Awsome place with private beach, saveral water and beach games, casino, golf and carting and in house night club. Casablanca beer is recommended. Great food and superb hospitality.

Benefits significantly improved compared to our last stay of 2 months ago
At the level of the rooms, parquet instead of the old carpet yellowed by the time, basket of fruit and water (Perrier & Evian), better Internet connection .. Effort to be made at the level of the room service, each time it is necessary to demand towels and extra products that should normally be provided in advance (room 4 pers instead of 2 already specified on booking).
Breakfast, hearty, fresh .. Better in general

A great place for a weekend break only 1 hour from Casablanca. Very busy during the summer months with lots of kids and families enjoying themselves. So if you re not a family with kids and are looking for a quiet retreat, you might want to avoid it during summer! Service is the best in Morocco at any hotel I have been to and of international standard.

big disappointment even before starting the stay.
We are humiliated upon entering, we demand from my wife the marriage certificate when it was enough to consult the hotel files to be aware of the existence of our contact details and those of our children for several years .
the dream vacation I promised my wife to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary turned into a nightmare to try and calm my wife who felt so bad.

Nice place ... but the problem is the scattering of rooms.

1 little corner of paradise! Chic and well maintained!

The buffet very good, especially the desserts. Free WiFi that reaches almost everywhere, in the room even ethernet; with good speed. Very good attention.

There is always a problem in Mazagan, the check in is nice, the check out is a hell

Hello all. This is the review of a regular customer for the last 10 years. The Covid situation made things a little complicated but I must say the management did quite well considering the circumstances to mitigate (plenty of hydro gel around, masks inside the hotel, buffet still there as usual but you are been served and you don't touch yourself the food etc'.). But the prices have raised up and a lots of services are discontinued therefore I feel you don't get the same return for your money as before. Hotel can be packed and therefore waiting time in restaurants / service can be delayed. Pool area is simply overcrowded But my notation is coming from 2 or 3 points that frustrated me this year :
- we were small group of 7 and we booked 3 rooms. Although we came to check-in quite early and we made the request 10 days before to have rooms close to each other (and it was acknowledged by Mazagan in reply) at our surprise we received rooms far from each other and at even different levels. The check in agent was quite agressive and pushy (there is nothing we can do ) when we complained .
- took us almost 10 Min of ringing to get an answer from room service at lunch and after that another hour to get few dishes.
- maintenance is dragging behind : lots of places and not as well maintained as before and you feel also that the people are not as well trained as before.

So in my point of view an hotel at that level shall be improving year after year and I see them going down the last 2 years. That's why the 3 stars only .

I been there customer since 2012 and I come from Canada today I hate to come there any more because they have duty manger name is Jawad he is very bad and ask for bribe to get your family in the room we came with our family Also with kids I recommend not go there because they willl play game with you and try to take money from you, this is not 5 star only on line not in realty you will find this service, Mian Adnan

The hotel is exceptional: location, staff, catering, security and services.
Spa, pools and beach at the top level.
However two remarks to be almost perfect: check in very slow especially when the customers arrive from far away and in the absence of bidet in the toilets and even if there are showers (inconvenient) it is necessary to add to the bathtub a flexible shower.
I invite you to stay in this ultrachic hotel you will not regret it and you will keep the best memories and especially a unique sunset on the Atlantic.

We had no prior experience with this area. We chose Mazagan because it was close to Rabat. We were completely satisfied with our time there. The people were all great. The international kitchen was outstanding! Buying the meal packages with the room is completely worth it. The pool was great. The beach is big and uncrowded. like this review please

Wonderful stay with our kids who have feasted, between activities and kids clubs! They did not want to leave the resort anymore.
The rooms are spacious and we liked the sea salt. Staff very attentive.

Expensive for nothing the poorly maintained rooms especially the stinky carpet and water evacuation smell may be they do not do water when cleaning. The beds are on the bathroom side. Apart from the good breakfast, dej and dinner leave something to be desired. What I liked was the friendly and welcoming staff, the activities offered by the hotel, gym, green space and the small seaside coast.

Wonderful hotel with excellent cuisine and a very nice beach. Beautiful waves, sports activities on the beach, beautiful water and children's pools - everything is just fine. The hotel has live music everywhere, they play very well. The selection of dishes is simply amazing!

A gigantic spring that offers a multitude of activities. The beach is beautiful. Two restaurants, including the Buddha Bar Beach, run along the beach and offer quality beach service. You do not have to be a resident to take advantage of these many services. The prices are of course higher than the Moroccan average but remain accessible.
I recommend the horseback ride on the beach.
