Went here to check out 2 used Mazda CX-5s. We were passed around by the sales people before finally being told they weren't willing to show the vehicles because they hadn't completed service... I've worked at several dealerships and that would never be an excuse to not show a vehicle to a customer. We drove an hour and a half from Conroe, with 2 small children, to check out the vehicles. They were already posted on their website as available. To me, this was an unacceptable excuse for the sales people to be lazy. This would be a dealership I would steer clear of, Unless you like wasting your time...
