Courteous and helpful staff ... great food..lovely place

I don t understand why other people rate it so high. The hotel is very very outdated, the food is not enjoyable at all. No seafood for whole week staying there. Some of the bar guys are rude. The only good thing is the sea (thanks to nature, not hotel). Sunbeds number are low and always occupied by people who woke up at 5-6am. For the price we paid it s not kind of service we expected.

It s not 5 stars definitely, in Europe it would be 2 or 3 stars. If you ve been to good hotels you will be disappointed with this one.

Whereas, the services provided to me from this hotel completely changed my idea of hotel service in Egypt. All workers have a high level of experience and have dedication and love to provide the highest levels of service to customers, starting from the reception when I met the reservation official and called Jamal and he gave me everything I needed without I request .

And when I went to the restaurant, a very beautiful service from each of the restaurant officials, namely Muhammad Sabri, Abdullah Hassan and Mustafa Hamed, and his quality of food was very high.
And all due respect and appreciation to the cleaning officer for his dedication to work.

Great hotel to sleep and do nothing :) Minus - there is nowhere to go in the evening except the room

For people like me who was looking for an absolutely quiet environment where you have room to isolate and discretion by the staff, it is disappointing il.massimo.alquanto lalimentazione especially the breakfast

The location is just perfect !, and the employees understand English easily and love to talk too! The poolside bartenders were fun and sweet.

In the evening there was fun at the bar where the "crew" made sure there were activities and music!

The restaurant has good food, however, some of it can get a bit cold before you really get it down to the plate.

Huge location and a long way to walk from ocean view rooms to reception. They can pick ypu up in a golf cart however. Very little English speaking and billing is very confusing plus beware there is an extra 25%? Added to everything on the bill which is not initially apparent.

My greetings to the members of staff, very good home, cleanliness, very good place to appreciate the nature and calm.

+ Good hotel for peace and quiet, friendly staff. Sea view room offering a sunrise as well as a magnificent sunset! ++ the private beach for its calm (October period); especially to admire the various fish and corals offered by the Red Sea ...

- Lack of activity within the hotel. The food is not varied in choice, and not particularly tasty for a 5 star hotel! Very sober room decoration.

Fantastic, very well kept green, staff always available, very comfortable rooms. Francuzzo village is always near you.

2 times there but second time was not like the first... They must change their policy.

On the whole, it is positive.
Although, there are nuances: food (choice) is less than in other hotels, although the quality is high. Grill menu - none at all. But don't stay hungry. Catering service at 4. Hotel service at 5.

Very quiet in the off season. Very friendly staff, are very hard-working. Room was ok, no damage or similar available. The food could use a bit of variety, but all in all, worth 4 stars.

On my first dinner I asked the waiter if they serve a local dessert " " in dessert menu , the waiter told unfortunately they don't , on the next day they waiter insured it's exist in their desert menu .

One of the worst experiences that have passed through the hotels in Sharm, Recipition stuff have no experience or the art of dealing with taste or solve the problems specially Gameel ( i'm not sure from his name), delaying in the delivery of rooms and delay in the arrival of bags, plus the design problem of the stairs, I checked out After one night, the only beautiful thing is the good food and restaurant.

Water was falling red from shower n taps, dust was everywhere, no tissues and papers were replaced in the bathroom , cleaniness is awful

we have just finshed our 2 weeks long vacation at this great hotel, we have both negative and also positive remarks.
we payed for all inclusive, and were positive surprised that we recived bottled wather and big glasses with our drinks, and not small plastic cups :)
some of the waiters in the buffet restaurant were rude, but we quickly noticed which waiter smiled and changede to their table.
we also did not like, that they just threw crumbs and stuff on the floor instead of picking it up.
the rest of the staff are extremely friendly, the guys at the rodondo bar and aqua bar are easy to talk to, friendly and smiling.
our favorite persons are Hamad who gave us towels at the beach, he came by the beach several times each day, to clean up, he joked and talked and was making sure that we were fine.
the bar man at the beach bar Khaled Ahmed walked along the beach all the time, making sure that everything was ok and even told us what it was told in egypt "kolianann" i think :) he was joking, singing, smiling, a fine guy :)
mohamad the life guard at the beach, a very nice guy who payed a lot of attension to our safety.
we think it would be perfekt if you would make another jetty so it would be possible to swim from one to the other without worring about the current.
the hotel are worn, and a bit dirty, but it did not bother us.

We just had a week down there over Christmas and do not think the hotel lives up to their 4 stars, it is rather a 2 1/2 star, the cleaning was mostly aimed at the main building, the living room and the rest of the surroundings looked like a make-up corpse with patch solutions everywhere.
We were woken up in the middle of the night by an alarm which they explained away that it was a mistake but we heard from other employees that they occasionally tested their alarms which sounded reasonably plausible as it was 3 times in the week we were bothered by it.
The pool was not heated and the staff employed to activate and create atmosphere were too few.
Service on Christmas Eve was rude and claimed we had not paid and when we then found an extra bill of 2000 which the hotel receptionist could not just explain where it came from and eventually had to cancel it.
When we then wanted to try their fish restaurant at the hotel, we could choose between 3 fish, 2 kinds of shrimp, 1 squirt, and the staff could not explain how they would cook it, but that we would like to come up with suggestions for the same, we thanked so nicely no thanks which made the waiter angry and he chose to overfuse us in his own language.
All in all, we will not be coming to this hotel again

Absolutely not vegetarian-friendly hotel :( If there is a potato they will put a huge piece of meat upon it. If it's pasta - it's mixed with meat. If it''s beans - turkey is resting on it. If it's rice - it's mixed with sausages. Etc., etc. Disappointing.
Guys, is it so difficult to put meat separately?

I liked everything - the grounds, the food, the service, the water, the coral and the constant light breeze. The only negative in my opinion can not swim until 7.30 in the morning according to the rules of the Mariot system, but the issue turned out to be solved through a manager. Stunning hotel in Sharm Sheikh.
The most respectful staff, smiley, helpful and more than that, a family supportive for us.
We didn't feel that we were in a hotel but we felt that we are at home.
Special thanks for our man Mr.Mahmoud Zein Eldin the front desk manager, Chef Salah the god father and a real father and big brother , Ibrahim el Shabah (the gost as they call him) and Ismail bothe are the courier, Mostafa and Gehad the pool and beach keeper, Mostafa Adel El Amir Bass boy and also Abdullah Hassan Abdullah Mahmoud as hell told me his name , Mr. Mohamed Lotfy Resturant and bar manager with Mr. Emad , Mr. Saad and Mr.Ahmed Kadry, Mohamed el Maghraby waiter and Saied and finaly as we know Hussein the house keeper and the beautiful Yousra the Restaurant receptionist.

I would like to thank them all for efforts they did as they made us felt like we are at home.

You can ask for anything they always smiley and supportive.
The food are the most delicious we eat at hotel, you would like to stay and no need to get out the hotel ..

The hygiene is great and they are all so kind .. Always smells good.

I ll write right away that I didn t like it:
A sheet with a sealed hole was made into a five-copeck coin; the curtains and armchair in the room are so dirty that it seems they have not been washed since the opening of the hotel.
In a restaurant, provided that you leave a dollar, you have to beg for paper napkins every time. There are no napkins on the table. Devices are laid directly on an unmade table.
Well, now the most interesting thing: at the very height of the rest in the fish, a bolt larger than a centimeter was caught. And on the last day of rest, half of the hotel guests were poisoned. Severe disorder and temperature 38. There is not even a thermometer in the hotel. I had to go to the pharmacy in the evening outside the hotel. And as luck would have it, departure early in the morning. When boarding a plane it became so bad that I almost lost consciousness. It was still bad for a whole week. We were lucky to have returned home.
I really want the hotel to respond to this incident !!!!!!!!!!!!
I liked the territory, the location of the rooms - all with a view of either the pool, or the sea, the beach.

Magical! (We have 2 girls ages 2 and 5 who have fun in the pools and on the private beach)

Had a really nice vacation at this hotel, totally recommended. The staff are very polite always smiling if you have requested something from them they will try to find a way to exceed your expectations. Room service are excellent room was very clean and spacious. Mahmoud from the reception is very professional and know how to put a smile on your face, Captain Saed and his team from the main restaurant are more than helpful you just ask them what you wish and they will do it no questions asked. View is very unique overlooking Tiran island wide open sea-view with nothing blocking your view had a nice full moon evening with the red sea shining in silver color and it was breathtaking. If you booked this hotel you will totally enjoy your stay they will definitely make sure you have a memorable vacation.
