I recently dropped my car off for scheduled RECALL service at Mazda of Clear Lake. I get a call 2 hours later from the Service Department Manager saying my car was involved in a major accident. Turns out the employee driving my car stopped in a main lane of traffic and was struck from behind resulting in both cars being totaled. Now I have no car and no offer from the dealer to help. I dropped off a perfectly good car with 0 car payments and now I have nothing. They also had the audacity to try to SELL me a new car the day after the accident. Terrible GM to deal with, I would get another Mazda but NEVER from Mazda of Clear Lake. Worst Customer Service in town.
