We looked online first to decide what vehicle we wanted then went to the dealership. We were greeted when we walked in the door and a salesman responded quickly to the page. We were seated in his cubicle and he answered our questions. He had the vehicle we were interested in brought to the front for us to test drive. After talking more, filling out forms and reaching a financial agreement, we waited for a manager to give the sales pitch for extended warranty packages. We signed paperwork and left with our new car. Time start to finish was about 4 hours. Very friendly, knowledgeable salesman. Very good deal on the vehicle. No buyers remorse.

Not every car or truck, especiallywhen used, is perfect. I bought my previous truck through them and had nothing but problems for 5 months. When most dealers would've said "sorry, you didn't buy the warranty and it's on you" they didn't. They, as well as I, we're sick of all the issues.I decided to trade that truck for a different one, and the process was great. McCarthy truly cares about their customers, and I am proof. I will be back!!

Went into the dealership looking for a new family car for my wife. We found the perfect fit. But, I'm not sure what went wrong. It all started out great. The salesman was awesome! But, once we sat down with the proposed deal he had I was not interested. While trying to explain what I was looking for in terms he basically told me to shut up. Then proceded to tell me that I didn't need to get pissed at him. After that I was done. I said no deal and he wasn't getting my business. While trying to leave as I was walking out the door he ran up on me. That made me nervous and made me feel I was obligated to buy from him and couldn't leave until I did. This whole situation sucks because the car we found was perfect for my wife and exactly what she was looking for. Hopefully she can try again another day. Not sure what went wrong.

Where do I start?! I bought my Buick Enclave from the Olathe location March 2016, always got my oil changed at that location. The last time I got my oil changed (Jan 4th, 2017) I was told I need new back brakes, head gasket is leaking and my struts are blown. Really? The new brakes you all supposedly put on when I bought it. Struts don't just blow out they wear out, why didn't you tell me this the last few times I was in? No they waited until my warranty only had 2 days left on it to tell me. As for the head gasket, it was only the oil you spilled poring into my car. Never again! They will lie and cheat you just to save them.

I found this car online and they were very helpful in getting me pointed in the right direction. My salesman Carl Gray contacted me over the phone to introduce himself and then was prepared when I made the trip down to the dealership to look at my car. They stayed after hours to figure up everything so that I could take my car home with me when I decided to buy it! This was my first car buying experience on my own and it was great to have friendly and knowledgeable people to help me out!

The people who work there are always polite and professional, though at times they are very busy and it may take a little while for them to get to you. Today was a little understaffed considering it was a Saturday but I was in and out in about half an hour total. This is faster than most other places I've gone to for the same kind of service. And if it's going to take too long they are happy to give you options like a rental car or a service vehicle.

A few days prior to going to McCarthy Chevrolet I was at a Ford dealership and I walked out because I felt like I was being bullied into purchasing a vehicle before I left there business that day. So when you go to McCarthy Chevrolet, expect a good experience.

Horrible experience, been discussing a car deal with someone for over a week with who I thought was a legit salesman and ended up just being some sales agent over email and phone. Drove over 45min with high hopes of driving off the lot with my new car, to have nothing but my dreams smashed and stomped by them selling the car from underneath me.

This place is amazing and the people working there are the best. If you need a new vehicle go talk to Ethan he is amazing. If you have questions about financing talk to Jake he can answer your questions. I have never been to a car lot but does not harass me or bully me or try to get me to conform to what they think I should buy. This place is not like that, they show you what. They do everything in their power to make sure that you go home Happy. This is my second vehicle with them and I cannot be more pleased.

Recently purchased a 2020 Chevy Trax, that I am in love with. Anthony is the man!! He Helped me crunch numbers and get a great monthly payment all via text- which made it super easy to go about my day and not go to the dealership until I was ready to buy.. Also my trade in vehicle had an extended warranty i had purchased when I got the vehicle and I was able to cancel and return an odometer statement to the previous dealer and I am getting $1180 bucks returned to me. I wouldn't have known that if it was for McCarthy Chevy..So definitely give the McCarthy Chevy guys a chance, they won't let you down. I honestly enjoyed the process. Ask for Anthony!!

I tried to buy a Cadillac SRX I saw on Autotrader. When Marshall assured me that I could buy a $400 plane ticket, fly in Saturday with a check in hand, the vehicle would still be there. I even offered to put down a deposit. He called Friday and said it was wrecked the night before by vandals and not available anymore. I called and talked to somebody else, and they said it was sold Friday morning! I spoke to three people on the phone Tuesday and they all know I was flying in on Saturday to buy that car. Wouldn't you think someone could have put a 'hold' or 'sold' sign on it? So not only did they sell my SRX to someone else, but Marshall made up a story that didn't even happen. He then said McCarthy's would send me a check to reimburse my cancelled, nonrefundable plane ticket, but that was over a week ago. I guess that was just another lie, why not? Don't deal with these guys, not trustworthy at all.
EDIT: I did get the airfare reimbursement right away after this review. It takes the sting out of the whole thing! I wish this had ended up the way I hoped. My wife missed out on a really nice car. I really wanted to do business with these guys!

I loved these guys!! I was lucky enough to workwith Brandon on the Sales team and Jamie in finance and they were incredible. Brandon was patient and direct. He took the time to answer my questions, even with three phone calls before I went for a test drive. They send personalized videos of vehicles you're interested in. It was great all the way around! And Jamie was quick and efficient and just incredibly helpful! Thanks guys!!! I love my new car!

We worked with Ivan on buying a new car. He made the experience very enjoyable. He had the knowledge of the products, listened to what we wanted, gave us the time to make decisions, found the exact vehicle we wanted and did not play the games you see at other dealerships. I highly recommend Ivan.

Also, Rod in the finance dept was great to work with. He provided a great understanding of all the overages available but recommended the right ones in our best interest.

I purchased my 2014 Silverado HC from McCarthy in ...

I purchased my 2014 Silverado HC from McCarthy in January of 2015. The sales experience was good and my scheduled maintenance experiences since that time have been great. I have taken my truck in just once since purchasing it and I have been very impressed with my service advisor and how quickly they completed the work. The rating posted above has to do with the lack of ownership shown by my salesperson and the individual that receives feedback on their website regarding two issues I have had since the initial purchase.

Issue #1 The new truck I purchased did not have an owners manual. No big deal, but I have called and emailed my sales person on numerous occasions and have sent multiple emails through the website to request that one either be sent to me or be placed at the front/service counter so that I could drive over and pick it up. I don't mind the drive and would be happy to do the leg work. All I need is a call back saying it is available and I can come pick it up. Again, not having an owners manual is not the end of the world, but the lack of follow up and ownership of such a small (and easy to fix issue) only throws up red flags around other, larger issues that a customer may face. If they are not willing to solve something as minor as this, how are they going to fix a real issue?

Issue #2 I chose McCarthy at the urging of my in-laws. They had recently purchased a vehicle from the dealership and since that time have had an overall positive experience. Because of this, I asked my sales person about any referral bonuses to which it was agreed that my in-laws would receive a $150 referral check. To date we have never seen a check. I have provided their name and address, and as mentioned above, I offered to drive to the dealership to pick it up if that would make the process easier. After many calls and emails I have not received a response on this issue or the one above.

The gal I spoke with via email after posting my comments on their website (she did email me back initially and said she would pass my concerns on to the salesperson and then stopped responding to all future emails) told me I would probably have better luck posting my frustrations to the google site which brings me here today. Based on that feedback one can only assume that she is used to this kind of run around and has most likely lost faith in how her own company chooses to follow up and own customer issues.

Heath and Ivan were GREAT! Ivan had all my stuff moved from one vehicle to another while we were signing paperwork on our new Malibu. Which was a nice surprise!!! And they stayed at the dealership with us until 9:30 pm to get the deal done since we drove 2 hours to get to them. They made sure to find something that worked for my situation and this was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. We had a dealership who has had our business from the beginning, now, we have a new one that we will deal with in the future. This is also the CLEANEST dealership I ve ever visited.

Would certainly give them zero or negative stars if that were an option. I made an appointment to have 2 tires replaced on a 2014 Chevrolet Corvette last week. Explained that I would be bringing the tires in off the vehicle for the service to be completed. At the appointment the service tech insisted on running a code check and checking the mileage of the vehicle that I used to haul the tires in even though service was not going to be completed on that vehicle, said it was their policy there s no way around it. I asked to speak with the manager as policy made no logical sense. Manager supported my assumption that their policy did not apply to my situation. Service tech denied in front of his manager saying that that was their policy and lied to me in front of my face and his fellow peer service associates. I decided I didn t want to do business with a place with this moral character so I asked for my keys and took my tires to another dealership to be serviced. Service tech in front of his manager continued to verbally harass me on my way out the door.
