I am terribly disappointed in the unprofessionalism and rude customer service. I tried to reach out to this company and was told to go to Hell! I don t know how other customers are treated but this is no way to treat people. People deserve respect. I do not recommend this company unless you have no self respect and enjoy being treated like a piece of dirt. I forgot to mention this treatment came from Tracy Salinger, the President and CEO!

Called Unique at 9:45 in the morning because I needed transportation for my wife and 2 year old daughter to the Philadelphia airport for an unexpected family emergency. Even though Thanksgiving week is a very busy travel week, Unique made it work and set up the trip for 6 p.m. the same day! I only met the driver for about five minutes as we loaded the luggage and family into the car, but in those five minutes I felt completely comfortable trusting him with the care and safe transport of my wife and daughter....what a relief for me (an over-protective father and husband). Although I don't ever want unexpected family emergencies, I would absolutely use Unique for future travel needs, emergency or not.
This is an amazingly well run company. They are always a pleasure to work with.

Have used them 2x in the past year to Philly airport for vacation. The drivers are always on time. They provide a safe n easy way to begin and end a vacation. The first time in March we missed our connection in Miami and just called our driver and told him we'd be arriving 2 hrs later than originally planned. The driver (Bubba/Mike) said no problem "I'll be there when you arrived " and he was. Saves the aggravation of driving home after a long day of air travel. They are part of our travel plans whenever we are unable to fly out of Harrisburg. Thanks again Bubba.

Absolutely, positively the best. Tracy is an absolute dream to work with and her attention to detail is just next level; our chauffeur Deb somehow managed to be the perfect blend of communicative (she called me an hour prior to pickup to give me the rundown of both procedures and the day), maternal, professional, accommodating, and freaking hilarious for the daylong winery tour we embarked upon during one day of our girls' trip--and her ability to deftly navigate tiny, windy roads in a looooong vehicle impressed us from the get-go. Our limousine was clean, cozy, well-appointed, and such a treat for a bunch of 30somethings who realized that we haven't ridden in one since our prom-going days. My only regret is that we don't live closer and can't be treated like lovingly spoiled VIPs all the time. In an extended weekend packed with great memories with even better company, our time with Unique Limousine was a standout highlight, for sure. 10/10, would ride again!
We did a wine tour for my 30th birthday. I worked with Lisa planning our stops and she called all the vineyards and had everything arranged ahead of time. Our driver was great, we had one last minute change to pick up someone along the way and she was terrific accommodating us and refreshing champagne flutes each stop.

Unique Limousine made our trip to the airport a dream. My husband and I were moving from Harrisburg to Europe and we hired Unique Limousine to take us and six suitcases to JFK airport. The driver, Eugene, was courteous, professional, informative, and pleasant. But the real value happened before we left. After our booking was confirmed a few days before our flight, dispatch called us and asked if the driver could pick us up at 5pm rather than 6pm. Our flight was at midnight and 6pm was enough time to get us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. But the driver asked dispatch to suggest an earlier departure so that there would be no worry if we ran into traffic. We agreed. And boy we were lucky! Our flight was originally booked for the day before, but it was cancelled and they put us on the same flight the following day. By the time we got to the airport -- 4 hours before the flight -- the check-in desks were packed with people. We learned that we didn't have seats on the flight that night. But because we were 4 hours early, they found us seats. Many people were bumped from that flight. But we weren't because Unique Limousine's driver cared enough to suggest we leave early. He made what could have been a nightmare into a triumph. Thanks Eugene and UL!
