I did not see what the service people actually did, so I don't know how good of a job they did.

The fluids seem to be topped up and Zul was on point. It was quick and easy and they provided for me the details of my next Service plan.

Garbage place. Gave me a quote on a vehicle a month ago, I declined because the monthly payment was a bit out of budget. They had sales going on this week so I visited them and spoke with the sales manager (Brad) and he was telling me that the price is now $160 per month more than what he had told me a month ago. Cant believe it... I thought that this was the cheapest place in Edmonton to buy a Toyota.

My boyfriend and I went to Mayfield Toyota yesterday to just look around and see what was available. We had a fantastic experience. Our salesman Aziz Kanji was wonderful. Everyone was very easy going and personable. A huge thing for me was that no one was pushy or aggressive about making a sale. They were very accommodating to our needs and found us exactly what we were looking for, all while giving the best car-buying and customer experience either of us has ever had. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a vehicle, new or used, to go to Mayfield Toyota.

I was searching for a RAV4 Hybrid. I was told at a different dealership that they wouldn t give any discount because it was so popular. I contacted Jason Deng at Mayfield Toyota and he immediately offered me a discount and built a deal that met all my needs and even included a car starter. Jason was even able to get a different model and colour in for me when others couldn t. He was quick to respond and bent over backwards to show me they wanted my business. Having said that, at no point did I feel pressured, he always left me in the drivers seat and let me make the decisions on my own time. This made the experience stress free and extremely comfortable. I will never shop at another dealership. If you want the best deal and no pressure I highly recommend Jason Deng. Hands down the best car buying experience I ve ever had.

I have had continual issues with service departmen...

I have had continual issues with service department over the 5 years of owning my car. Last time I tried to inform them of problems and why I will not be returning and a very minimal, excuse filled response with no offer/solution on the large problem I had of them not doing work I specifically asked for, has been all I got back. Spoke to other service places to confirm where I was coming from was correct and got better offers from them to fix my problem then Mayfield. Have gotten zero reply from Manager that I was advised to contact.
It is 1 star because Bill in sales has always been wonderful and gone above to help me in the past with issues that had nothing to do directly with him and because one service front desk person I spoke to was brilliant and tried to offer what she could to help me after getting such minimal help from initial complaint. I was going to list the multiple issues and so on but it is too much for a simple Facebook post from my phone.
I will not be returning for any serious work and will no longer be recommending this dealership to friends or family. Sadly being such a busy place I wonder if that is why the lack of care happens. What is one person when they are having thousands use them regularly.

Had a very Pleasant experience dealing with Andy Lam. Was very accommodating with the purchase of my new to me 2017 Tacoma TRD sport double cab. Even helped arrange my pick up from the airport to help complete the puchase. Andy took the time to make sure i was very satisfied with the vehicle and halped me set up all of the features prior to leaving the dealership. He made sure i was kept up to date with how final preperations were going.

I have nothing but good things to say about Mayfie...

I have nothing but good things to say about Mayfield Toyota. As soon as I walked in the front door I was greeted instantly and I was given directions to the person I was looking for. My Sales Representative, Andrew Dye, was able to provide me with answers to all of my questions and provided me with excellent customer service. Due to his hard work I am now the proud owner of a 2014 Toyota Corolla S. I must say it is a pretty sweet ride!!! I look forward to dealing with Mayfield Toyota again in the future when my car requires scheduled maintanence and servicing.

I call in and am told I don't need an appointment and then when I come in I'm asked if I have an appointment. When I say no, I'm left to help the people behind me in line. Poor communication is my guess but very frustrating.

I bought my 2015 Toyota corolla s from Mayfield Toyota. It is by far the best car I have ever had . I was referred to Mike Linterman having no idea what kind of car I wanted. this is the 3rd car I have bought from Mayfield Toyota and I feel the service I received from him was phenomenal (the best so far) I was undeceive and probably made about 50 phone calls to him within a few days.. he was always super helpful. Mike made sure that I was in the best car for me (affordable reliable and super fun). The service I received from Mayfield Toyota and Mike Linterman was fantastic. This will always be my dealership of choice.

so bad of the service, no notice email or phone call, and my car drop box in front side have been repaired 3 times before, and today it totally died, can't close and affected people going in right side , the reception told me no charge first, but then the service manager told me they need to charge, the box is rarely open and they never totally fixed it, final I decide to give up and asking them to help me to close it cause I don't have some special tools to do it, the guy said if the job over 5 minutes they need to charge me! it is so bad service and attitude, they are not thinking to help their client and only want to squeeze them. this kind of service is not match its reputation like advertise said.

DO NOT DEAL WITH! Avoid at all Costs! SALES Manager is a waste! GM is a waste! Will tell you a price over the phone and text and then tell you to come in just to try convince you your asking price is not reasonable and that they can't do the offer!

Sophear, By far the Best Salesman Out there!

I decided that I needed a new vehicle, as I moved to the country and my car was to low to the ground, so I came into Mayfield Toyota. I had been to a previous Toyota dealership and they did not give me half of the amount of customer satisfaction as I got from Mayfield.

I do have to give my salesperson, Sophear a huge thank you, for everything he has done. He makes my life so much easier in buying a vehicle then I would ever expect. Not only that, he shows that he cares about you in many ways more, to meet your needs. He is always there to answer any questions that you have, whether it is as simple as how do i fold my seats down to a very complex question, like mechanical issues. He always has an answer, or will find the answer for you to the best of his knowledge. Sophear, is a very kind hearted, down to earth guy that would make anyone feel comfortable around him in the dealership atmosphere. I really enjoyed Sophear helping me find my new vehicle. I would recommend Sophear to anyone I know, (or even don't know) that is even thinking of buying a new vehicle. :)

That being said Sophear has set me up with a Blue RAV4, which I personally fell in love with since I drove it off the lot. Thank you so much. Also, thank you for all the magic you made happen for all the behind closed doors stuff that I do not get to see. You are an amazing car-salesman, I will be back in the future if I ever decide to give up my RAV4.

Worst customer service I've experienced in a long ...

Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. Not only did they try to rope me into deals, they lied about the availability of the car I wanted in Edmonton. After being told that there were none my only option was to put a deposit on the car I wanted through them and wait two weeks for it to be delivered through their store.

Next day I went to northwest Toyota and bought the car I wanted and cancelled the deposit. Called Mayfield and canceled the deposit. I was told it was fine. After a week and a half of waiting I call the dealership to inquire. Three times, I was told to wait for a call back, they would look into it. two weeks pass and nothing happens. Emailed twice, email doesn't exist. Both came back to me. Contacted the internet team through the website, no response. Needless to say, getting my deposit refunded from Mayfield Toyota was a huge hassle.

I had to enter the store on my own time and assert myself to get my deposit back. Eventually got to talk to the managers manager who came out and refunded me in person. He acted as if the deposit was never cancelled, even though I did so on the phone 3 weeks prior.

On top of this they lied about other dealerships not having one in stock to begin with, in fact, i'm confident they did not even check. This was done to prevent my business from going elsewhere. Why would I buy a car from a company that just lied to me? Overall quite a shady feeling place. Would not recommend.

We just purchased a 2020 Toyota Tacoma at Mayfield Toyota. Very satisfied with the whole experience. Lanique was awesome the whole time, even with our two kids running around. It was a big decision for us and he was very patient while we made our decision. Worked hard to give us the best experience and the best price we could get. Looked at other dealerships and the experience didn't even come close. Highly recommend Mayfield Toyota.

After being to multiple dealerships, I'm glad i chose to take my business to Mayfield Toyota. So welcoming, accommodating, and the nicest bunch of people you'll deal with. Honest people, who are willing to go the extra mile to put a smile on your face, and they'll get you the best bang for your buck! There was absolutely no pressure from them either. My vehicle was ready quick and I'm more than satisfied with my experience with Mayfield Toyota. I worked with Andy Lam and the finance manager John, who are AMAZING.

Had an amazing experience buying my second vehicle. The staff was exceptional and very helpful. The salesman Andy Lam, went above and beyond to ensure I had a painless process. He would answer my questions even when not at work! I truly loved the service and care received from all the employees of Mayfield. They gave me a good deal and made sure I have everything needed for my purchase. I will be going back to Mayfield for future purchases. What a fantastic dealership

SALESPERSON, DOUGLAS, TOOK LOTS OF TIME WITH US. HE WAS I INFORMATIVE, SHOWED US ALL OF THE FEATURES OF THE VEHICLE. THE FINANCE MANAGER, ALI, WAS ALSO VERY PATIENT, WENT THRU ALL OF THE WARRANTIES ETC. KEN, THE MANAGER WAS HELPFUL AS WELL. MY HUSBAND BOUGHT A FORERUNNER FROM MAYFIELD A FEW MONTHS AGO, I BOUGHT A RAV 4 AND YESTERDAY MY HUSBAND BOUGHT A TRUCK FOR HIS COMPANY.
IF IT WASNT FOR DOUGLAS FOLLOWING UP WITH ME ON MY FIRST VISIT, TELLING ME ABOUT THE MIDNIGHT MADNESS, I PROBABLY WOUKD NOT HAVE BOUGHT A VEHICLE YHIS YEAR.

The sales process at Mayfield Toyota was great! There was no talking to one sales person who then had to check with the "Sales Manager". I dealt with Andrew Dye on the price, and when I was happy, it was a done deal. Finance with Celia Chan was smooth and straight forward. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable with the payments when adding the extra options for vehicle protection. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle check out Mayfield Toyota.

Probably the best car shopping experience I could've imagined. Danny Paulino was the one we dealt with at Mayfield, and he help us through the process of choosing a vehicle, test driving and all that other stuff very smoothly. We felt like we were in control of our decisions, never pressured or rushed, and Danny really tried to help us understand better how certain mechanisms in cars work and which accessories would be best (or just a waste of money). Such an honest and fun guy to deal with, I'd definitely recommend this reaching out to Danny!

My 1998 Toyota Sienna was begging to be retired. After almost a month of looking for vehicles both privately and at dealers, I put an ad in kijiji. I rec'd many responses from many dealers telling me they had many vehicles to meet my need. But, Shannon Perreault sent me an email with links to 3 vehicles. I went to Mayfield Toyota and test drove a beautiful 2009 Rav 4 Sport. Walked out 1 hour later with a new to me vehicle.Shannon was a pleasure to deal with. I am so happy that I found a Toyota vehicle to replace my Toyota Sienna which I loved because it was so reliable. She also included 7 yrs or 160,00km free oil changes. Thanks Shannon
I am also happy to continue to use Mayfield Toyota for my servicing needs. Unlike other vehicles that I used to have serviced at other dealers, I never feel ripped off when I get work done here.

Brought my car into service for an alignment. Car came out with damage to my rim. The damage done looks like it was done with a tool. I emailed the service advisor who essentially absolved any responsibility.

They didn't ask me to even bring it in to show them, just absolved all responsibility. A couple weeks later, I got a letter saying if I had further questions to direct them to this certain individual. I emailed, and no response from anyone even though there were several 'email' read receipts. This was August.

Bottom line, I was bringing my car in for some services but will not again. I was hoping they'd contact me to look further into things, but they don't care.

I highly recommend Mayfield Toyota for their amazing service and attention to customer needs. I have much appreciation for Altaf and Patrick for their kind services and also James in the Service dept. who returns calls promptly and tends very well to customer needs!
Back in Feb, when I ran into problems with my old Toyota Rav4 and had to find a replacement quickly, these wonderful guys were a god send and came to my rescue; seamlessly in one afternoon, the deal was complete with myself driving away a newer model of Rav4. Kind Altaf, forever my trail angel and Patrick who encouraged me in the first place to view the car, go over and above to please customers and its this heart warming experience that stays with me.
I recently returned for a service and Altaf was able to tend to my need for mats with courtesy. Not forgetting Dee at the front desk in the service dept. who took great care in explaining the service inspection report which I much appreciated. Wishing y'all the best in the New Year!

Then Rick Yehia and his sour attitude took us from poor experience to downright bad. He was abrasive, rude and did not care to hear what we had to say. This man should not be dealing directly with customers.

Wow! This was a new low for customer service. Talked to a total of five people, three of which were overtly rude.

First was sales person (I am guessing), told him I was looking for service department. (I wanted an oil change). He pointed out service department, no problem very polite.

Second person was service desk. Walked up to service desk where three employees were chatting. Was given a nasty look and told to give them a moment (I never even opened my mouth, I was just wanting to ask "if" I could get an oil change). Apparently I was not to approach desk until called. They finished their conversation, two left and the third one (the guy that had given me the back off look) picked up the phone to make calls.

Third person. Looked like they had an express lane, so I thought maybe I could ask there. Approached the desks there were about 7 of them. Walked up to one guy, he spoke nicely to me, asked if I had an appointment, I told him I did not, was told they could probably squeeze me in, but expect an hour to hour and a half wait. I could live with that.

Drove my vehicle and got in line. About three or four cars in front of me. Did not look like any drivers in the vehicle, figured I must need to park go to desk, give them my keys and wait.

Person number four. Went to the desk, lady began yelling at me that I needed to wait my turn... (I thought I was, there was no one in front of me that I could see). Tried to ask where I was to wait ... no answer, Am I suppose to wait outside then? no Answer. Went back to my vehicle, another lady who was standing in front of another desk walked back to her car (the one in front of mine, guess she decided not to ask questions either).

Waited in my vehicle to see what happened. Cars began to move (drivers were getting back in there vehicles). Waited until I was next to the desk and got to speak to person number five. She was a pleasure (sarcasm). She asked if I had an appointment, I told her I did not, she then informed me I needed an appointment (thought it was an express lane??... what does that mean anyway?). Told her that I had been told I could get an oil change. She asked if I could leave the car for the rest of the day? I told her I could not but had been told it would only take 60 to 90 minutes. She then barked at me that was only if I had an appointment. I told her to never mind, I would go elsewhere, then was informed I could not go because cars were behind me and she would have to get them to all back up. No longer feeling any forgiveness for this behavior I said "OK". she made them back up, I left and will never return her again.

Ironically this is called a "Service" department. Perhaps I am supposed to bring them coffee or some offering before they are nice. I realize I was not doing things the way they wanted me to or according to their procedures and it was probably frustrating for them. Not sure why no one would talk to me, or tell me how they wanted it to work. I work in a service industry. These guys clearly do not understand that concept.

Will try for an oil change tomorrow, somewhere else.

Andrew Dye assisted me in my purchase of an 2007 FX35 and from the beginning he was great he sent me a video before I even came in to the dealership to show me the vehicle I was interested in. He was defiantly not your typical used sales men type guy not pushy at all just wanted to help you with what you really wanted bottom line. Everyone at the dealership actually was really respectful and not like others where when you pull into the lot they jump on you. After I decided I was going to purchase we went over a few small problems with the vehicle they fixed ALL the things I asked and more and even gave me a service rental as that was being done. I have worked at a dealership and I haven't seen such courtesy and compassion behind a dealership. In financing I also received great service when I purchased undercarriage protection that is life time warrantied and again was not at all pushed to get or purchase warranty. Just all around a great dealership!!! I would send anyone I know there and ask for Andrew Dye.

I never had such poor service before. After you buy a car, they treat you like garbage. The sales lady promised me on free tank of gas because of the poor experience I had when dealing with the finance people. I went back for the free tank of gas and she told me to come back on a date that we agreed on. So I drove back on the date that we agreed on, and she asked why I did not call her to let her know I was coming. EVEN THOUGH she told me to come on that day and nothing about calling her beforehand. I still do not have my gas tank filled. I do not recommend people going there to purchase a vehicle.

Ruby and Brad were great to work with. They weren't pushy, and worked with us to choose the car that worked best for us. Ruby went above and beyond expectations, delivering the car ahead of schedule at work in an emergency when our other car had to be towed, then meeting us later to go over everything in detail.

I didn't expect to be treated so well by a Toyota dealership, and I would highly recommend them.

Right now it is 2.53pm I m still here and service desk told me that now it s to late to go. All the drivers are talking others back here. And my service still need at lease 1 hour.

I worked with Kier for the past two months trying to locate a vehicle while I was In the NWT. He was very patient and helpful and accommodating and we are so happy with our new 4Runner. Thank you so much for your help and we will definetley work with him in the future. -Shelby and Daniel

Very Disappointed. Saturday took my Highlander in for an oil change when finished I went to the vehicle and saw my rear window wiper out of position. Started the vehicle and turned on the wiper and it wouldn't move. Went back in and they said it was broken. It was noted on the Tech's inspection sheet but not mentioned to me by the service writer. It worked fine yesterday. Don't know what happened but they received the vehicle in working order and returned it broken. Then they quoted about $500 to repair it. Sure looks like a fishy story to me, maybe a scam. Not sure I trust them. I'll be making some phone calls start of the week. This story's not over.

Well I guess now it s over, I ve been put on ignore.

It s been a few emails and a couple of phone calls to Mayfield Toyota and there has not been a response to my concerns or questions. I m still waiting for a response of any type. It s as if they don t care about customer service or repeat business. Apparently I and my business are not as valuable as others. This is most disappointing. Guess I ll need to find another dealer who is will appreciate my business and take the time to work with me.

Buyers beware of Mayfield Toyota. I ve just watched CBC Marketplace How Not to Fix Your Car episode and now I think Mayfield Toyota purposely Sabotaged my vehicle to purposely up-sell me to do a repair that was not needed. That in fact, I believe they were trying to rip me off after they did something to my rear wiper. They quoted me $634.00 for repairs they created. SHAME SHAME SHAME!!!!!

I have spent way too much time at this place considering I was told the vehicle I purchased was certified used and would be problem free.
1. The battery died 6 to 7 times per month for a few months. It was never sorted out. Turned out to be the diamondkote 9000 drawing and killing the battery but this was after buying a new battery only to watch it get drained again and again. Mayfield payed for the battery but that's after i complained that I had to figure out what was wrong with my tundra and not their techs. So I was pacified with that.

2. I went to pick up my truck after a service and initially inquired about a spare key. I told the service guy I did not want the key at that time. I arrived to pick up my vehicle and there was key made and added to the bill. I repeated that I only wanted an estimate and not the actual key. Again they shoved it down my throat at a slight discount. I bought it because the dealer had sold the vehicle with 1 key only. Who the hell has 1 key only? Especially from the dealer.

3. My water pump was supposedly leaking. I looked myself and couldn't see a drop of antifreeze anywhere. (I was formerly a mechanic) Conveniently when I bought the truck I declined the extended warranty. The next day I came to finalize the paperwork and the bank had supposedly reduced the interest rate by 1% because they wanted me to get the warranty. I said yes. Then the first oil change I booked is when I get hit with this leaking waterpump. I have nothing that proves to me it was needed or that it was done. I had no leaks. Yet they had me book a $1200 job on my first oil change that happened to be covered by my extended warranty.

4. How does an oil change last 2.5 hours? How??? I have free* oil changes with the purchase of my truck. I just pay the labor so the price is quite good. It's only available at mayfield. But 2.5 hours? I've started to go to Kingsway and payed full price just so I don't deal with the incapable service department.

5. I've recently discovered a broken left rear leaf spring. The right rear was replaced just before buying the vehicle. It's common practice just like when buying tires or installing brakes that they are replaced in pairs. I was even told this by their own service department!!! Then I asked why they only would have changed one side?
Now the original spring is weaker and worn and WILL snap like it did. I spoke to a couple suspension shops in town and they were surprised that one side only had been replaced. It's been replaced and at least there's only a year and a half between the leaf installs.

6. I was told I would get my airmiles (huge sign in the sales building) after the sale of my truck. The salesman wouldn't give me the time of day once it was signed for. I called and texted, left voicemails but nothing was answered. He asked that I do a Google review. Here you go fella! But you probably won't like my review. Why? Because I got a moderate price on a vehicle that was not serviced properly. The work they did (if it actually was done) was needed. But they didn't completely finish. I can't give anymore than 1 star after these events.

There's actually a lot more and I'm filtering it out. But this should drive the point home. That point is; it's a competitive market and there's always a deal somewhere else. I will only go to mayfield for oil changes. I refuse to give them any business.

Terrible service. Just bought my first Toyota.
I have put 3000 kms on it and noticed it was leaking oil from the filter housing. Have a sticker on the windshield that Mayfield performed the last oil change. When I went to change the oil last night I needed a snipe to remove the Oil filter housing. Got everything put back together using exact tourque values and to last night it was already leaking. A Mayfied tech worked on this vehicle and wrecked the housing. Phoned today and got the run around.
BEWARE AMATEUR TECH. The service department won't own up to there mistake.
I will never spend a cent at dealership ever.
