I must rate it at less than Zero .
I have been dining there for years a few times a week with my partners and spend loads of money on lavish meals and bottles of alcohol.
On Mach 14 th a week before closing restaurants for Covid I was there to celebrate a birthday,
My Server Gabrielle Did not know how to open out bottle of Champagne that we ordered and brought wine glasses instead of champagne flutes.
She had to call another server to pop the bottle,
Service was awful, food was cold, she disappeared and we couldn t get what we needed,
The steak was tough and we couldn t change it.
Finally we asked for the dessert, we made specific requests two weeks ahead of time to bring a birthday cake with candles.
Our lovely Gabrielle simply forgot, and no birthday cake no candles,
When she brought the bill we asked her and she said she was sorry
And went ahead and charged us for the non birthday cake.
We are so disappointed and let down our night was ruined after years of going to Mastros I will not recommend this place and next Birthday will be celebrated somewhere else.
I contacted Mastros and complained and Ms Corina assured me that they will take care of the charge.
Again She lied, never heard from her
Do not support this place it went down hill. Bad service
And not fun anymore,
