Hello all. This is the review of a regular customer for the last 10 years. The Covid situation made things a little complicated but I must say the management did quite well considering the circumstances to mitigate (plenty of hydro gel around, masks inside the hotel, buffet still there as usual but you are been served and you don't touch yourself the food etc'.). But the prices have raised up and a lots of services are discontinued therefore I feel you don't get the same return for your money as before. Hotel can be packed and therefore waiting time in restaurants / service can be delayed. Pool area is simply overcrowded But my notation is coming from 2 or 3 points that frustrated me this year :
- we were small group of 7 and we booked 3 rooms. Although we came to check-in quite early and we made the request 10 days before to have rooms close to each other (and it was acknowledged by Mazagan in reply) at our surprise we received rooms far from each other and at even different levels. The check in agent was quite agressive and pushy (there is nothing we can do ) when we complained .
- took us almost 10 Min of ringing to get an answer from room service at lunch and after that another hour to get few dishes.
- maintenance is dragging behind : lots of places and not as well maintained as before and you feel also that the people are not as well trained as before.

So in my point of view an hotel at that level shall be improving year after year and I see them going down the last 2 years. That's why the 3 stars only .
