Beautiful place, ideal for company outings for teambuilding. Leisure activities are offered adapted to the size of the staff of the company. The rooms are very clean and very well equipped (comfort guaranteed). Magnificent restaurant with delicious and varied food, and the staff and the little care and hyper attentive and pleasant. I am always satisfied every time I am there.

Really not good as a hotel 5 star I can just give him a 3 star my honeymoon was a disaster there

Location was only good thing about this Hotel.staff was friendly and I had a wonderful meal too.the water pool is good/alright though.try it when you are there.you will find what you think you are looking for in morocco when you get here ..

Clean rooms and Wifi connection is very bad/poor. I have to go to hall way to use phone,security alright.

It's fun to play and you play with the white ball ... Golf courses are professionally designed ... The place has excellent facilities and services I wish to return again but at preferential rates ... The prices are high compared to the rest of the stadiums

Great resort but needs to teach the staff to be more professional. I ordered to change a damaged shower three times but no one came to fix it at all!!!!

What a wonderful place! Beautiful grounds, nice rooms with great views, very friendly staff, good food. I ate in the fish restaurant twice and really liked it. The breakfast was great too...really good selection.

A magbifique place, family atmosphere. Ideal for children with activities offered and parents are there too. Not speaking of the quality of the buffet is irreproachable.

Never again ! We came with friends to enjoy the casino. We decided to have dinner in the casino restaurant, what a mistake! After ordering the starters, the dishes, the desserts we ordered a bottle of wine. The waiter refused to serve my wife on the pretext that she has the skin "Moroccan" and a friend on the pretext that he looks like a Moroccan (I specify that Ramadan was over and Muslims were playing at the Casino). My French friend is of Portuguese origin and was forced to take out his passport in front of everyone, imagine the scene ... as for my wife the waiter simply insulted us by speaking directly in Arabic to my wife saying: how are you called? Fatima, Khadija, Souad ??? I had to intervene effectively, my wife is FR, sir! and she's not a prostitute, sir! we have been married for 10 years ... in short, in my life we have never been treated in this way, this establishment is a real shame, I will do what is necessary to go up this misadventure to the hotel group. Finally I do not talk about the poor quality of food at excessive prices and a server who spills the meat sauce on a friend ..... FUYEZ! ! !

Splendid resort accessible without staying at the hotel

Very nice casino, but very unfriendly staff and I am still waiting for my consumer order while some people are served several times. I think that people in transit are much less considered than permanent residents. Nomadic culture is it not a Moroccan specialty?

I was in business and it seems a peaceful place and especially spacious and beautiful place to stay in Serinite.

Very disappointed with the quality of service which for me has seriously declined ... The reception staff at so good and the security guy in front of the Sea Salt restaurant and Market place was rude Aggressive ... we were very poorly received and what is certain is that we will not come back !!!!!!
Too bad because we used to go there every year
