We got hardwood flooring there and it is really heavy duty and pretty.
I will go back for more flooring when needed and I highly recommend them.

There's no reason to go to the box stores when you have a place like this nearby. People who know what they're talking about. Know the inventory have the inventory and if not we'll get the inventory.

Superior selection visible on sight, not pictures, actual 2'x2' samples you are able to sign out (with deposit) and take home to see if you like it in the lighting of your own home. Extremely helpful staff, prices are competitive, but not always the lowest in town on every item, however at least you can see the item your getting, versus a small picture, on a computer screen with color variance, or a sample that's 6" that isn't really going to give you any idea how it will look in your home. Most price differences are cheaper here, the few prices that were higher did not have the higher margin per SF as competitors. (They were 0.29$ higher on an item, but 2.09$ cheaper on two others) Great range from the high end to more economical choices. Staff knew their materials and if asked would offer factual pros and cons for any decision without making me feel pushed towards an item based on price. Highly recommended.

This is the most reputable flooring place in the area. I bought hardwood for my whole house from them, then a year later, I called them to ask about a small order for a custom project. They told me right up front that if I went to Store X (a competitor) I could get it for a third of the price of what they could sell it to me for. They have always been honest, above board, and very easy to work with.

Extremely unorganized and unprofessional staff! If I could give ZERO stars I would! Definitely the worst customer service ever!

Elizabeth Bishop is the best! She helped me with my tile backsplash choice until I FINALLY came to a decision! She just kept giving me suggestions and stuck with me until I found the perfect backsplash!
