. It's going to take a week and a half to get an appt. And I'm going to have to pay upfront then be reimbursed half. And I just paid 10k for this car!!! When I questioned this, I was told if everything worked on the car the price would've been higher. Then he says they had no idea the cd player didn't work?!? So which is it, cause that makes no sense!!!!

I highly recommend the services of Ben Henley, very professional and top notch customer service. His follow through was like no other. I was working with several other major dealerships during my month long search and Ben at McCarthy definitely stood out among them all. Ben will be the first call I make when it's time to purchase my next vehicle.

Bought my brand new 2019 Chevy Tahoe from McCarthy Chevrolet yesterday. I know the dealership owner, Ryan McCarthy, personally and he and his team made buying my new Tahoe seamless! Ryan put me in touch with one of his colleagues, Heath McRoy, who helped me 1:1 with the whole car buying process. They didn't have the car I specifically wanted, but went out and negotiated with another dealer to get the car I wanted. The negotiation process was fairly easy and I eventually paid what I wanted to for the vehicle and they gave me excellent, market value for my trade in. I would like to personally thank Ryan McCarthy, Heath McRoy and the whole McCarthy team for making this car buying experience fun & enjoyable! I tried to argue price on a vehicle that was priced 2,000 over blue book value. The sales manager (josh was his name) said "If I bump my head and decide to do something stupid I will call you". Won't be back to this dealer anytime soon.

Once again I experienced exceptional service a McCarthy Chevrolet in Olathe. I was very flattered when I was treated with the utmost respect and concern by my service advisor, Ken Archambeau . He identified the service needed and organized it in a very timely manner. While I was noticing his professionalism I looked at customers and other service advisors both to my left and right was impressed to see the same level of service through out the facility. This was my second experience with Evan and Ruben and I could not be happier. From start to finish it was top notch. In and out in less than 2 hours.

Sean and Scott in service are always great and have taken great care of us. The service department operates with a high degree of integrity. For example, I had been hearing some break noise over the past 10k miles, nothing horrible, but I had them check the brakes everytime I had an oil change. They kept telling me that the brakes were still good and that I could wait. They could have gone ahead and taken my money and done the brakes when it wasn't absolutely necessary but they didn't. This time around, the noise got a bit louder and the brakes finally were below 20% life so we had front and back done. Drives like a brand new car and I didn't have to spend money until it was necessary. Great job looking out for our car and wallet!

One other note, I love that McCarthy monitors my vehicles status regarding oil and other things via OnStar. They proactively reach out to me and make it extremely easy to schedule maintenance.

Dave Richwine far exceeded our expectations for a salesperson. He thoroughly informed us about the Equinox and available optional equipment.
