Have gotten nothing but lies and miss deception. I sold my car to them and was told they would have a check there.. I get there and drop the car off and "that person is already off " then said they might be able to process it the next day and get it to me.. 5 days later i now get told another story that it is going to take a lot longer because they have to do all this stuff before they can issue a check when the pay off amount was already called and verified from the dealership and the amount that was to be issued. So I get a call from the dealer saying "that was my bad".. "I told you wrong but it will take another 2-3 weeks probably before we will have a check ready". Would have been nice to have been told everything up front when another company was willing to pay the same amount right then and there without waiting. Just McCarthy was more convenient at the time. I dont think I'll be dealing with them again.
