I have had continual issues with service departmen...

I have had continual issues with service department over the 5 years of owning my car. Last time I tried to inform them of problems and why I will not be returning and a very minimal, excuse filled response with no offer/solution on the large problem I had of them not doing work I specifically asked for, has been all I got back. Spoke to other service places to confirm where I was coming from was correct and got better offers from them to fix my problem then Mayfield. Have gotten zero reply from Manager that I was advised to contact.
It is 1 star because Bill in sales has always been wonderful and gone above to help me in the past with issues that had nothing to do directly with him and because one service front desk person I spoke to was brilliant and tried to offer what she could to help me after getting such minimal help from initial complaint. I was going to list the multiple issues and so on but it is too much for a simple Facebook post from my phone.
I will not be returning for any serious work and will no longer be recommending this dealership to friends or family. Sadly being such a busy place I wonder if that is why the lack of care happens. What is one person when they are having thousands use them regularly.
