Just picked up my van with another great experience at Masterworks. I know it sounds simple but it's great that they have features and services that many places don't have.
I dropped off my van during a holiday and used the after hours drop box.
I'm able to communicate and get updates via texts which is great especially since while my vehicle was there I realized that I was due for an e-check so I texted in and (I'm not sure when it started but) they do e-checks as well!
I felt that I was treated fairly the whole time and they only did the work that was necessary.
