Certainly a place worth trying, the food is great and fresh, the pricing is reasonable and it is consistently clean in here. 5 stars.

Had a amazing time i celebrated my one year Anniversary with my girlfriend they gave us a complimentary slice of anniversary cake and top it off they even called me the next day to see how my experience was the customer service was Priceless

I'd like to start out by saying I am a professional chef of over twenty years. I own and manage restaurants from coast to coast and this is the first time in my entire life I have taken the time to write a negative review. That being said; I hope you understand how bad the experience had to be to prompt this.

We were all dressed nicely, ladies in dresses, men in collared shirts; while most on the patio were in jeans and t-shirts.

Although he never introduced himself, I was told the manager's name was Nick. So, Nick the manager at Mastros in Beverly Hills, came to my table half way through our meal while I was entertaining my family on the outside top deck patio. He made a huge deal about me removing my Dress Fedora hat, sayings it is against house rules. "remember we were outside and most the restaurant was empty" It was extremely rude and embarrassing as the entire patio starred aghast at the treatment.

So this $500.00 plus meal was spoiled by some creep manager who had some arbitrary rule against hats, likely intended for baseball caps, and he didn't have the sense god gave a lemming to let it go. Instead he stood over the table for five minutes, insisting multiple times to take it off.

Not only will I never return but I suggest anyone who dislikes pretentious snobs to avoid this place at all costs.

This place has gone down the tubes. Once a place where the customer was king and hospitality and service was second to none. It has transformed into something else. Just take a close look at the over the 973 negative yelp reviews that they have managed to hide. The management team is so unprofessional. They think they are running a nightclub. Overbooking reservations and unapologetic about poor service. Go somewhere else. This isn't the classy place it used to be any more.

Mastro's in BH is by far my favorite place for steak. The interior is super swanky, the service is impeccable and the food is outstanding. I'm a bread lover, so the bread basket with its large assortment of treats is a great way to start off the meal. I'm a sucker for the giant ribeye and the berry dessert. My dream is to one day go and partake in the seafood tower. Great place for a special occasion...or just a really fancy Tuesday.

The food was amazing and so was the service! My recommendation for dessert is the butter cake :)

Last time i was at mastro's was 2 year ago we decided to take our guests last night was FULLY FAILURE !!! My Twin Lobster tail was COLD !!! Mash patatoe was ICE COLD !!! My wife order petite file mignon we tell 3 times on purpose she is pregnant cannot eat raw meat it has to be well done it comes COLD AND MEDIUM !!! Our guests steaks are cold and not cooked as asked, And the final desert comes ice cream was ok but the cake was like wait outside like 2 days even hard to chew total disaster for $600 bill !!!!

An excellent dining experience! Went to celebrate my wife's new job and it was the perfect place for that. We ordered way too much food because everything on the menu looked so delicious! great service, great food, the anbiance is excellent for a personal dinner or dinner with a group of friends, make reservations!

Waiter told me that I could add my Landry s points when I got home and reached out Landrys support. When I did, I was notified that Mastro s isn t a rewards member destination. Waiter was very forgetful and handed food to the wrong people three times. That might not seem so bad but this is an upscale restaurant that we spent over 1000 in one sitting. All that being said, do yourself a favor and have a steak here. Good food, ok staff.

Oh how my wife and I love this place! You can be assured that you can have an exceptional experience every time you come for dinner for sure. The waiters are very professional and do their best to make sure you have a wonderful experience every time you dine and wine! I love the second floor the most from all the floors they have as it has the piano bar! Yum!

Filet mignon with a foie gras medallion on top is literally the best piece of meat I've ever had.

Very good place to go to dinner, very nice, it has live music and it eats very well.

Every time I think about the best steakhouse in town, Mastro's comes to mind. Lobster mashed potato is amazing. Get the bone-in Filet Mignon, its to die for! Good size portion, good price as well.

5 stars for the Aspen Ridge filet. It was perfect! The bottle of pine ridge Cabernet was also great!

So many different rooms block the noise so even though it's large its relatively quiet for the size. The wine list is great, the apps are very good, and the food is very good. I recommend ths filet, sea bass, and lobster mash potatoes.

My steak was cooked perfectly and the appetizers and sides were also very good. Good atmosphere, nice bar, great location.

Smaller Mastros but still one of the best steakhouses in town. The seafood tower is also a go-to for anyone who hasn't been.

quality meals at this spot - super good. visited at eight, it was not full. the service was friendly and observant. prices are fair i would say. ambience is similar to fresno's scene.

WAY over priced what you get. Ok service. Nothing special about their meat quality. $30+ for mashed potatoes with a few pieces of lobster. Get real. Typical LA ripp off restaurant.

Way to expensive considering the quality of their steak. I recommend going to South Beverly Grill, but other than that their food is great.

We had a fantastic experience at this spot. We loved the superb environment and the food. The staff members were very welcoming. I am content we finally managed to eat here.

Highly recommend Mastro's steakhouse, everything is delicious but the best for me is the wagyu dish, a bit expensive but worth every bite.

I have been dining there for years a few times a week with my partners and spend loads of money on lavish meals and bottles of alcohol.
On Mach 14 th a week before closing restaurants for Covid I was there to celebrate a birthday,
My Server Gabrielle Did not know how to open out bottle of Champagne that we ordered and brought wine glasses instead of champagne flutes.
She had to call another server to pop the bottle,
Service was awful, food was cold, she disappeared and we couldn t get what we needed,
The steak was tough and we couldn t change it.
Finally we asked for the dessert, we made specific requests two weeks ahead of time to bring a birthday cake with candles.
Our lovely Gabrielle simply forgot, and no birthday cake no candles,
When she brought the bill we asked her and she said she was sorry
And went ahead and charged us for the non birthday cake.
We are so disappointed and let down our night was ruined after years of going to Mastros I will not recommend this place and next Birthday will be celebrated somewhere else.
I contacted Mastros and complained and Ms Corina assured me that they will take care of the charge.
Again She lied, never heard from her

Food was amazing. The service was terrible. Our Wedding night? I think more attention was warranted.

The butter cake and the cauliflower were the stars. The steak is solid. A very business dinner place. Live music on the third floor.

I go to Mastros often I just live down the street. Unfortunately I never finish my food. So I take home twice I have had a hair on my meal. I called and spoke to Anthony the manager. And all he said was I m sorry, very unprofessional knowing its a pricey place. not even a free desert.

Nice place for special occasions with larger groups, but a little too loud for more intimate ones. Food and service are excellent and the prices in the menu reflect that.
