My husband & I went for a quote to switch insurance companies, and their prices were extremely high compared to what I already have.

My experience with this agent was negative. Forwarded mass emails that are sent to every customer is all that I received. When true help is needed action is not taken. I asked to get information to make changes to my home policy. They said that informtion would be sent but I never heard back. I had 2 phone converstations to just finally cancel my policy because I found better coverage and customer service with another company. I was told it would be taken care of that day and I would receive a confirmation email. After I again never heard back from them I called to make sure it was cancelled and found out it was never taken care of. They said they would look into it and call me back. After 2 hours of never hearing anything again I called again. They said I should have more informtion tomorrow. We will see if this ever gets taken care of. I will be calling Allstate to give a negative review!

Michael is rude, when I went to purchase insurance, he was nice and all, but as time went by, he started being rude to me and my wife! He's racist. His staff AND customers deserve another boss who will treat them better and with a BETTER tone of voice.

Reyna and Dalia, are one of the best customer service representatives I have ever met. I have called multiple times to do several changes and I spoke to each one separate times and each time I felt like they really cared about protecting me as a customer and not just taking my money.
