Great Experience. Ask for Jordan. Very professional and helpful and not your stereotypical car salesman.

I purchased a 2011 Equinox from McCarthy. I had no choice on the vehicle according to my salesman, this was the only one the banks would approve. Did not even have my car for two weeks and it would not start, first strike. Got the car looked at by the mechanic for a rattling noise I had told my salesman about, over a $300 fix. Third strike was my car not starting again and I hadn t even had it for a month.

My car has been at McCarthy for almost a week and I have had little to no contact about what was going on, but they did give me a loaner car. They say it was my battery and they would fix it, but I told them that the sway link bar needs to also be fixed because if they really did an inspection like they say they do it should have been fixed before being sold. Kevin in finance was suppose to be in contact with me about what was going on, and did not talk to me once during the whole week my car has been there, and has not returned any of my phone calls. My salesman says it s not his issue and needs to be handled with Kevin. I feel as if they knew this was a car that had issues and that s why it was the only one I could get. Finance guy said it would be an extra $3500 for the warranty and I could not add it to my loan. Unprofessional people when it comes to communication and seem to be very deceptive. Would not recommend buying a car here.

We had a great experience at McCarthy Chevrolet in Olathe. We worked with Siam Sangkhanet, & could not have been happier. He worked well with us to pinpoint the vehicle we were looking for, & getting the most on our trade in. I highly recommend this dealership as well as Siam!

My experience was poor from the start. I showed up to see a truck I had seen online only to find out the online ad had misrepresented the actual mileage on the truck. Then I was told I would get a full tank of gas upon delivery. That didn t happen, I was then told I would be mailed a QT gift card for $40. That never happened either. Very dissatisfied

The car buying process was a little rough. Only because my credit. My salesman was Jamie and he was patient and worked with me for over a week. Long story short I ended up happily driving away in my new 2021 Malibu. Eric was the sales manager I worked with as well and he was a cool dude. I knew my credit would pose a problem but instead of denying me they went to work and got me in the car I wanted with a reasonable payment. 10/10 recommend McCarthy Chevrolet.

Won t stand behind their vehicles after they are purchased. BEWARE Chevy uses bad paint it will eventually peel and McCarthy won t do anything about it! Now I have a $50,000 plus truck that I wouldn t pay $10,000 for due to the paint peeling off!

Jamie Ross was super helpful all the way up from the beginning of our process to the end. He kept on texting me to see if he could help in any way and Frank B also helped us with the first car we looked at and he stayed with us as we purchased our car at the end until 9pm at night. They re awesome in helping get my blue Mazda CX-5. We re so happy that we found them. They let us test drive the car and they let us out the car on hold. They we all very friendly and Gary the Hyundai manager helped us make a deal. EJ the business manager at Chevy was very thorough in our finance process and helped us to get the best warranty on our car. We re so happy . Highly recommend this dealership!!

I was just beginning the shopping process for a used vehicle. Ben Henley came out in the light rain to see if he could help us. He found an SUV with all of the specs we were searching for, and we went on out for a test drive. When we returned to the dealership we worked up a deal and we left with a newer vehicle that same day!

People like Heath give car lots and salesmen a BAD NAME!! BEWARE OF THIS GUY AND CAR LOT

Have gotten nothing but lies and miss deception. I sold my car to them and was told they would have a check there.. I get there and drop the car off and "that person is already off " then said they might be able to process it the next day and get it to me.. 5 days later i now get told another story that it is going to take a lot longer because they have to do all this stuff before they can issue a check when the pay off amount was already called and verified from the dealership and the amount that was to be issued. So I get a call from the dealer saying "that was my bad".. "I told you wrong but it will take another 2-3 weeks probably before we will have a check ready". Would have been nice to have been told everything up front when another company was willing to pay the same amount right then and there without waiting. Just McCarthy was more convenient at the time. I dont think I'll be dealing with them again.

Phenomal experience!! Was so helpful for all that he did for us, and the help he gave.

We asked for them to do whatever needed to be done to go on a long road trip and they only replaced the spark plugs, did a fuel injection cleaning and did an inspection. We spent over 300 dollars and they didnt even change our oil or filters. Seemed like a waste of money.

7/31/19: I just want to say that McCarthy Chevrolet and Jake Witt went out of their way to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the Tahoe I just purchased from them. There were a few bumps and misunderstandings during the buying process but as soon as they realized that I was not completely satisfied the team at McCarthy stepped up and did everything they could to bring a five star experience to me. Buying a car is a huge investment these days and it nice to know that there is a dealership that will go the extra mile to make sure a customer is completely satisfied. Worst Place Ever so on friday my car was shaking really bad i took it to the nearest shop. they informed me the tires lug nuts were completely gone from the wheel. I told them i wanted the car taken to McCartney chevy because I'm still under warranty. So The Car Gets there and the service guy Pedro tells me they can't fix it for free because there's Scratches on the front of the car that its my fault. I told him i haven't been in any accident but he said i was lying. He Then Told Me To Lie To My Insurance Company To Get It Fixed For Free. Say I Hit A Pot Hole. Worst Customer Service.

Awful. Was told a car was there and a sales person would be ready for me. Turns out the car was already sold and the salesman left us standing with no explanation. When we tried to leave to look at other vehicles on our list he became super pushy and rude. Never going back to such an insulting person

Typical sales relationship, after the sale you never hear from them when you need something. The new tires they put on were not all the way on, and after several attempts to contact our guy, crickets.

Watch yourself with this group. Our last used car purchase we took to our mechanic for a look over. They informed us the starter was bad. McCarthy denied it was a problem but we insisted it be replaced before buying (we had already agreed on price). They replaced and off we went. When we took in for first oil change to our mechanic he noticed the tires were worn. Well, guess what? The tires were new when we looked at the car. McCarthy got their starter money back by putting old tires on while replacing the starter.
Guess what else? We will never, ever, go back and I tell everyone shopping for cars about this experience.
Hope it was worth it.
