SEARS MONUMENT COMPANY Review

The service I received from Sears Monument was heartwarming. Allen worked carefully with me to ensure the headstone was exactly what my family wanted. His quick responses to all my questions (even on the weekends!) totally exceeded my expectations. I hope I won't need to purchase another memorial any time soon, but when I do, it will definitely be through this fantastic business.

Ordered marker to be installed by September 7, 2018. Now December 31- still not done. Lady in Beckley was friendly and helpful but since then I've been sadly disappointed.

Allen Cosby and the office staff did a great job helping me with all the arrangements in selecting and erecting my parents headstone. I live out of state and Allen personally drove to our family cemetery and took photographs of their plot and flagged where to place the stone.

Ordered 2 head stones for replacement of 2 very old markers in July 2018. It is now March 2019 and those have not been set , nearly 8 months and they have my 1600 dollars for the markers. Never again will I use Sears Monuments. Going to call 1 more time to see what the problem is then it's to the WV attorney general's office.

My family and I needed help securing a Marker for a gravesite in Buckhannon, WV. The folks at Sears Monument went out of their way to make a difficult process go smoothly as possible. They offered advice when asked but never tried to influence us in any way. The Marker we secured from Sears Monument was professional and extremely handsome and one that we will forever treasure when we visit our loved ones.

Sears Monument Company handled adding a missing date to a headstone from 47 years ago - over the phone. They were helpful and detailed, and they even mailed me a photo of the work when it was done. We appreciate their work and are pleased with the end result. The price was very reasonable.

Sears Monument did an outstanding job on my wife's Headstone. It was Beautiful. And even tho we had 16+ inches of snow they were still able to install on time. I thought I picked the right company to take care of pain I endured after losing
My wife last year,but I apparently I didnt,i spoke to the gentleman that was taking care of our double monument to be set before memorial day but it never was done like the sales rep told me it would be.
