Gorgeous food, amazing service. Bit too dark, noisy and expensive.

Wouldn't let me in for my reservation because I was wearing open toed shoes. I informed the hostess I had a medical condition preventing me from doing so and they still did not let me in. This is a clear ADA violation and a violation of federal law. Your establishment should be ashamed. Furthermore the fact that this rule is only for men is clear gender discrimination.

We love the Mastros in Irvine, so decided to try this one. It's a nice vibe (Similar) but our steaks came out over cooked :( still okay, but just a little disappointed since we love this place and paying a pretty penny for good steaks. We like it a little pink throughout to bring out the flavor, just cooked too much and didn't have any pink. If you like it medium, get it medium-rare or medium-rare minus.

The pinnacle of the restaurant industry. You wont have a better meal anywhere else in the city. Mastro's is absolute class. The service is impeccable and the food is outstanding. I can't say enough positive things about Mastro's.

You get what you pay for and that is high end rating..! Fantastic food fantastic service I recommend people that visits Bh for the first time or once in a while visit this place.

The staff and service was very very good, but it was an overpriced experience. Mastro's is a nation wide chain, and even though each location is a little different, the Beverly hills location doesn't feel particularly sophisticated or unique. The decor is pretty cheesy/ basic.
The food was tasty and well prepared, but for the price it should have been mind-blowing food or an amazing ambience.

Food is excellent, and the music and service is exquisite!

Went here for our 5 year anniversary. Our server was so nice and very friendly. I had the Chef's Cut and didn't regret it. The lobster mashed potatoes are a must. They even gave us a complimentary dessert to finish it all off! Great experience just wish we could have been seated on the second floor. I heard it was nice. Sadly, there was a private event going on. Will return in the future and would recommend for any special occasion.

Tomahawk steak was amazing. The brussel sprouts were yummy- excellent food, great ambience, and awesome service!

Stop reading, make a reso and enjoy a fantastic Mastro s experience. Live music in the evenings classic steakhouse fare with some light updating. Food and service are on point... enjoy!

Restaurant for those who prefer luxury way of style.

Overrated. It took about 25 minutes to get any service after being seated, on a busy Tuesday. After speaking to a couple of different workers, the third waiter who finally served us was pleasant. It was also nice to have live music on a weekday.

I scratched my lip from a chip on my champagne glass!!! They just took off it off the bill, but it ruined my peace of mind for the rest of the evening.

The "special" butter steak topping was too salty, the brussel sprouts were not as crispy as usual, and I almost choked on the excessive cheese layered on top of the mac n cheese. At least my steak was cooked to order - medium. Not really looking forward to going back anytime soon.

The meat is topped with the truffle corn etc. what you order is 10

Really tender and wonderful.
I love the medium rare steak with potatoes, string beans and gravy.
However, everything on the menu is great.
This is a five-star restaurant with five-star food and service.

The location is very good and there is a great restaurant. The staff here were amazing and provided excellent service. The steaks were amazing. You'll have a fine dinner.

I've tried wagyu at three different places, and so far Mastro's is the best by a mile. It's the juiciest, tastiest meat I've ever had and it melts in your mouth. Amazing wine selection and the service is top notch. It's me and my dad's favorite place to eat.

Hands-down the best steak I've ever had! Get the bone-in filet mignon...the meat melts in your mouth, and the flavor, gawd, seasoned just right. You really get the flavor of the meat, and not overly dressed in seasoning or butter.

The service here is also impeccable. You'll never see your glass empty. The first time I experienced Mastro's was in college with a big group of friends, and we didn't get treated like we weren't worth their time just because we were young.

Compared to other steakhouses, I think Mastro's is priced reasonably, dare I say even cheap for the quality of food, service and ambiance that you get.

Steak was like butter and the waitstaff was phenomenal

Wonderful place to dine with your significant other. Been here twice and tried several things on the menu now. So far it is by far the best experience.

This is a very nice upscale restaurant. However, I was not that enthralled by the food.
Go here on very special occasions to share time together, but for the price you can do better on the food. FANTASTIC service...can't beat it. Only item I truly enjoyed was the Jumbo crab cakes appetizer! Super diverse menu,too. Meat lovers may have a different opinion.

It's really tasty! But I think there is a TPO. He came in comfortable clothes on board and was a little embarrassed.

I never go to Scottsdale without a trip to Mastros. This place is the ultimate steak house with a great atmosphere and unreal service.

Excellent restaurant. Came with my wife for our anniversary. The service is exceptional. Manager Ashley is very attentive. Highly recommend the shrimp cocktail and dessert is a must have. Love the wine selections.

Really good steak. Hip atmosphere. There is a lot, so order well.

Absolutely delicious. Should expect perfect steaks and perfect service, and of course we get just that everytime. Not sure which Matros location I like better as they all have unique themes.

Enjoyable experience. Started with some wine at the bar. Had a shrimp cocktail that was great; beware of the horseradish, it was hot! Then we sat down to dinner and had an amazing seafood tower, complete with the dry ice fog! It was very good. I selected the Ahi Tuna for my main, which was sliced from a very generous cut. I have to say that I thought the side orders were the highlight. The potatoes, green beans, mushrooms and others were all very good. We skipped desert, but had a great time overall. Service was attentive.

This was an amazing experience and a complete surprise from my sons for my 65th birthday dinner.

Never go back. I liked this place until tonight, when mother of autistic child started screamed at me after I looked at him twice. He screamed very loudly every 5 min. Our party and mood was totally destroyed. My husband paid 800$ for party of 6 people and booked winery room for quite environment . Place like that must control situation.

My favorite location for quality Quality Meals. service is excellent even when they are busy. there was fast and courteous service. it has a great feel to it.

The good news: I've been invited there a couple of times now, and each time the food and service were absolutely first class. But the bad news: There are 2 very, very big problems with the place: 1) the music is much too loud and horribly disturbing, creating terrible noise pollution, and making it simply impossible to talk to anyone - even the person next to you! 2) the place is so dark it is absolutely impossible to read the menu. Each time I and other guests had to use the flashlight from our iPhones. For such a high end/expensive restaurant with such a marvelous food and service, it is a shame to have such a horrendous ambiance!

It is the best food and atmosphere. Best stake I have ever had. I have to learn how to make the Blue Cheese Mac & Cheese. It was great. When you go you must end your meal with the Hot Butter Cake.

The food is great! Be ready to spend tho. 2 ppl can definitely share 1 dish. Im giving 3 stars because they have 2 sets of waiters. The Caucasian set that comes around, explains the menu, takes your order and checks in while u r eating. The 2nd set are mexican and black. They refill drinks, brings out your food, clean your table, refill your bread & bag your to go plate. I witnessed a Caucasian waiter reprimand his mexican co worker because he came to our table and asked to refill the bread too early. This place has a wonderful vibe, nice lighting (a little too dark), live music, nice bar, great food presentation, but I will never visit again. It's sad to see the way they have things set up with their workers almost like they hire mexicans and blacks just to do the hard and tedious work. Also their beverages include water or a mini can of coke or sprite, no refills on soda. Nice experience but my 1 and only!

For starters, I have no idea why I haven t been here before. I went for the first time last week for my anniversary and I was shook! Walking in, the hostess sat us fast, we sat upstairs (which I recommend if you want to hear live instrumental music), very romantic setting (a little loud).

The lighting is very dim - which made it harder to see the menu, but I didn t mind that much. I enjoy the candle lit setting. Our neighbors next to us were very nice and it was also their anniversary. Our server, Danny, was very impressive! I wasn t sure on which steak to eat and I described the type of steak I wanted and Danny was able to choose the perfect one! He remembered everything we wanted to eat and even surprised us with a nice chocolate cake at the end of dinner, on the house!



So what I m saying, I loved it! Highly recommended!

Upscale food & drinks. Great place to catch up & unwind. Be prepared to spend.

At least FIVE STARS! Amazing Ribeye cut perfectly prepared, sides all very tasty and DESSERT.... Butter Cake and Cherry Crisp with homemade ice cream and whipped cream ... capped off a meal that has spoiled me for the foreseeable future... If you love a great steak in a lively atmosphere, you must visit Mastro's...

Steakhouses are theater, and Mastro's has just the right amount of show. The steaks aren't bad either.

You just have to love this place. It's fine dining at it's best. The steaks were done just right. Chet attended to us nicely and gave us an idea which steak to choose, which one is flavorful and made our night the best yet. Will definitely come back here, it's worth the long drive and traffic.

Nothing else really needs to be said, the absolute best.

Hands down the best porterhouse I've ever had.

Seriously though, put your hands down. You just look like a crazy person waving your arms around in the air.

Every steak I've had there was amazing, the filet, the bone in ribeye, the porterhouse, the tomahawk were all very delicious as I got to stare at Jessica Simpson at the table right next to us! She came in with Donald Faison and his girlfriend Cacee Cobb.

When I saw Donald came in with two girls I was thinking, who are these two groupie's he is with?!? I was talking all this smack to my friends about how these girls are just trying to get a free meal off him. Then, BAM! Jessica turned her head and she showed me up big time. Epic Fail. No, I didn't act like a little groupie and ask her to sign my chest.

All of the greatest poets on Earth could not express the level of joy and pleasure you get when dining at this fine establishment. Everything was incredible from the service, to the atmosphere and of course the food. I ordered the Filet More

quality meals, mmm, super tasty. Food was so tasty. The service was very welcoming and observant. The place has a good feel to it.

Ehhh I m a real stifler on customer service and I was not completely satisfied. The food is rediculously good so I have to give it 4 stars

A good place for steak. My wife and I like the butterfly cut on our Rib Eye steak. The steak is cooked perfectly for our liking. We like the side dish as much as the main course. What a steak without a wine, the wine selections is superb as well. Dont forget to book a table during the weekend, as the place gets full. Moreover, they have open late so you can grab in for the late night steak during the weekdays. Cheers

The petite filet is worth the $43.. it is delicious! The atmosphere lovely with live piano.
I have eaten here 5 times. Every time I have been highly disappointed with the sides. Their steak lives up to the prices but the Lobster mash is so over buttered only a few bites of the enormous portion can be actually eaten and not much lobster in it. The steam spinach extremely over salted nearly un-edible. Asparagus was fine, but unimpressive for the price. I was shocked when I was requesting a dry cabernet with barrel flavors, the waiter brought me fruity with a bite. I would never expect a waiter of such an establishment not to know their wines. If he was trying to do me a favor on the pricing.. I am ordering a $43 8oz steak... obviously I am here for the flavor.

This steak house was amazing! I went here for a work meeting with my boss, more of a work dinner meeting and the food was super amazing. The seafood platter was the best. It came with seashells, crab legs, big shrimp and it was super delicious.

I had a steak medium well and they also had a lobster. The taste was just perfect The Lauster was all nice and soft buttery and ready to dip. If you re looking for a good steakhouse with good customer service and a great night out to maybe impress a lady a special occasion This is definitely the right location.

Always a pleasure to dine at Mastro's. Beverly Hills location is the best.

Ribeye steak was not as tender as it should have been, service was outstanding.

Always a fab choice, my standard butterflied petite fillet, sauteed broccoli and choc strawberries for dessert. Service is always remarkable. BH location has great live music.

I Love Love Love This Place, The Hospitality Is Awesome

Been coming here for years. Seriously, the steaks sucked and weren't even cooked right. They straight up asked us if they wanted us to "throw them back on the grill?" A $55 steak and you f'd up and you want to throw our meat back on the grill. We are still in shock.
