I m here right now. I came today to do my service....

I m here right now. I came today to do my service. Came at 11.30am drop my suv and book the shuttle to go else where. I ve been told it will take 5-30min for the driver. Right now it is 2.53pm I m still here and service desk told me that now it s to late to go. All the drivers are talking others back here. And my service still need at lease 1 hour.
